Located approximately seven miles from Konoha is Otafuku City, home of the Fun Fun Street kanrakugai (pleasure quarter). It is marked by many hotels and entertainment venues. This was Naruto and Jiraiya's first stop on their journey to find Tsunade.

An annoyed cough greeted a scene of a charred building, the scent of burnt spices and flesh assaulted the air with the same maliciousness that it held the night the sight went down in blazes. Clearing his throat, Sai took a single step foreword but as his foot came down onto the burned patch of grass, he quickly pulled back at the feeling of something below his foot. Squatting down on his hunches, he used a gloved hand to push the ashes and burnt ground out of the way to reveal a corner of a book poking out oddly from the ground.

With a raised brow, the man continued to dust and claw away the ground until enough of the spine was revealed for him to tug out. Giving it a singular pull, he pulled the book and a large portion of earth out, sending him into a fit of coughing that end with him falling back onto his behind. Clearing his throat, he let off a heavy sigh and settled himself into a cross legged seat as he placed the book onto his thighs. Ginger fingers, he pried the open the cover of the book and traced his fingers along the lines of the runes that were etched across the page. With furrowed brows, he continued to glare at the foreign lettering, flipping from one page to the next until finally slamming the book shut in frustration. What a waste of time... it's just gibberish..

Lost in the sea of people, Saru's (Currently) small form was pushed in between bodies and tossed about almost like a lifeless doll. Sometimes using this form had it's disadvantages, and currently she was experiencing one of those downsides. When she had first arrived here, the flashing lights had enraptured her and she found herself accidentally losing her current company.
She had tried to relocate them, of course, but after a while she realized it was almost a pointless task and that they were probably already off enjoying themselves somewhere.

She was usually relatively easy to spot, a shock of white hair, tail, and hands for feet, but here everyone seemed preoccupied with sating their desires of food, drink, gambling, and women. While the atmosphere of the place was fun and upbeat, Saru knew what the intentions of a place like this were and was thankful that she had chosen to wander around looking like her ten year old self, rather than her current looks. She did however, like the fact that no one seemed to pay mind to her. Any attention she did garner were mostly from older women who seemed to think she were a lost little boy, and the smell of liquor on their breaths told her they were too drunk to observe her Feet-hands and tail.

Eventually she wandered away from the district, to an area where there were very few if any people around. While the excitement of the city had enraptured her for awhile she had already found the repetitiveness of Alcohol, women, and Gambling, boring. Lifting her head she realized that her nose had picked up a peculiar smell, one that didn't belong with the smell of alcohol. As a general precaution, she stuck to the shadows, and while she wasn't completely concealed by the shadows it was enough that she could slip by without attracting much attention. As the smell got stronger, the scenery transformed before her. It was obvious that a fire had ravaged the land, and always curious by nature Saru wondered what had once lain at the epicenter of this now desolate area.

She was stopped in her tracks however, when she saw a figure off in the distance. She moved quietly, not having the hindrance of shoes helped her noiseless approach. While she realized this would probably be a bad idea, Saru was not one for much Caution, and she moved so she was close enough so she could barely make out what was on the books pages. She also took this opportunity to observe what she could now see was a man who was sitting down and holding the book. In the lighting she could see that his hair was an usual color, like her own, and wondered idly if she should turn around and leave. After all, all the signs of this place did point to the man being someone who she should not confront.

But that would be no fun.

Once he slammed the book shut Saru made her move. Dive rolling she grabbed the book with one of her hands, before springing to the closest tree, having no problems climbing up. The state of the charred tree worried her a bit, but taking no more caution than she had already she wrapped her tail around a limb and hung upside down, crossing her legs and dangling the book in front of her.

"Whatcha got here Mister?"
She asked, mimicking the speech pattern of a ten year old, before turning a curious face to him. "Looks like a bunch of Mumbo Jumbo to me" She flipped through the pages once more, Careful to observe every rune, before shutting the book, still dangling it from one of her hands. She could feel the branch protest with her weight, a warning it was on it's last legs, but before she could get off of the thing it gave way. With an audible "Ooof!" she landed on her back, a cloud of ash rising into the air.

