Backstory:
If anyone would be wondering: "How is it like to live and to visit the Human Village?" then it would be your chance to try and see. Each personality to be in the village would eventually be welcomed, nevertheless because it is all morning and most likely, the people living in would be very busy. In these circumstances, youkai are able to enter without even any hindrance at all...

 It was a long walk alright. Harmonia stopped nearby a shop in the village just to rest her flimsy feet, but to her, it was surely worth it. The moment that this lab assistant has been waiting for: To try and find her way to the laboratory of the one she is assisting: The famous, Rikako Asakura, the best scientist in Gensokyo's area. Whipping out her phone, she looks at it's screen, awaiting for a phone call from Rikako.
Soon after, as she leaned casually to the wall of a nearby building, she called fourth a dimensional pocket of her own: She flicked her finger in which it would start glowing dark purple as if it was gathering enough baryonic matter and compressing it, as her finger tip reacted as the absorbent like she was planning to gather around a small excess on the Schwarzchild Radius just to create the framework of the pocket.
As expected, a small hole opened up as she drew a circle about the size of the arm which enabled her to eventually put her hand in it, and then whipped out a mechanical pencil and a sketchpad, for while she rests, at least she has something to do inside the vicinity of the village, not just standing up as if she was waiting for her fortune or waiting for her doom to start inside the village. She eventually snapped again her finger, dismantling the created dimensonal pocket ending up in a close, without any trace, and mark, and as time passed by, she continued to sketch something out of it, sliding the pencil, gracefully over the paper. She started to take a good look in the broad daylight, just to find something to sketch, and guess there it is:
A nice view of a house nearby. Harmonia spun her pencil, and laid it's tip flat onto the paper, starting the sketch what she sees...

Solomon "oh the sanguine over my lips and between my fingers oh how I missed you so very much" the old rusted iron over his mouth had broken away and his withered lips drew upon a long cigarette breathing in deep and slow with his eyes narrowed as if he was not smoking for the buzz or the feel but just to kill time. His eyes flicked to one spot then the next sizing up each person before his eyes settled on the lab assistant. flicking the half burned smoke to the ground he stepped on it as he walked forward, the armor forming up in shattered chunks as he walked until it once again was a full rounded iron plate over his head
"hello hello young one....what brings you to this....oh so lovely place?....."
he breathed in the fresh air near mentally choking on it. How he wished to fill the entirety of this land with his blight and consume the powers that would be. But it was not yet time to move, there was so much power here, he knew nothing about how large of a reaction would occur if he attacked in mass much less the reaction of one missing person.

The lab assistant, after hearing the words: "little one" soon became shocked, it had her silver frames out of alignment and was about to drop. She stood straight, and fixed her frames, placing her two fingers at the center of the frames, and pushed it up, enough to cover her eyes, the light reflecting the glasses of hers. And with a quite fast smirk, she eventually signaled a finger to put her sketchbook and pen back to the dimensional pocket. Whilst putting her phone back in the pocket located to the left side of her coat.
She has done putting it inside, then whipped her arm out, then finally snapped her finger in a z formation, finally dismantling the dimensional pocket into a close. Soon, Harmonia replied in a soft spoken manner, as if she didn't have a problem to who is she facing at this very moment:
"Salutations, I'm only in this town awaiting for someone to signal via the phone to tell me when I would start aiding her."
Harmonia leaned back to the wall again, after she replied. Later on checking her phone again, waiting for the signal. She opened up the phone and browsed to the messages pane, and eventually locking it again, adjusting the alignment of the glasses and then putting back the phone again to the pocket at her coat. Later on, she stared at the one she replied to, awaiting for his reply.

He sighed rudely and ground his teeth together in annoyance as he made certain that his magic did not even release an ounce of his power. He didnt know who she was or whether she would know what he was, and he was unwilling to risk it just yet.
"and I honestly didn't think anyone here would use human technology....then again I only just got here."
He smirked under his mask and looked into her eyes trying to get any information he could from her actions.

