As the village went about it's daily business Rexiel looked out his office window with a sigh before returning to his desk and sitting down. The pile of paperwork on his desk had been their for days now yet he knew it would have to get done sooner or later "Geeze what was I thinking when I accepted the offer to be Takikage. It's so boring I honestly thought I would be doing more than this!" he shouted before laying his head on the desk and turning to his assistant. "Jirou can you do me a favor and head down to the restaurant and get me some meat? I'm starving and I have to start on this paperwork." he asked calmly as his assistant nodded and left the room.

"How long has it been since I've been on a mission? One no two years," muttered Rexiel before sitting up and getting his pen to start on the paperwork "well doesn't matter now. My job is to assign missions now." He quickly began to do his work before coming across a job request that seemed unusual "This is a strange request. I don't even think my top jonin could do this"

"Is everyone in your village as rude as you are to appear in a room without knocking," replied Rexiel as he took the scroll to read it then looked at the man curiously "but I suppose since you apologized I can let it slip this once. Now before I sign anything with you I would like to get to know who I am making an alliance with. We have never met before so call me crazy if I'm hesitant to make a deal with a stanger" Rexiel met eyes with the man as his narrowed seriously and he leaned back in his chair.

"Please take a seat and relax. My assistant has went to go get something for me to eat if you like I could ask him to get you something as well. Now my name is Rexiel Draconia, also known by the title 'Phoenix King', and I am obviously the man you have come here to meet, the Takikage" he extended his hand to the man to shake before continuing "Now since I have introduced myself may I please know the identity of the man standing before me?"

"If we have a previous alliance why must we make a new one then?" inquired Rexiel calmly as he looked at Mugen "I believe the previous Takikage was a good man who had the village's best interests at heart. I don't plan on ruining anything he did to protect this village so if the previous alliance still stands I won't sign anything regarding a new one. I won't take the risk of making changes to, in my opinion, an already mutually beneficial alliance." Rexiel closed his eyes and pushed the treaty toward Mugen "Unless you can provide evidence that the old alliance has been broken I won't sign it Uzumaki-san. My apologies but I'm only trying to look after my village's well being"

"Then why wait two years to bring it up Uzumaki-san? Do you not believe something could have happened within those two years to this village?" stated Rexiel not looking at the man but taking the scroll back and signing it "It's not as if I was appointed Takikage this morning." He finally looked up at Mugen with a cold stare "I think that is poor business on your side Uzumaki-san. Anyway I believe with this we are now allies again correct? I just ask that you don't make me regret signing this treaty Mugen Uzumaki. You may be as strong, if not, stronger than me but nevertheless I will fight you until my last breath if you plan anything against my precious villiage."

"I wish the same for yours Uzumaki-san" smirked Rexiel as he shook the man's hand and Jirou walked in with the food "Oh Jirou you're here. Well Uzumaki-san would you like to join us for lunch? This is from a restaurant run by my clan." Rexiel sat back down and opened a box of the bbq, the smoky scent of which filling the room.

Rexiel laughed and nodded in agreement "I know what you mean. I'm the head of my clan and the Takikage so my plate is always full." He put a plate in front of Mugen before serving him some cooked meat then placing raw meat beside it "So do you want to see how our food is prepared?" Rexiel grinned deviously knowing that Mugen had probably never seen the Hono Karada be used in person.

Rexiel laughed as he shook his head "No secret recipe all your tasting the mean in its purest form," He then snapped all his fingers at once as his entire arm turned into flames and he touched a piece of raw meat and it instantly cooked and appeared just like the cooked meat "It's a good thing we only do this with beef and pork huh? If it weren't for the Draconia code there would be fried people everywhere"
