A small opening on the South side of the mountain hidden in a crook in the rocks is the entrance to the pack lands. Through the tunnel you'll end up on the top of a large grassy hill. Only pups would be able to hide and be unseen from any creature or wolf in the lower valley. A heard of Elk has also come to call this place home and the wolves only take what they need. In the center there is a large and dangerous lake. Only tread in this water in the very shallow parts. Very large (like shark and larger) altered live in the depths and will throw themselves on land to come after you. After awhile of living here the pack discovered a small stream and fallowed it off the side of the lake. It grew into a large clear lake and in the back was a human near a man-made cave. This lake is safe and has no way for altered to travel here. After the humans were killed off the pack took this area as there safe-cave. A hole in the mountain allows light from sun and moon in. On the other side of the main area back by the mountain wall is an opening for a small trickling waterfall that keeps the water flowing. Near this area is another small hunting ground with many fat rabbits, foxes, small birds, and chipmunks. Entrance/Exit to the Cave as seen through eyes of an exiting wolf  The cave inside a cave - the human stands in the entrance and was disposed of.  Pack Alphas - Male Kuro and Female Bullet

Bullet slunk through the small stream. A large shadow wolf stretched from herself as it fallowed her. Dragging an elk leg with her she gave a low growl to one of the human dogs that were left behind in warning that this was her food and they where not to come near. The vector mimicked the action like a normal shadow would. The dogs spoke a different language than the wolves but the animal got the hint and lowered his head. The whole area in front of the new cave was flooded. Moving around the edge near the mountain walls Bullet watched the few pack members play in the water. Getting to the cave she entered and took a left, the largest area was here and she had claimed it as her own. Dropping the leg she circled a few times and then laid down and began eating.

Stormy raced along the river running as fast her legs would take her enjoying the feel of the wind in her fur. She was happy to finally be out in the open stretching her legs and enjoying the sunshine. After a few hours of romping around she came to a stop and walked through the small stream leading to where the other wolves were she looked around and saw the other members of her pack playing in the water and out of the corner of her eye she saw Bullet pulling a large elk to the back of the cave. Deciding to let her alpha eat in peace she layed down to catch her breath and to replenish her energy.

After a brief nap Stormy got up and stretched the smell of her alphas kill assaulted her nose and cause her stomach to rumble. So she decided to go out and find something for herself. Full of energy from her nap she bounded out of the cave at full speed to find something to eat.

Streak padded through the stream and around the stretch near the mountain around the flooded lake area. He avoided some of the lingering mutts that hung around now strays without human owners. Eventually he came around to an entrance to the cave and padded inside. Taking a left he noticed a red and black figure in the area and found the female enjoying her meal. He decided to silently approach her from behind. Continuing to pad quietly he came up along her side and sat lightly. A slight grin crept along his maw assuming she hadn't noticed his presence. "I trust you are enjoying your meal my alpha."

With her belly full Bullet was more relaxed and not so angry. She heard the sound of a wolf approaching but ignored it thinking they had gone farther into the cave. At the wolf's voice she turned to see Streak. "As always," she said with a weak smile. The dogs began barking outside the caves. "I'm growing tired of these human pets, what do you think we should do about them?" The dogs had begun to eat a large portion of the packs food as well as killing deer and elk for no reason. "We have to figure something out before they kill off the food supply here."

Glancing back over his shoulder he thought quietly for a moment. "This is a problem indeed." He couldn't help but let out a stressed breath. "We will have to kill them before they kill our food source." As streak turned his head there grew a pained look along his brow. "There is problem however. The mutts far outnumber us. And with the absence of their masters I've noticed that some have even resorted to a pack like behavior." He bowed his head respectfully and continued. "However. I am willing to follow whatever order my alphas give no matter what the outcome may be."

Kuro awakened from his slumber with a great yawn and growled low stretching his legs as he rose to his paws. The dam air was heavy in his nostrils and his pack seemed rather content with the surrounding area and most of creatures. He could hear his mate and his brother talking towards the entrance of the cave. He trotted out of the cave glancing over his shoulder to his Bullet and Streak and headed out around the lake and down the stream to his territory entrance. He trusted Bullet and his brother to take care of any matters that needed attending while he was out surveying the outlaying lands.

Bullet nodded her head, "It also doesn't help that they don't understand us. We need to find Frost and her friends. Some of them are part dog, they might be able to speak to these animals." With a sigh she added "they may out number us but we are much stronger." Standing she stretched as she watched Kuro move past and out the cave. Bullet walked to the opening and sat down. Some of the dogs where out playing with newly whelped pups in the lake. "We need to recruit more wolves, and I'd rather not have to deal with Rail or Ember's pack," her voice lowered into a growl as she said their names.

Scarlett moved through the puzzle of caves fallowing the growing green pup she had taken in. Her eyes shot angry glares at any wolf or dog that dared to get too close to the pup. When the pup ran up to Streak she withheld an angry snarl, for the male was the alpha’s brother.
The pup jumped and nipped at his fur playfully not understanding what the adults were saying. “Play! Play!” it barked at him.
Scarlett watched carefully with her head lowered doing her best to keep her anger in check.

Streak nodded in agreement with Bullet's idea. He watched as she walked out to the mouth of the cave and a young pup came and took her place. He looked down with a smile and gently nuzzled the young one. "Hi there!" He greeted rather cheerfully despite the fact that the previous conversation wasn't too cheerful. He noticed Scarlett watching closely and crouched low to the pups level. He knew better that to get between a mother and her pup. He yipped playfully as the pup hopped and nipped at him and lightly nipped back being very careful not to hurt it.

"I agree," said a shy and weak voice through the caves. Glass, a half demon wolf dog, had taken refuge in the deepest end of the cave. She held her secret close to her as she knew the rage of her mother Scarlett. "I don't like the dogs here, they are not....safe," her voice trailed off as she curled into a tight ball.

Bullet twitched her ears trying to find the direction Glass was hidden in. Something didn't seem right, her voice gave that away. "We will fix this issue, do not worry about that." she spoke a litter louder to make sure the wolf could here.

The pup jumped around trying to doge the adults playful nips. The new voice echoing through the cave stopped the pup as he looked around not understanding where it was coming from. He yawned big and plopped down on his rump in front of Streak before seeing the bones left by Bullet. He darted over with renewed energy as he gnawed and rolled around with them.
Scarlett stayed with watchful eyes where she was.
