The Throne Room. This is where everyone can find the leader of Protega, Sano Gallen... Unless he's vanished on yet another mission. This is also where Keyblade users take their Mark of Mastery test.

Kazuki had yet agian returned from another successful mission. He slowly walked inside the room and checked to see if Sano was here so he can report to him the good news, it didnt take him long to noticed that he wasnt alone as he entered the room. "The deed is done Sano!" Kazuki said valiently as if he was some type of knight. He had a big grin on his face as he walked towards the two interupting Sano and the boy who seemed like he was deeply troubled."Hey Sano next time give me a job thats more exciting dong hog all of the good missions to yourself sharing is caring you know?" Kazuki said as he stood next to the other boy and then put his elbow on the boy's shoulder and used him as a arm rest even though he had no idea who he was.

Kazuki took his arm off of the man who was called Ruffio. He was taken back by the peculiar name. He watched as Sano helped the boy up."Well that needs to ch-" Kazuki stopped once his mind was starting to fully comprehend what Sano was saying. Sano was right about one thing he did get the most dangerous missions, but he thought that he could take some of them on. At this point Kazuki was starting to get his hopes up. It sounded as if Sano had another mission for him. "Wait wha?" Kazuki said and then turned to Ruffio and started to rub his hair and then stroked it. He did this to every new person that he meets. .whetther theyt like it or not."Oh im sure that he wont mind at all Sano." Kazuki said as he listend to Sano speak to the boy. "Yes there are many questions that I have not yet to answer either. . for example which came first the chicken, or the egg?" Kazuki said being half serious. He was trying to lighten the mood up alittle, but that question always seemed to bother him. He started to ponder for a moment until Sano mentioned his name and sparing. "Aww no fatalitys no fun." Kazuki said to Sano showing him a small frowm. Then he looked at Ruffio just because your new here doesnt mean that im going to give you a break, if Sano thinks that your ready to leave that would mean that I would have less missions to do. Then he started to walk towards the entrence and stopped right next to Sano. "Dont worry I wont go too hard." He whispered into his ear and gave him a light smile.

Sano wasn't expecting Rufio to become so angry with him over a simple test. Things quickly escalated and needed to be stopped. When he saw Rufio aiming for Kazuki's neck he was between them in a flash, using his Keyblade to hold the enraged boy's weapon up in the air."Kazuki, .. go to Twilight Town.. You'll know what to do once you get there. I'll talk with you once you return." He pushed back Ruifio and pointed his Resolve at him, a serious look in his eyes. He waited until Kazuki left until speaking to him. "Rufio, .. The people here are your comrades. Friends.. Not freaks or jerks. I was going to send you on a mission I just wanted to make sure you won't die! I am responsible for whatever happens to all of you."

Sano took a deep breath and aimed his Keyblade at Rufio, launching a large fireball right past him on purpose. "Also.. I will not have you attacking others like that. I saw you aim for the throat. We are all fighting for the same thing! Some have other reasons but we share a common goal! Protega stands to defend the weak and fight against the darkness! We don't stand just for ourselves but for the sake of others!.. If you want answers you must first learn to control yourself. This kind of anger and rage will get you killed, Rufio!.. I will keep you here if that's what it takes to keep you alive... I will not let anyone else die.. Not wile I'm still breathing." He lectured before holding his weapon at the ready.

"If you still don't understand then come at me.."

Kazuki side stepped dogging the attack with ease. His anger made the boy messy which made him lose focus. His keyblade appeard in his hand as soon as he doged the attack he wasnt taking the boy too seriously until he saw Ruffio trying to go for his neck. At that moment Kazuki was ready to block and counter the attack, but within a blink of an eye Sano was in between him and Ruffio. Kazuki sighed as he heard his new orders. "Fine ill go now, but we have to finish this fight somtime. I always like to end what I start." Kazuki said as he walked past both of them and then turned around walking backwards so he could see Rufio. He didnt want to get a surprise attack from Ruffio from behined. "By the way Sano I would keep Ruffy here on a leash I dont have a good feeling about this guy." Kazuki said, as his left hand opend and his keyblade dissapeard. Afterwards he starred at Ruffio for a moment and saw the anger in his eyes. He felt bad for him for a moment. He seemed like a man who just wanted answers but was going about it the wrong way. Kazui looked back at Sano "Alright ill see ya later Sano this mission better not bore me to death or im going to have to file some complaints." Kazuki said to Sano joking once again and then turned around and left the throne room heading towards Twilight town.

Sano watched Jak as he entered the room and walk right past him. The child was always a bit unaware of his surroundings when he was bored. He laughed as he watched the boy play with the echo effect of the room. "Somethings never change eh, Jak? You came just in time.. I just sent Rufio to Radiant Garden to take care of a Heartless but looking at this report again.. There are actually two of them. I need you to head there right away. Take the Gummi ship and go find Rufio and aid him in the mission, it's his first job so he's in charge." He said as he walked over to Jak, patting him on the shoulder. The man was confident that Jak would rush to his new mission and not let him down.

Sano was sitting in the middle of the floor, cross-legged, as the morning sunlight shined down on him. His hands were resting on his knees as his eyes remained closed. He was thinking about everything that had happened and was sorting it all out. Which issues could be handled now? What needed his direct involvement? What could he do to keep his Protega members safe? But what weighed most heavily on his mind was what he heard about Nix.. She turned into an Anti-form and attacked the others. It seemed like the darkness in her was stronger than he thought. 'Nix.. I wish I could help you but.. I don't think there is anything I can do. The only thing I can think of is to make sure the others keep an eye on you.'

Sano sighed and opened his eyes. As much as he wanted to go and check on Nix there was something else that demanded his attention. He knew where Terra was but was it the right time to take Sora and Roxas there? Something told him it would be best to wait.. That right this minute was a bad choice. So he closed his eyes to begin clearing his mind..
