Footsteps. One. Two. Three. Four.
Crunch.
I open my eyes, looking to the right of me. "How ya doin'?" I ask a Hollow. It just sits there staring at me, the eyes trying to pierce into my mind.
It doesn't work. I smile at it, getting up. "I don't feel like dealing with ya." I say as I walk away, the footsteps continue. I turn around, it was following me. A small Hollow in the form of a dinosaur, a carnivorous one at that. I tilt my head, it copies. "You gonna attack me?" I ask, the Hollow backs away. I think for a second, and then quickly jump to the side, a sudden impact from where I was standing and the dirt from the ground shakes. "Ugh! Ubiquitous pests!" I yell as I take out my Zanpakuto. There was now a second Hollow, about four times my size, in the form of a spider. The arms, though, look like they're blades.
It attacks again, I lift my sealed Zanpakuto up towards the Hollow, and the arm impacts with my sword, my balance failing from the weight. I examine the arm quickly as I jump back, they were as sharp as a blade. I dodge to the side because of another attack, and then slash up, not expecting the Hollow to block my attack.

Natsumi's spiritual pressure was completely concealed, as she appeared a few tens of yards away from Sinthia and the Hollow. "A fight, eh?" she wondered. Sitting down, she silently sighed, leaning back and enjoying the match. It was odd that Natsumi did not recognize the girl, given her age and careful study of everybody she came in contact with. Deciding to confront the girl, Natsumi Shunpo'ed behind both the girl and the Hollow. "Hey there~!" she yelled with a huge smile on her face, leaning forward., with a cheerful tone in her voice. "How's toying with the Hollow going?" she asked, laughing slightly. It was obvious that this girl had more strength than she showed.

I let my Zanpakuto tip fall slowly to the ground as the Hollow attacks again, and look at the girl who decided to show up. "It's too weak." I say, lifting my hand, pushing the attack from the Hollow to the side. "Doesn't know how to fight." I continue by spinning around to face the Hollow again, my Zanpakuto lifting into the air as the Hollows arm hit the ground. Unfortunately for it, I was too fast. The Hollow mask cracks, and it jumps back. I look at my Zanpakuto confused.
It's acting up again. "What is it this time?" I ask, holding it in the air, but suddenly I'm interrupted as the Hollow decides to attack again.
Now its mask is split.
I look over to the girl, the smaller Hollow examining her now. "So what's your name?" I ask her, my Zanpakuto stabbed into the ground.

Tilting her head to the side, slightly, standing up and her facial expression turning into slight thought, she asked the girl a question. "You know that the mask is perhaps the least vulnerable area of a Hollow, right, miss--" Natsumi started to ask, though she reached a complication, as she did not know her name. Straightening her head, and smiling, once again, she said, "You know, it's polite to introduce yourself, before asking someone else her name." With a slight sigh, her expression becoming normal, she decided to answer the rude young girl's question. "Well, my name is Natsumi; Natsumi Aoki. And you are? What's your name?" she asked. Natsumi paused, and asked another question, "What would you happen to be doing, here, in the midst of nowhere?" Throughout the entire conversation, Natsumi was very polite, and gave off a warm-feeling aura, which any being around her with a shred of mental capacity and awareness could feel.

I smile, "My name is Sinthia Hate, and I'm here for the fact that there's nobody to kill, however there seems to be an exception every now and then." I tell her. As I say this, I walk towards her, pulling my Zanpakuto out of the ground.
"Also the only reason I aimed for the mask was because I didn't like it." I say as I use the little Shunpo that I know to get by her side.
Normally I'd kill her, but something about her is different. Let's wait this out for now.

Natsumi glances at Sinthia's Zanpakuto, as the distance between the two rapidly decreases. "That's an interesting design, you have there. Your Zanpakuto must be an interesting being. Am I right?" she asked, squatting down to inspect her weapon. "Nice to meet you, Sinthia!" she happily exclaimed, standing up and reaching out her hand to be shaken. The girl seemed nice, though a bit 'hostile'. "So, why haven't I seen you around, before, Sinthia?"

"I haven't been killing." I say, deciding it's ok to shake her hand. "My Zanpakuto is a shadow, so I wouldn't really know." I say, a sudden burst of Reiatsu right after I said that comes from the Zanpakuto, and I lift it into the air, angry with it. "What this time?!" I ask, and then I tilt my head to the left, looking behind me. A strange feeling came from that way.
'Unseal me.' I silently hear my shadow say, and I sigh, shaking my head.