She recovered quickly though, and used the moment of the cover of ash to Quickly move to his left, before throwing the book back at the man, probably another bad choice, " You can have this, It's boooring!" She said, covered with smudges of black from the Ash.

A shiver rushed along the man's spine as the young boy darted passed him randomly and slung his way towards a nearby tree, so he could cling to a outstanding branch with what seemed to be... a tail? With a look of concern pulling at his face, Sai let his head tilt to the side with a gaping mouth of questions. There was something wrong with this scene... A young boy with white hair? That was something to be accustomed to with the new pop cultures, people died their hair all the time. The fact that a young boy had snuck pass him and jumped into a tree? Not impossible, at the time he had his guard down.. though the acrobatic feat was certainly odd in itself. But... it was the white tail and hands for feet that was just throwing the man for loops. Just what.... could have conceived that? Was it a man kaplucking a monkey?? Was a woman construdling a chimp?? Was there some odd orgy of humans and apes that brought birth to the creature before him?

All these thoughts rushed through Sai's mind within the moment it took the monkey boy to address him the first time... and all those thoughts were just as easily disregarded with a shrug and a sigh as Sai refocused his attention to the book that had just been stolen with him. "Tha-" The man began but the boykey had already crash landed to the ground before he could manage a single uttering. And like a rabbit on coke, the childape was bouncing back to his feet and slinging the book back at him.

With a single hand, he caught the by it's spine before it collided with his head. "Heh.. You sure? Seemed like you really went out of your way to get this book, you sure you're ready to part from it already?" He questioned as he peered down at the book with gloomy eyes before returning his gaze back to the donkeyraccoon with renewed vigor and joy, "HEY! Would you like to go on an adventure?"

Little did the Man before her know, Saru was excellent at remembering things. She had often heard from her mother that her family was full of intellects and strategists, so she had always assumed she had inherited her gift through them. Hearing his question she waved her hand in an almost dismissive manor, "Nah, Like I said. Booooriiiing~"

Her voice held a sing-song rhythm, an infectious carefree attitude. At his proposition Saru held up her hand to her mouth, in an faux-thinking way. Her golden eyes took in the man more carefully then, as she thought about what she would say, "Well I was already on an adventure with another Mister, Mister... But I lost him" She shrugged as if it wasn't a big deal before returning her gaze to his.

"Buuuut, if this adventure is around this area.... I would be up for some fun." As if magic she pulled out a peach from seemingly nowhere and took a big bite from it. Hopping over to the Man with odd-hair. "However, I do have some rules" she said, her mouth full. "One, We can't be strangers." Sticking out her leg she extended a foot-hand for him to shake "I'm Sun-Sun." She said with a nod, her white hair bobbing with her and some ash from earlier falling off. Taking another large bite from her peach She threw the rest at the man, confident that he would catch it after his display with the book earlier.

"Two~" She said, waggling two fingers up in front of him, "This Adventure Has to be Fun~" With a grin she hopped back "That might sound easy, but if you get Booooring I'm out!" With a grin still plastered on her face for more than one reason she tilted her head and crossed her arm.

"So what is it? Are we good? Kapeesh?" It took nearly all of Saru's willpower to not laugh at the poor misfortune of this man, she was having way too much fun acting like a child, and taking advantage of this she realized she wouldn't stop anytime soon.

The instant the monkey child refused, Sai's head bent down to his book and began to try his hand at analyzing the script once again. He was sure it wouldn't be easy nor would it likely birth much fruit to his work but he was sure he had seen some of the runes before and if it was at all capable of being deciphered he would much prefer to give it a good try before handing it over to someone else. He was sure the Gorillerchildamonkeychittychittybangbangiloveyou creature would either find its way to nearest animal shelter for the night or would harass him for ignoring it.

