The higest building is known as the Tsuchikage's office. This is where the Tsuchikage of the village does his paper work and other kage duties. It is highly guarded by talented jōnin every hour of the day. Each one will gladly give their life in order to keep the building and Tsuchikage safe from destruction. The buildings height allows the Tsuchikage to almost watch over the entire village.

It was a rather overcast, quiet day the village of Iwagakure stood overlooking the land around it. Inside the tsuchikage's office things were just as quiet. Inori had been reading the latest book in the horror series she was reading, her shoulder length green hair tied into a bun and a pair of thin reading glasses adorned her hazel eyes as they perused line after line of the suspenseful story. Unaware of how into her book she was, one of her jounin came in unannounced and dropped a stack of papers on her desk, "Here you go Tsuchikage." The thump on the desk caused Inori to cry out and fall from her chair onto the floor. "Owwww...." she muttered rubbing her backside, her glasses now hanging off of one ear, "At least knock first..." The jounin did hi best to stifle a laugh, "M-Ma'am...these are from the...other kages. They need your approval..." As Inori grabbed the first file, she adjusted her glasses and looked at the jounin, "Thank you...Is that all?" Unable to speak without laughing, the jounin nodded and left in a hurry. Once he was gone, Inori dropped the folder back on the desk and glanced out the window at the village below, "How long can we keep this peace?" As if on queue, a group of kids 'playing ninja' jumped across the rooftops right beside her window, bringing a look of utter disgust and hatred to the woman's face, "One of these days..."

Before meeting the Leader of the newly formed Akatsuki. Toya had been assigned a mission to execute the Tsuchikage. Obviously every mercenary hot spot had that as a mission, but no one was foolish enough to accept it. Everyone except for Toya. The darkness was spreading slowly across the lands and it would soon reach the Tsuchikage's office. A faint, eerie toon was sung by Toya as he walked through the village with his head down and his hood up. "Ba...da...da....he he..." His staff did not carry his headband it would attract unwanted attention. No matter how powerful Toya thought he was. The man knew his limitations. Taking out the Tsuchikage on his own would be a daring feet, but if he got more involved. It would not look pretty.
The mansion was close s he walked straight towards it. Obviously it was guarded by what Toya assumed to be top notch Jounin or even worse. His head remained down to hide his blood stained face. The two guards looked t him and immediately frowned. "I would like the see Lord Tsuchikage." He asked in his most humble of voices. One of the guards laughed. "Get lost kid...." The guard said and Toya looked up. Tears were coming out of his eyes and he was sobbing. The two guards gasped. "I....I was attacked by these men who said they were Akatsuki. They...they only let me live so I could tell the Tsuchikage they were back!" The two guards immediately opened the main doors and pulled Toya inside. The three rushed though flight of stairs until they reached the Tsuchikage. She was in her office apparently doing paper work. "Lord Tsuchikage!" One of the guards announced. "This man has news on the Akatsuki!" Toya's head was down again hiding his face. He was in the Bingo Books, but hopefully she wouldn't notice.

"What!? That's impossible!" Inori snapped standing up behind her desk, the chair smacking rather loudly against the wall behind her. From what she could tell, the green haired woman saw the boy and thought him to be wounded, but not sure to what extent. There was an air of uncertainty as the Tsuchikage looked at the guards then back to the boy. "What's your name kid?" As she asked, Inori carefully thought of what do if things turned for the worst. As she waited for an answer, she quickly looked at the guards, "Did you make sure he wasn't followed?"

The Jounin instantly stepped back at the Tsuchikage's reaction. They weren't really expecting it. The Jounin choked before answering. "Uh...Uh....I mean I don't know. He said he wanted to talk to yo-" The Jounin was cut off as a Lurking Shadow Clone stabbed him and his fellow guard in the throat simultaneously from behind. The clones had a weird pitch black appearance with glowing yellow eyes. They twitched like insects as well. With his head still down a sadistic laughter ensued after the two guards dropped on the floor, lifeless. "Hahahaha. Lord Tsuchikage. My name is..." The man raised his head revealing his blood stained face and sadistic grin. "Toya Takahashi. The Demon King of Konohagakure gahaha!!" Toya quickly stopped and looked around nervously. "Oh damn. I don't want to cause attention hehe...."

Before she could react, both of Inori's guards fell to the ground, dead at the hands of the strangers clones. In a hurry, she yanked the kunai she had tucked in her boot out and braced herself for a moment, "Toya huh? I know that name...You went rogue didn't you?" The look in her eyes was of pure anger and hatred as she did her best to stall for time and get some info from him. "Before I wipe you out for picking a fight that you have NO chance of winning...I want to know why..."