T'was the very first time she ever heard someone having a hatred over such small technology for communication. And perhaps to consider, as one of the "pioneers" of Science, she thought that it was wrong for him to say that. To her, technology of these types is of breakthrough in terms of faster communication without even burning up someone's legs just to walk around and meet each other personally.
But she never said something and or ranted about how "stubborn" he is. She only smiled at him, and giggled a bit shortly, with sooner, a defiant stare from her eyes to the lad. Harmonia soon said in a monotone:
"This is the human village, anyways... where all things, man-made, reside. So it is not surprising there are human technology such as these in this area."
Then again, she tapped her foot gently to the wall, whilst she was looking at him with the same sharp gaze of hers. as the left glass of her frames reflected the light from the early morning sun. She had her lips simper of slight disgust to the man as it was a big slap on the face as a "pioneer" of Scientific study to just tell that, someone is hating on one of the breakthroughs of Science that aimed to help anyone in need. Disregarding of the race, and of standing.

Solomon "oh the sanguine over my lips and between my fingers oh how I missed you so very much" "I have seen and used magical devices far older than that to communicate...as well this land is full of magic...why use technology?"
His ignorance and anger was plain and easy to spot.
"technology is for the lazy and nontraditional..."
Had he not had a mask on he would have spat. Rude and blatant he did not much care so long as he didn't have to break out into a massive fight.
"so then...other than using technology...what else you here for?..."
he was quickly considering the time and whether or not he could get away with eating this girl though he would first have to gauge her power without risking his position and advantage of surprise. He shook his head, it was far too early to try anything. If he tried it could be anything from a completely ignored incident to a full tactical military like magical reaction. The whole of this new world could come crashing down upon him and he would be unable to fight it off properly, so for his own safety his hunger would have to wait.
"Meh...my bad....I often get grumpy...but as you can see...I am old enough to be entitled to do so..."
He added a quick rub to his back as if it ached.

"It is quite fine. But did you know, these all devices are just improved smaller versions of the magical devices that you pertain to, plus. It's designed, not to stake any of your energy into it, thus making work easier."
She eventually got straight to the point whereas she would come and explain it in the most simple she can do. With a short flipping of her phone, whilst looking at him, with still the same stare:
"And if you think it is easy to operate to those who only saw it and not to those who tried it, wrong. Thus making work more harder than it seems."
She stopped for a moment, after defending the works of technology and its effect on the individuals. Then soon said:
"I am only here, awaiting for someone to signal me where should I be going, for research."

His mind flustered and he groaned under his breath. In his travels many had risen to his challenge using technology and all ended up in his belly. To him technology was almost as useless as dirt, but again he was quite the ignorant one.
"but am I to see that you are also new here?...I only just came....and I being new to this land and a little unsure....do you know of any who are as well....not so much so.....from here?"

She soon stopped resting her back from the wall, then adjusted her disheveled thick leather coat alongside with its tie. She held the tie by her own two hands her left on the tie's blade, and the other one holding the midsection of its knotted tail, and then proceeded to adjusting it until she felt that the untidy seam, moved into place. and then soon, replying to the lad, with a shot sigh:
"No one else, but only someone who I work under with as a lab assistant."
She soon removed the excess dust on the coat she is wearing, sliding her hands from the sides of her redingote (French of: Riding Coat) of (formerly pristine white) dusty white, and then slid the hands down, shaking off a bit of dust and then finally adjusting her stance into a casual one, where her hands are inside the coat's side pockets.
She soon shook her head slightly, readjusting her hair. The silver locks of hers flowed through, whilst her thick hair strand at the center only bent, and would not drop. Harmonia would eventually take her right hand, readjusting her bangs to a sideswept fashion.
"So am I... I am just new here."
She looked a bit bored as she said it, nonetheless, she can't do anything at all... Someone's blocking her view, making the house she was sketching a bit too hard for her to handle much what she will sketch. Instead, she only bent as if she had a bad standing figure, and then looked slightly onto the left facing the wall quite a bit and then shown a small pout on her face, slightly groaning in low volume estimated that she could only hear due to boredom.

he looked back at the house she was peeking at and sighed giving the "why not?" shrug and he stepped to one side. Though at this point he was just frustrated, he couldn't just up and kill her nor could he just rampage, as much as blowing up the house would be fun he decided to suppress his more enjoyable side and let her draw
"so who is your lab friend then?....I am a little curious....I mean unless you have better things to do while you wait"