And it was no sooner that he managed to get to the second page that he found himself staring at gross, ash covered hand-toes wiggling before his nose. With an eye twitching, he resisted his urge to bite them only to have an half eaten peach slam against the side of his skull. With the precise dramatic of being shot in the head, Sai's eyes rolled to the back of his head and fell to the ground in picture to picture motion that lasted ten seconds longer then it would have if it was any where near real.

Staring back at Sun-sun with quivering eyes from the ground, he blinked furiously and propped himself up onto his elbow. "I... I.... I say..." He began, his voice shaken to the point of an inaudible slur... the half eaten peach trailing down the side of his awkwardly. After a moment's hesitation, he whipped his boot and sock off of one of his feet and extended it shake Sun-Sun's own, "I say YER GOT'CHA SELF A DEAL! But you best hold yer o-tootin'-own now, yer hears meh? An' no monkey business, ya hear meh? 'Cept dat funny monkey business, datz always welcomed! BUT ODDERWIZ NO MONKEY BUSINESSESESESESES stuff..." He replied in his own mocked southern accent, a wide grin plastering across his face before continuing in his actual voice, "Now does that sound like a deal to you, Sun-Sun? By the way, the name's Sai. Sai Orasakai."

At his zany antics Saru couldn't help but smile again, Perhaps this would be a fun little adventure. "I like you mister" She said, Nodding her head vigorously. "It's a deal!" she said, Using one of her hands to catch the peach that was falling down his face and quickly disposing it over her shoulder.

"So Mr. Sai-Sai." She started, She knew that his name was only Sai, but for now she played dumb as if him repeating his name was actually his name, Similar to 'Sun-Sun'. "Why are you interested in the Squiggilydoohickies anyways?" As if to enhance the point of her curiosity, she tilted her head slightly and crossed her arms.

She hopped onto his back then, and locked her feet-hands around his waist, plucking the book out of his hands and turning it upside down to look at. In essence, she had climbed onto his back piggyback style and was now holding the book for both of them to see. "Didja find this here or something? Ya look like you've never seen it before" She said before taking the book and licking one of the pages.

Most of her actions were for show, but some of them were not and spitting out the taste she dropped the book back into Sai's hands, slobber and all "Ick!, You can't eat it either!" She said, feigning her actions as an attempt to actually eat the book. She was curious though, why in this completely charred and burned place, a book of all things made it out unharmed.... She would have understood if it was something flame retardant, but books were usually the first things TO burn. She wondered if the markings on the pages had anything to do with the scenery in front of her.

"So Mr. Sai Sai.... Where are we headed first?" She asked, looking around from her perch on his back. Even for a child she was relatively light, and given her appearance it was almost a fitting place for her.

"Well that's nice to hear~" The man replied simply, retracting his foot as he did while the monkey-creature caught and threw away the peach that fell from his face. "I like pumpkin pie and flower arranging. Sometimes even at the same time." He said with a chuckle as he leaned foreword, allowing Sun-Sun to climb onto his back without any resistance.

Using the fact that Sun-Sun was holding the book open for him, he quickly went to dusting his feet off and re-shoeing it, his eyes peering curiously at that contents of the book again. "Yeah, I found it poking out of the ground just over yonder. It was partially buried, so someone was probably trying to protect it... but I can't fathom why they would or why they didn't simply take it with them." Sai replied, shifting his weight onto the palm of his hand before raising to a full stand, unaffected at all by Sun-Sun's lack of weight. Patting down his body to free it of the ashes, he just barely caught the falling book.

Frowning, he turned the book over a few times, careful not to get the slobber onto himself. Finding a drier place, he nibbled the spine for a moment before licking it himself, "You're silly.. You don't have to eat it for it to be good to nom on, seesh. Kids these days..." Sai commented, shaking his head as though Sun-Sun had just made an obscene notion. Placing a hand onto his hip, he pointed towards the ruins with the hand that held the book, "We're going to investigate that place. Something might have survived in there that could explain this book.... You ready for it? We might be attacked by ghouls, zombies, or even..." A shiver ran down Sai's body as he stuttered out, "FOREST CRITTERS!! Oh god.... how could I.. no... nevermind.. I can go no further..." The man exclaimed, his feet quickly finding him to a nearby tree, his head bent towards it's trunk as a shadow of depression covered him and all color drained from his skin and clothes. "Remember me in a kind light... Sun-Sun-Chan..."

