The nostalgia is getting to me.
So, the question is: What would people want to see in the guild? What topics would people like to study? What projects could we do together? Where has everyone gone? Why are we in this handbasket?

TeaDidikai The nostalgia is getting to me. What would people want to see in the guild? I'm mostly just for general discussions on various Pagan topics, and I like learning more about what others do in their practices. What topics would people like to study? What projects could we do together? not sure Where has everyone gone? Why are we in this handbasket? It's really just Gaia in general. Used to be up to 100K users (or more) online at any given time. At best the site has around 20K online these days, so it's more a matter of there not really being anyone on the site. All the guilds that I'm in - even ones that used to be majorly active are either completely dead, or just slowly creeping along. There's sort of the same core group of people, but they either log in less frequently, or (even if they log in) aren't posting as much, because there's only so many times you can discuss the same things with each other before it gets old. I think some of the forums are still a bit more active, but even that's sort of like the same old things being posted.

What would people want to see in the guild? -Hmm... Could do Sticky Posts of the Major pagan religions, kinda like a Q&A up on the front page and then have the curious post after it. That way questions could be answered relatively quickly. And if they want more specifics, they could head over to the thread where everyone describes their personal tradition.
What topics would people like to study? -I always thought about asking about the topic of religious confirmation, like how exactly it became not simply "I find this aspect of this religion interesting" and went to Deo's bop to the head by Odin that she should be serious Norse pagan.
What projects could we do together? -Hmm.. tough to say at the moment, until we know who all still lurks on occasion and will hop back in.
Where has everyone gone? - I blame college. And WoW. And perhaps that my new phone/computer had difficulty navigating this site. Although I'd heard Gaia has an App now? May go get it if its free. Oh... and that time void that is Pintrest. gonk
Why are we in this handbasket? -I kinda agree with 2sweet. Seems like posting in forums have kinda become old hat with all the kids getting smart phones and whatever else new gizmo they've got.

TeaDidikai A random drawing of suggested research topics. That everyone would work on together? Or one person will have one topic, another will have a different one and everyone posts their findings?

I haven't been terribly into religion stuff lately. Sorry.
But I agree, it's definitely Gaia in general. It's like it's slowly dying.. Gaia's turned more into a business of producing pixels for money. Putting outfits together and saving up to get them was one of the best parts for me. That disappeared since half the items now are cash-only, making them way too expensive in gold..
