A simple yet elegant bar where the wealthy often come to relax from the stress of work, owned by a Victoria Swan. It's built with polished woods, with a lovely stained glass skylight that causes a mystical color show on the walls and floor on sunny days--which is rare in the city, as it's usually raining or simply very cloudy. The counter sits in front of shelves full of different alcohols, many local and many imported. A stereo system often plays soft jazz tunes, though music can be requested. It is a popular place, known for its friendly and often attractive bartenders.

__________________________no not this timeAxel stood behind the counter, leaning on it with his arms crossed on the wood of the surface. He always loved to work; it was far more entertaining than his off time. Right now, he was listening to a regular customer talk. Mostly about her work, but she had complaints about her family and so-called friends, too. It was so easy to get people talking. Say the right things, an they were practically putty in your hands. Still, the day was slow. There were hardly any customers at all; and, the ones that were there were all women. Beautiful women, sure, but he rode the river on the other boat. He couldn't toy with them like he did the men.

 James had just finished with a tour and he wanted to relax at one of the clubs in the area, having heard about a bar with great drinks, nice atmosphere and even better looking bar tenders. He wasn't really sure if he could go relatively unnoticed but he figured he would try his luck. Walking into the bar he went up to the counter and sat at one of the stools looking around for a moment. The bar tender was attractive and he watched the man for a few minutes before he decided to order a drink. He didn't want anything terribly strong at the moment since he was still testing the waters here.

__________________________no not this time Axel heard the ding of the bell as the door opened and closed, standing straight. Ah, finally! Potential prey. He looked...familiar. Axel couldn't place it, though. "Looks like we have a new face. Welcome to Noble Ambitions~." The man seemed to get a grip on his surroundings before wanting a drink, and that was fine with Axel. He continued his conversation with the woman until his newest customer asked for something that wasn't too strong. "Surprise you? Alright then." Axel grabbed a highball glass, preparing an orangey-pink drink. He served it to the man with a smile, leaning forward. "Hope you enjoy my little Affair~." He gave a wink as he grabbed a rag to clean up the liquid that spilled onto the counter while he was making the drink. "So, what's your name, handsome? You look oddly familiar."

Looking to the bartender he raised a brow at the drink for a moment but smiled and accepted the lightly colored beverage. When Axel said he looked familiar he nearly choked on what he had just sipped from the glass. Coughing and clearing his throat he gave a small laugh. "I get that a lot, my name is Alex." He said not wanting to give his actual name for fear that he would be recognized, but an actual fan might recognize his middle name. He just hoped this guy wouldn't put two and two together. "What about you? Whats your name?"

__________________________no not this time That was the oddest reaction to Axel's words. It was flat out bizarre. The other soon spoke after he managed to avoid drowning on his drink. Alex....That was clearly an alias. It was far too simple not to be. "Axel O'Keefe, at your service. Nice to meet you, Alex. I hope you enjoy our fine establishment."

Beau Von Hellbond "Pleasure to meet you Axel." James said giving his signature smile and looking towards the club. "So, is it usually like this or does it get busier?" He asked after a moment figuring he could have some small talk with the man and not worry about the other figuring anything out. He didn't realize Axel already figured his name was partially fake. "I think I'm going to like this place, music is great, drinks are wonderful, and company couldn't be better right now. I'd say it's a win all around."

__________________________no not this time Axel looked around and shrugged. "It's usually busier. Guess everyone has a lot to do today. It's been unusually slow." The compliment of the music made him smile, but his drinks and company being appreciated made him proud. That was what he strived for. Great drinks from a great bartender. "Well, I was regretting my choice to cover Greg's shift today, but hearing genuine compliments from a handsome man like you makes it so much better." Alex was definitely pinging a bell in the back of Axel's memory. It was going to bug him. "So, what brings you here? Taking a break after a hard day at work or just stretching your legs?"