Saru's giggles permeated the silence of the burned area. What should have been a somber setting instead was a playground for the two, and she turned her gaze to the ruins. An uneasy feeling set into the pit of her stomach, despite the fact that the conversation was light and joking. Once Sai had started to wallow in depression Saru lightly hit him on his back and in her whiny childish voice she tugged on his Shirt.

"Cmoooon Sai Sai! Zombies or Ghouls the Mighty Sun-Sun can take them down!" She held up her arm as if to flex a non-existent muscle before giving him a nod. She was, of course, just acting the part of childish courage. But the Reality of his words still rung in her head and she wasn't exactly sure what they would be facing. She felt as if she were a good ninja, yes, but only in theory. She had never really applied her skills in ACTUAL combat, Sparring sure but even still that was a far cry from a life and death situation.

Not only that but her current skill level was only that of a Genin, she knew that her prowess was limited for her current skill set. She glanced back down to Sai. She was sure he had some capabilities, from his reflexes earlier and now his relative ease of carrying her weight and moving with her on his back. She was still unsure of just how far his capabilities went though, and that unknown variable would either be her saving grace, or their doom. That is of course that they actually ran into anything inside.

Saru was by no means a Betting sort of person, but tonight she had been feeling a tad reckless. Perhaps it was the city itself, with it's atmosphere of alcohol and gambling, luring her to let out some inhibitions. Grinning she pointed to the ruins. "Let's Go Sai-Sai! Adventure!~" She sang out, urging Sai onwards.

"But... the woodland critters...." The man repeated in a dark, somber tone. Even as the little hands beat against his back and Sun-Sun cheered on for him to move foreword and not worry about what lay ahead, he couldn't reel himself out of the dark world of fear. "There might be woodland critters though.. what will we do if there are woodland critters.... They're so cute that you don't expect anything... their little, adorable eyes draw you in and then... and then..." Another shiver rolled down Sai's spine as he began to retell his tale but found himself incapable of going on. "And next thing you know, you're... NO! It's too horrible to say..."

As he trailed off he noticed that there was also a pause in Sun-Sun's talking and cheering. For a moment he glanced to the side of him, color refilling him as he came to a slow realization that the kid might have been a little afraid themselves or at very least double thinking the adventure. Maybe he was taking the joke too far? A chuckle almost broke through Sai's lips as Sun-Sun sang out for him to continue the adventure. "YES! Adventure! We shall.. NAY! We MUST press on!! Come to me mighty trident!!" The man howled, suddenly rejuvenated as he leaped away from the tree and took a hero's pose.

For a while a faint whistling could be heard in the background, but as it grew louder it became accompanied by the loud sounds of branches being broken and gusts hurling through the trees. Throwing his arm out to the side, a large three pronged trident zoomed to hover just beside it. Unique and intricate runes were scribbled amongst its handle as its blades shone proudly even in the dim lighting. "Alright, Sun-Sun! If you are still willing, we shall take this adventure into the unknown and brave all that shall come at us for the sake of adventure... for the sake of knowledge... for the sake of all THE WORLD! s**t, for the sake of our own entertainment~" He chimed playfully as he held a hand up to Sun-Sun to grasp for agreement.

The sudden howling of the wind caused Saru to look up, the gusts kicking up ash and causing burned limbs to break off of the trees. Forced to squint through the wind her attention was turned from the sky to Sai's outstretched hand. Surprise was unhidden on her features at the sudden appearance of a spear, and perhaps this bet was a smart one of her behalf indeed.

A grin spread over her features then, as Sai held his hand out. Grasping it, it was almost comical the difference in size, his hand dwarfed hers easily, but she still shook with an eagerness that was very nearly infectious.