Toya ruffled his hair a little. The Tsuchikage was a talkative one. "Yes, yes." Toya chuckled lightly now. "The Hidden Leaf did not appreciate my.....How do I put this? Gift hehe." The Kunai she held in her hand made him raise a brow. Did she think that Kunai posed a threat towards him? He wasn't even in a fighting pose. Toya felt his grip on the clones loosen so he quickly canceled them. The left behind a small trace of darkness, almost like a black smoke bomb. "Why I wish to end your existence? Hehe.....Chaos. That is all I want. Once I get the money for your dead corpse I will burn it in front of the mercenary. Then kill him hehe. I want this world to plunder into utter chaos. No laws order nothing!" The passion in his eyes was unreal. "Killing you will plung the Hidden Rock Village into chaos haha. Do you understand now? Lord Tsuchikage?" He asked tilting his head.

Inori felt a tinge of fear but didn't show it. It was rather obvious that this man...no...this monster cared not for the value of a human life. It made her a bit more confident though as he seemed to lower his guard a bit by dropping his clones and buying the fact that she was using a kunai. "I understand perfectly...I just don't agree with you. Chaos would just create unnecessary deaths of innocent people...the people I have sworn to protect with my life!" As she snapped, Inori through the kunai at him before swiftly using some handsigns, "Wind style! Blade of Wind Barrage!!" In a swift movement, Inori formed a gust in her right hand that shaped itself into a blade that she thrust at his chest while running at him.

A Tsuchikage using Wind Manipulation and Transformation? People call me crazy....Toya thought to himself as he blocked the kunai with his staff. The sharp end of the small weapon got caught in the staff's wood. "Chaos is eternal. Darkness is eternal and you are expendable Lord Tsuchikage." Lifting his left hand, the two holes shaped like diamonds started to glow. The top diamond started to emit a strange energy and Toya grinned. "Inhaling Maw!" The Blade of wind was quickly sucked into the man's hand. It was all a very quick process. Although he was starting to think if he used it to soon as always. " After her blade disappeared, Toya started to chuckle once more. "Is that it! IS THAT ALL THAT THE LORD TSUCHIKAGE HAS?! IF THIS IS IT. THIS WORLD MUST AND SHALL PLUNGE INTO CHAOS!" A sudden range entered Toya. He raised his left hand again and used the chakra he had absorbed from the Tsuchikage and used Judgment. A long and powerful stream of light blue fire shot out of the lower diamond hole in the palm of his left hand. If the Tsuchikage dodged it. The jutsu would blast through her office wall without her.

Seeing Toya absorb her jutsu, Inori knew she couldn't use any of her normal jutsu. She would have to use THAT. Before she could even set it off though, a flame flying towards her caused the Tsuchikage to jump to the side in hopes to avoid it. The flame mostly missed her, grazing her ankle a bit before blasting through the wall behind her. "You call people expendable. That right there tells me even your own life may mean nothing to you," Inori hissed standing back up and placing her hands in front of her, palms facing each other with a small sphere forming between them, "It's people like YOU that make this world such a pathetic place! Detachment of the Primitive World!!" As she activated her kekkai genkai that had been passed down to every Tsuchikage in the past, Inori launched the sphere at Toya, the size increasing as it got closer. If it connected, the center of the sphere would set off an explosion that would injure if not incapacitate Toya.

xxxxxentered the village and looked around, it seemed peaceful. She wondered if Toya had come through yet, the village was too peaceful and when Toya entered places, things tends to get out of contr- BOOM! Her head jerked to the left and saw a wall explode, she recognized the building as the Tsuchikage's office. She merely smiled a bit, Toya was here after all. She saw people screaming and running for cover off the streets, people calling for help and to aid the kage. She saw ANBU and many shinobi of other ranks dash for the office. She ran her tongue along her bottom lip and grabbed the container she was holding and opened it, then threw it out in front of her just as the many shinobi ran for the office. The container exploded and lava was sent scatter all across the immediate area, melting and burning a majority of the shinobi's faces and bodies.
She stood there with a calm look on her face as people screamed more in horror, people screaming in pain as their faces began to melt off. She brought her hands together and made a string of hand seals, then pressed her palms firmly to the ground. This was the rock village, which would make a perfect place for a volcano, nyeh? She laughed insanely on the inside as the ground trembled madly, the rocks beneath her hands shattered and built up, the plates shifted, making room for the massive volcano that would be placed in the center of this very village. The ground in front of her cracked open and moved apart, splitting open and some people were dragged into the depths of the ground, being buried by the shifting ground. Then a massive-sized volcano rose from the ground and rapidly growing speed, taking a height of three times the size of the highest building in the rock village.
She stood up and looked at her beautiful creation and smiled warmly, then set her hand on the base of her creation, encouraging it to warm up quicker than normal. It started to steam up, creating a huge amount of smoke and ash in the village, making people choke and get dehydrated quickly. She wasn't done yet, no, not even close. She wanted to make one more fantastic creation in her wake, to make sure that this village was chaotic and well.. Inhabitable. She formed another string of hand seals and pressed her hands to the ground once again, conjuring up a huge amount of hibernating lava from deep beneath the Earth.
Suddenly, an 80 foot diameter lake surrounded the large volcano and started to destroy houses and people and buildings. "Living in the rock must be so much fun..~" She said happily, then walked over the growing lava lake and towards the Tsuchikage's office to watch the fight. It would take a little while for the lava lake to complete and the volcano to warm up, but by the time Toya was done, it would probably be ready to explode, so she would buy her time and have some enjoyment. She walked through the unguarded building and opened the door to the Tsuchikage's office and walked in. "Don't mind me, I'm just here for the show" She said softly, then walked to the far corner of the room and sat down on a couch away from the fight. If one were to look out the hole in the wall behind the kage, they would see lava growing on the ground, taking out buildings and homes and people, all the while, hearing the blood curdling screams of the rock village citizens. She grinned to herself and pulled out a small bag from her pouch on her side and started pulling out sweet buns from them and eating, watching the fight. She was here supporting Toya, but she wouldn't intervene in his battle, this was his job. Yet, she would help out if he needed her, but she knew he wouldn't.

