Before Chaos would awaken, Serenity used the last of her sanity and split herself, taking the last of the Good left in her and creating Sailor Cosmos, a Senshi who was not yet meant to exist. Cosmos would lead the war against Chaos Moon and her followers. The Elder Inner Senshi had fallen quickly to their Soveriegn ruler, their trusted friend. Pluto was barely able to smuggle the rest of my family out, and warn the Outer planets of what was happening. Nobody saw this coming. This is a paragraph from my OCs background, and it's an idea I had for a rp like the one you're starting here. Basically, in the manga after SM throws herself into the cauldron and wakes up, she says that her intent was to merge her body with Chaos, just like Galaxia did. You assume it didn't work and she just...I dunno, cleansed the cauldron but my idea is what if it did work, and Chaos, having learned from it's mistakes with Galaxia, laid dormant in Usagi for a very long time.

I think essentially you'd be playing as Sailor Cosmos. Sailor Chaos Moon, aka Sailor Chaos, could be played as an NPC character. Cosmos says that Eternal Sailor Moon is SM's true form, so I'm thinking that when the Evil is beat, Cosmos passes the Cosmos Crystal on and resumes her role as Eternal Moon.

How about a Sailor Academy? Let's just say that bloodlines didn't determine royalty... and they had to go to this academy to compete for the position of Princess. Something like that?

Ideally in the storyline, the Elder Inner Senshi would become possessed, like what happened to the Outers in Stars. It doesn't necessarily have to be them, but there should be some of the canon characters that end up with Chaos Moon.