"For the World!~" She agreed, pulling her hand back and Putting them on either of his shoulders. Her eyes, trailed along the intricacies of his Trident, and she wondered if these runes were related to the book in any way. Shrugging it off she supposed she would find out soon. She kept alert, and while Sai walked she was able to focus on the surroundings, being a second set of eyes for sorts. So far, the place had been as abandoned as it got, but that only added to the sense of foreboding that grew in Saru's stomach.

Leaning down Saru whispered into Sai's ear, in order to stay relatively quiet, "Mr. Sai-Sai.... What sort of monsters do you think we'll run into?" She muttered, acting the part of a slightly scared child who thought they could do anything. "Do you think there are Bad Men around?" to enhance her point Saru shivered some before picking her head back up, careful to take in every little detail of the layout of the place. For some reason she got the feeling that soon she would have to take advantage of everything she would be able to.

Chuckling lightly, Sai retracted his hand and began to tread his way towards the rubble ahead of him, his left hand gripping the book so tightly that the white of his knuckles shone through his skin. "Mm... I don't know... But so long as it is not woodland creatures, we will be just fine. He said with a shaky yet confident voice, the trident that hovered beside them revolved twice around them quickly as if to show his reassurance before going back to it's position on the right where it slowly spun on an axis. "Mm, if there are I'll dispose of them.. maybe do a jig or two first, and then dispose of them." And with a curtly nod he quickened his pace to the building.

Stopping at the charred door that loosely hung from a broken hinge, Sai traced the tips of his fingers along the frame of the doorway, being diligently careful to check for any crevices or groves that would potentially hide a trap. Once satisfied, he pressed carefully against the door but before it could make it half way open the hinge gave way and the door came crashing down with a horrific scream that caused the man to dash back in an alarm. "Heh.. Creepy." His voice came off in only a light murmur as he carefully tread his way back to the building. Placing a singular hand against the wall, he allowed his trident to enter the building first before quietly following after.

The inside of the building wasn't much different then the outside, everything was burnt to unrecognizable lumps and ash covered everything in an unsettling white film. The walls were bare of any furnishing or if there was it had been incinerated completely during the fire. A heavy sigh pushed out of Sai's lips as he walked into the center of the room and sat upon an oval lump that he could only have assumed to be either a small table or couch of some sort. The room was wide but empty of anything interesting, and there were no other doorways that hinted to more room beyond it... from the size of the room itself it wasn't a far stretch that this was all the building had to offer. "Well this certainly is a bummer..."

Saru held fast onto Sai's back as the two traversed towards the destroyed building. When the door barred their entrance, Saru took this opportunity to look behind them while Sai worked. She was jolted however, when the door fell and her eyes immediately fell onto the cause of the noise. Her small hands gripped Sai's shoulders at the noise, obviously the suddenness of it all had jolted her slightly.

"Clumsy Sai-Sai" She muttered into his ear before the two made their way inside. Instead of any sort of monsters jumping out at the duo, she was greeted with the stillness of a burned building. From her first look-over she didn't see anything out of the ordinary in the room, everything was burned to the ground, leaving an exoskeleton of what was there before.

When said plopped onto the ground, Saru let out a Sai "This is Booooring Sai-Sai..... We need Adventure!" She exclaimed, throwing up her hands in frustration. Crossing her arms she huffed and looked around once again. These wasn't anything special in the ashes, and nothing stuck out as anything special. She put a hand to her mouth, as in a sort of thinking pose.

Sorain paced rapidly through the village, trying his best to keep his head down and his face hidden. After the incident in Kumogakure, his identity, after almost three years, had been exposed. No longer would he be able to live under the disguise of Rizu Uchiha. A fact that was highly unfortunate, especially considering the fact that he was now without refugee and had now officially been betrayed by not one, but two countries. Sorain was starting to realize that there was no one left that he could trust, especially not any large organization or structured bodies of power. They only wanted him for one thing, his blood. Like leeches they sought to drain him of every bit of noble Orasakai blood figuratively and literally. His only hope of survival was to find a new village to settle in and hopefully manage to go unnoticed long enough to put his higher plans into motion.