"I suppose it's a little bit of both." He smiled hearing the complement winding if he could flirt a little with this guy. He couldn't be sure if the other was flirting with him or trying to get a nice tip. He was planning on giving one anyways but now he truly was enjoying his night and was hoping he would have A el's attention for awhile. "Well I am glad you worked this shift otherwise I wouldn't have the please of talking with you. Though I wouldn't mind talking outside of the bad when your not working too." ((G2g to work now))

Usually Axel had to bitter up his prey with drinks and talk, sometimes over several sessions, before they took the plunge. This guy was certainly not shy. Axel liked that! But, he didn't feel nearly motivated enough. He didn't know this guy - or, rather, about this guy - to know if it was worth it or not. Axel played with the big boys, not the tots. "You're cute, no doubt about that, but we should get to know each other more before we go on dates or walks together." Axel gave a smile to the other, looking apologetic about declining him. "Axel, darling. Could I have another brandy?" "Right away, madam! Excuse me for a moment." Axel went over to pour another glass for the woman he was talking to before, advising her to not drink too much, before returning to Alex.

Beau Von Hellbond "oh, I didn't mean like that, just easier to talk when someone isnt working. Sure those things could be fun but I'm not always in town travel too often for work." He said with a bit of a laugh watching as Axel got a drink for a woman at the bar. It seemed like things were getting busy around the bar area and so he slipped of his stool and moved a bit farther back not wanting someone to notice him sadly the idea didn't work. "Oh my gosh! It's James Kingston!!!!" Great fan girls just what he needed right now. Letting out a sigh he put on a smile and gave a small wave. He knew it was bad if he didn't have a good public image so he tried to be nice to fans.

__________________________no not this time Axel wasn't entirely sire why Alex had moved away from the counter. It wasn't like it was crowded. But, oh well. His choice. Maybe Adel's previous comment freaked him out a bit. As Axel got back to work, he was stopped when a couple of the women squealed like little girls. James Kingston....That was why Alex was so familiar. He'd seen his face on a billboard. Well, that was one mystery solved. But, now there was another another problem. Setting his rag down, Axel walked up to the two women who were borderline hounding the poor man, grabbing their shoulders. "I know you two are a couple of middle class bumpkins and don't have the same needs as the rest of my customers, so I'll let you off with some advice and a warning. See, the men and women who frequent this bar come here for a break from their high profile lives, and that does include celebrities. We have a rule here that protects them, which is followed by staff and clients alike. If you can't follow that, then get lost. Oh, and....If you tell anyone he's here or share pictures on the media, I'll have you two charged with harassment." Axel smiled at them, letting go of their shoulders and watched the pm scoff and return to their table. He then turned to James and smiled at him. "I knew Alex was too simple and had to be a false name. Or, partially false. Just so you know, there's no need to be the upstanding citizen to your fans here. They know better than to cause trouble for the other customers. Now then....Would you like another drink, Alex?"

It was a bit of a relief when Axel came up and shooed the women off. He gave a smile and thanked the bar tender before nodding. "That might be true but when your in the habit of doing something it's hard to stop. Not to mention that there are some people that can and do post things even with warnings. Part of the public image." He said after a moment before looking away. "Another drink sounds great. Maybe something a bit stronger." James smiled as Axel used the name he had been given. "I suppose you can call me by my name now that the cat is out of the bag."

__________________________no not this time Celebrities cared too damn much about their image. Another reason rich people ticked him off. Though, in this case, the people who kept their eyes on them upset him, too. What people did in their free time wasn't anyone's concern. "You gave me that name to avoid any of the usual pressure. I'll keep using it. Anyway, one drink coming up." Axel returned to the bar, deciding to make a martini for him this time. He usually didn't, but something had to cool down any stress he just accumulated from the two women. Returning to James, Axel set the deep pink martini garnished with an orange wedge down, giving another wink. "Here's a little Kiss on the Lips for ya, Alex." Beau Von Hellbond I love these names. I need to be a bartender just so I can say them more. XD

"Thank you Axel." He said for a moment before he watched the male disappear behind the bar again. It was fun to watch someone work on drinks and see that form of entertainment for a different aspect of life. He looked around at the rest of the customers for a moment before he looked back at the bar and saw that Axel was coming back. Seeing a martini he laughed for a moment before he accepted it raising a brow at the name of it. "First an Affair and now this? If I didn't know better I would say your flirting with me Mr. O'Keefe. Not that I would mind an attractive man like you doing so. Its refreshing."