Toya laughed at the Tsuchikage's reply. "I am not expendable. I am Darkness haha! I am ETERNAL!" Toya looked at her hands and saw what she was creating. It didn't look or feel good. There were no shadows for Toya to use either. Elmina had just entered the room and was watching the fight followed by a chorus of screams. As the Tsuchikage dashed towards him with her unique jutsu, Toya shot a Kaen Funka right at the jutsu in between her hands. Even if she dodged it, the moment that Kaen Funka comes into contact with something, it explodes into a six yard radius. Just in case it didn't Toya threw the Tsuchikage's kunai at it. The explosion would hit all three in the room.
Toya however was losing complete control over himself. The howl of the innocent being slaughtered outside was music to his ears. It made him extremely happy. It was like music to his ears. This was pure and absolute chaos. Children cried for their parents, but nobody came. Love was tested and in the end, it was every man for himself. After the fight was over, Toya would make sure to watch the Hidden Rock Village descend into hell.

The kunai connected with the orb and were sucked into the center, dissolving as they connected with the core. With one last scream, she hurled the orb at him, ignoring the fact that her leg was burning from the flame attack earlier. "How...do you like...that..." Inori snapped breathing a little heavier than usual. She had never used the Detachment of the Primitive world on an actual person before and the fight he put up made it a little more difficult than she anticipated. Seeing the other woman enter and hearing the screams from outside, Inori swore under her breath and leapt onto the roofs outside. The sight would have brought even the most hardened ANBU to their knees. "Dammit! I will not just sit idly by and let you kill my people!" In a swift motion of hand movements and chanting, Inori thrust her hand to the ground, "Earth Style! Earthen Wall Jutsu!" The ground shook a bit as a huge wall of rock rose up, pushing the molten magma away from the survivors and the rest of the town. "You come into my village...kill my jounin....attack me...kill INNOCENT people! Do not expect me to just lay down and die for you scum!!" As she kept her back turned to the Akatsuki scum, Inrori sent out a secret cry for help to Konohagakure, praying they would make it in time to at least save the people of her village. "So...you want to kill me? she snapped spinning around, two demon wind shuriken, one in each hand, spinning wildly, "COME AND GET ME!!

The technique had ripped through his Kaen Funka. If Toya did not act quickly he would be hit by the Tsuchikage's technique. It was a complicated situation because it had the capability of going right through an A ranked technique. Something told him that if her hit was successful he would die, but as the cube encased the man, the sun showed itself from the dark clouds hovering the lava filled village. It created a momentary shadow out of the Tsuchikage's desk. "Haha...." As the inside of the cube exploded, Toya shadow jumped to the desk's shadow. Part of it had been burnt by Toya'a judgement technique, but it still made a large enouh shadow for him to fit in. When he got up from his crouched positiin, Toya found the Tsuchikage armed and ready. "Now that is more like it!" Picking up a scroll from one of his pouches, Toya threw it on the ground and snapped his fingers.
The scroll exploded into a black smoke and once it went away, it revealed, " Uknown Subject." Toya announced with glee. A pitch black figure with razor fang teeth. It resembled Naruto Uzumaki when he lost control over the Kyuubi, but it was pitch black and resembled a man. Toya started to laugh sadistically again. The demon he had called out opened it's mouth and a man's voice came out. "Rat, Boar, Snake." With both his hands raised he said, " Electromagnetic Blast!" Energy instantly concentrated in both of the Demon's hands and it shot straight towards the Tsuchikage. While Toya himself atacked her with a Despair Manifestation Barrage. Spheres of Darkness form all around Toya and floated around him. With a single lift of a finger, the spheres all shot towards the enemy. 30 in all. On impact, the would blast her away. "Witness the power of DARKNESS GAHAHAAHA!!!!!"