As Sorain continued to make his way through the village he allowed himself to glance up from the ground momentarily to get his barrings. His brother was near, he could feel it. But, because they had been apart for so long, he was not entirely sure where he was. Immediately he could sense his brothers emotions, feeling the tug on his soul that indicated Sai's presence. At least he could be sure that his brother was safe and not in any danger, in fact, from the small dip in mood he felt with every step, he was convinced that not only was Sai safe, but he was also very board and jaded. Something that was not unusual for his brother at all, even as children Sai had always been easily entertained, yet even easier to bore.

Sorain squinted his milky white eyes down the road, blinking rapidly in an attempt to clear his vision before eventually giving up and placing a hand over his right eye, which right away caused things to clear up for him. "Damit" he whispered under his breath as he sucked his teeth in disappointment. No matter what he did, he simply was never able to perminately repair his eyes. Years upon years of toying with his his genetics and even now he had only barely managed to save one eye from corruption. Sorain cursed the fates for his misfortune. Born of a father with tainted blood, Sorain had been doomed to a life of conflicting blood since before his birth. Sorain's father was a b*****d of the Uchiha and Hyuuga clans. A rare conception that in most villages would never have been allowed for the sheer risk of the birth defects that could come from mixing such dominate bloods into one being. His father, as far as he knew, never suffered any side effects, however all of the disdain and conflict of his fathers blood was passed down to him. As of now, Sorain had a single fully functioning Hyuuga eye, while the other (dominately hyuugan) was in constant battle with his Uchiha blood, causing it to fail constantly and send him into periodic fits of blindness. Sorain did everything that he could to combat this ailment, but to this day he has not found a way.

Rather than risk being discovered, Sorain made a bit of a detour from his route. He needed to change his clothing immediately, and even more importantly, he needed to cover his eye before the inevitable bleeding began. It did not take long for Sorain to locate a clothing shop perked at the end of a building complex right next to one of the leaf villages ever so popular Ramen shops. Sorain entered the shop slowly, making sure to take a mental note of how many people where inside and to quickly locate any back exits in the even that he be cornered in such a small place. While inside, Sorain opted for clothing more suited to Konoha's warm climate. In truth, he looked like some sort of creeper walking around with a insulated jacket, that was standard in the frozen tundra of Kumogakures mountains. After cycling through a few different Chunin vest, and even a very obnoxious orange jump suit, Sorain found a ticket for an all white Kimono. It was, unfortunately not of his size, however Sorain was interested in the maker of the set. He had almost forgot that he was in the leaf village, the original home of the Hyuuga clan, it actually amazed him to see legit Hyuuga warrior cloaks and kimono's for sale in such a small shop. Where he was from, such garments would be worth thousands of Ryo.

Sorain made his way over to the front table while holding the kimono still on its rack. Before he could speak however, Sorain could feel the warm liquid sensation of blood trickling down his face coming from his eye. Immediately he turned and threw his arm up over his face to try and stop the bleeding before finally resorting to ripping a section of cloth from his jacket to use as a temporary blindfold. After regaining his composure, Sorain returned to the desk and spoke to the women that was working their. "I need to know where you got this and where can I find more.." he said shortly. The women behind the desk was slightly take unaware. She was now staring at a young man, with a bleeding eye, holding an entire clothing rack, and depending to know the maker. Such things were rare occurring to say the least. "We..We have more of those things in the back but they are pretty worthless. You could get them for free at the Hyuuga Compound" Sorains jaw almost dropped. They were giving legit Hyuuga apparel away for free? What could they possibly be thinking. Sorain made a mental note to stop by this estate and pick up a few more, but for now he decided to find a kimono that would hit him and bought it. Before he left, he also managed to talk the women in the store into given him a clean set of bandages along with a proper face mask to help cover his appearances. Lastly, Sorain picked up a bottle of hair cleaner, it was time that he washed the dye out and return to his natural silver hair color.