Natsumi chuckled at the unknown argument between the girl and her Zanpakuto, as it continued. "So, you just sit around and kill things all day? Do you have any other interests? Perhaps going out shopping? Meeting guys? Meeting girls? Reading? Studying?" she asked. Strictly fighting and doing nothing else isn't good for one's mental self. Besides, she couldn't be that simple, could she? Natsumi stretched and yawned, and awaited the young girl's response.

"I like to read and kill, as simple as that." I say, putting the hilt of the Zanpakuto on the ground, the pushing the tip of the blade into my wrist, blood starts to drip down the blade. I hear footsteps from around us, and look at the smaller Hollow. "Can you dispose of that one?" I ask, stabbing my Zanpakuto into my arm, the blade easily seen through my skin, the little one was calling bigger hollow to it. Interesting.
The other Hollow quickly get here.

Natsumi sighed, and decided to keep her energy hidden, still. She clenched her fist, and rammed it through the smaller Hollow's being. As it began to disintigrate, Natsumi kicked its corpse towards the nearest Hollow to witness. "What are you doing, Sinthia!?" Natsumi asked, not quite understanding of the ritual that she must go through just to release her Zanpakuto. "What an odd girl...," she thought. Well, I suppose the best way to learn more about someone is to spend time with them. Let's see what she's got, when it comes to fighting!

I smile, the sword slithering up my arm, then stabbing through my shoulder. I start to laugh as the Hollows get more abundant. I quickly put my hand on my shoulder, the blade stabbing through that too, and then take it off. "No seishin o musabori. Debiruzukurō." I say, a sudden burst of Rainbow colored reiatsu around me. "Be cursed to Oblivion." I say standing next to the nearest Hollow, holding its mask in my hand as I crush it, these were weak. I run to my right, dodging a swing at my feet as I jump, and then creating a spiked gauntlet around my left arm that stabs into the arm of a nearby attacking hollow. It pulls back in frustration, flinging me at another hollow in which I quickly stab my arm through.
"Boring." I say, a sword now in my left hand instead of the spiked gauntlet. I look around at my opponents, all weak.
Except one. Natsumi. I look at her, a thirst to kill, to feel blood yet again. My eyes lock onto her, but then I change my mind as a Hollow attacks me yet again. I slice off its arm, then grab its mask, crushing it too.
Something, however, was wrong. Why were there so many Hollow because of this one little Hollow?

Natsumi was still giving off the energy of a mildly spiritually-aware human. As Hollows swarmed the area, and she smiled devilishly. She jumped onto the back of a Gillian, and began to control it, as one would a horse. After the Hollow calmed down, she made it fire a few cero attacks at random Hollows. To do this, she punched her arms into the back of the Gillian, causing it great pain. As the dust and dirt from the surrounding area began to calm down, Natsumi skillfully spread her arms apart, effectively cutting the Gillian's head off. She kicked its body downwards towards a few smaller Hollow, jumping backwards and sticking the landing. Natsumi looked at the other Hollows and smiled, again, clenching her right fist and making her joints 'crack'.

I kill another Hollow by slashing it in half, then suddenly I fall down, unable to control myself. My Zanpakuto starts changing to white and blue, the opposite of what it is now, same for the sword and mist in my other hand. 'Sinthia...' I hear in my head.
It wasn't the deep dark voice of my Zanpakuto, this was a sweet, caring and friendly voice that I've never heard before, but who was it? All I notice is that I'm on the ground, there's enormous Reiatsu from all directions, and my Zanpakuto is now finished changing color.
I push myself up without wanting too, my reflection showed a change in my eye color, now a black sclera and pupil, the iris still white. I cover my eyes quickly, and without warning the voice comes back. 'Sinthia...' it says again.
Whatever is happening, I do not like it.

Natsumi blinked with confusion, just before realizing what was happening. She's coming into contact with her inner Hollow! This could be bad.. Perhaps not? With a grunt of frustration, she pulled out her Zanpkauto, and, with excessive force, swung towards one half of the nearest Hollow. The sheer force of the swing was enough to take them out. However, more took its place. Natsumi sheathed her Zanpakuto, and walked over to Sinthia, to better observe. Moving uncomfortably close to Sinthia, Natsumi thoughtfully observed and studied the girl. Why were her eyes covered? It seems to be a bit different for everybody, but it was worth asking. "Sinthia, can you hear me, right now?" she asked, poking her shoulder, gently.