Noticing he stepped to the side, she finally had the chance. She sighed right after he said it, and then stood straight. Then again only to create a dimensional pocket, to retrieve back her unfinished sketch in her sketchbook.
Focusing once more, she let her fingertip glowing a violet, the baryon matter absorbent manifested onto the tip, and then started to gather enough of it enabling her to draw yet again a circle about the size of the arm, putting the arm in the created hole and then pulling out her sketchbook and the same mechanical pen.
She started to open it on the same page she sketched on earlier, whilst she was looking at the house behind the man, she started to sketch it while replying to him with half of her focus, to the one she is sketching and the other half to the man. As she continued to glide the tip of the pencil lightly onto the page, drawing the framework of the roof of the house, she spoke:
"Oh...? You mean, Scientist, Rikako Asakura? I work under her as her assistant in the laboratory for scientific research about anything Science-related."
She adjusted her frames again, two fingers stood straight from the right, which was handling a pencil and then placing it close to the center of the frames, pushing it up. and then continued to say, while continuing to glide the tip of the pencil on the paper:
"So far, she is known to be this place's famous scientist. Excelling in the field of Science. Since we share the same ideals, I worked under her guidance..."

"....seriously?...science?....here?....in the land of magic?....goodness I knew this place would be weird all magical lands are....but...this is a whole new weird....its practically heresy to be a science freak in the midst of all this magic...."
his tone of disgust was apparent at first but it slowly shifted to humor.
"...well whatever floats your brick"
he chuckled loudly

She smirked a bit, knowing that the man does not know, that Science exists in this world, even though of magic, is considered superior in it's form in this area. The girl only raised her shoulders a bit, and then quickly put it back down, alongside with a tilt of her head, as her somewhat bored stare has been on since she was sketching. Later on, whist she was finishing the last of her sketch, and is just the shading, she continued to speak:
"It isn't always that the so-called 'magic' is superior..."
She paused for a bit, and then as she was shading the walls of her sketch she simply explained in a calm manner, whilst her disinterested gaze was affixed to the man, who chuckled loudly.
"First of all, the advancement of the equipment on the human village is what it keeps it progressing. Thus enabled to be a counterpart of the rapidly growing "magic" advances in this area."
She continued to shade the last "bricks" on her house sketch whilst she continued to explain a bit more, for solid knowledge. And of thinking: No more questions asked.
"Second, there are humans here. Of the small population, these are your so-called "science freaks" who chose to live with the expectations that the technology being given away for this location will be of success and will put into great use for help, for some humans who live here who do not want to be so-called "mages" and "witches" or anything else supernatural."
And by the end of her  statement, she has done her sketch, making her compare her sketch of the house to the following of her explanation on how the area will continue and improve:
"As in comparing to this sketch of mine, Science would be the framework that 'will' start, the progression in this village for those who thrive for more success. Simply put, Advancement, in its own broader way."

Solomon "oh the sanguine over my lips and between my fingers oh how I missed you so very much" He grinned, he felt a little more confident now, this woman was too obsessed with science she would know close to nothing of lichdom nor be able to identify his excessively rare origin magic based in the lich arts.
"....science...ha...it doesn't matter what you wish to label as superior ... science is the fool's art ...it has very clear limits....he tensile strength of tungsten is 1510 MPa...no matter how strong or knowledgeable you become it doesn't get any stronger. you can increase it sure by putting it together, honeycombing its molecular structure...but even this is beyond most who practice your science....not only can I do this with magic....but...."
he took out a small piece of paper and gave it a soft tap
"even something soft....soft as human skin...so easily torn...with only 20 MPa...can be increased....."
the paper stiffened and crackled
"to ten thousand MPa......nothing your science can conjure can top magic...."
he flicked the paper out smiling as it expanded to a perfect square foot and with another flick his gloves shed their black form and it appeared as ink on the page. he held it up teasingly. he had formed it to her exact image in front of the house perfectly capturing both.
"....in case you are wondering...yes...I am gloating....and no...I'm not sorry"
he chuckled, if he couldn't kill anyone he was going to tease her silly.