Sorain exited the store feeling satisfied that he would not be recognized easily. If for no reason other than the fact that with his eyes and mouth covered he would be left with only maybe ten percent of his face actually showing. Rather than linger around, Sorain made his way to his brothers location at a much more brisk pace. To his surprise, his brothers trail ended at a destroyed building. Sorain took a few moments to look around the area for any signs of his brother, but there was none. This puzzled him, he was sure that his brother was here, and by the looks of things so was his little companion. Sorain crouched down and picked up a half eaten peach from the ground before tossing it over his shoulder and making his way to the front door of the estate. Using his right hand, he casually pushed the door aside, causing it instantly to collapse under the pressure. From the decor of the door, he figured he must be a the back door rather than the front. Seeing no reason to go around, Sorain proceeded inside, in search of his brother or Saru.

Scene 1
“Just what are you looking at?” The woman said with a sultry, velvet tone. Ash she poke, she leaned forward giving the young man a rather decent view of her shirt, looking at Musica with starving and mischievous eyes. Her words snapped Musica's eyes back up to her face, his blue eyes meeting her hazel ones. He felt himself smirk slowly as he took his cup and pressed it to his lips. The atmosphere in the Speakeasy was thick and sensual, with hardly enough lighting to see. And that was without the almost solid cloud of smoke created by the other clientele. The air was heavy with heat and just barely controlled lust. Feminine gasps silently echoed from the other end of the bar, mixing in with dirty music, a couple shamelessly engaging in shameful activities. Musica gulped, pretending to take a sip of alcohol, and gently placed the cup back on the wooden table. His conversational partner rested his chin on one limped rested hand, slowly twirling her drink with the other. Her smirk slowly stretched, her eyes patiently inviting, her skin gleaming with enough sweat to be considered sensual. Musica's eyes followed the path of a bead of sweat that formed on her collarbone, slowly swerving it's way to the dip in her cleavage. Musica was silently glad he was wearing the hood of his cloak, hiding the top half of his face. “Stop that,” He said, his tone heavy despite himself. “It makes it harder to focus on the business.” The woman let out a sultry laugh, lightly pressing her finger tips against her sternum. Musica took a moment to admire her. . . . fingers. She returned to her original position, staring at the point Musica's eyes would have been. “To the contrary, dear. I find it beneficial for,” She took a small sip of his drink, then ran her tongue over her lips to make sure none of the drink stayed there. Musica tried not to pay attention to the deliberate slowness in which she did it. “Business,” she whispered in continuation, her voice thick. Musica smirked, the bottom half of his face visible under his hood. The two were silent for a minute, the woman from the other side of the bar gasping a little louder. “How did you find me?” The woman asked, feline amusement twinkling on her eyes. “A professional never reveals their tricks,” Musica responded, waggling his index finger in front of his smirking face. “Isn't that right, Kiri the Raven?” Kiri let out a slow chuckle and took another slow sip of her drink. “if you're so good, then what do you know about me?”

“You gather information,” Musica responded with a casual roll of his shoulders. His overall tone was bored, unimpressed, as if her reputation wasn't worth his shoes. “You find people, figure out things.” The young man lifted his eyes to hers, even though he doubted she would see it. “Especially things everyone else would like to forget.” Kiri smirked and nodded slowly. “That depends on who's asking, dear.” She said playfully. Musica slowly reached his hand into his cloak, keeping his movement slow and steady. People like Kiri tend to rabbit at the idea of weapons. The red-head pulled out a white envelope and tossed it onto the table. Kiri slowly opened it, her expression bored. As she did, Musica spoke. “I'm looking for something. Two statues, and the man who took them.” He explained as she slowly emptied the envelope of his contents. Three folded pieces of paper fell out, two of which were tied together, as well as a wad of Ryo that Musica had stolen over his travels. Kiri untied the two pieces of paper and opened them on the table. One had a sketch drawing of and tall, thin man wearing samurai style armour. A large tiger laid down, coming up to his waist, and he held out a katana. Zhu Rong. The other was of a small boy, his arms bent over his shoulders, in a generic heroic pose. Around the body of that body, a serpentine dragon spiraled up. Titan. “Those are the drawings of the statues,” Musica explained simply as Kiri examined them. “They are something that are priceless to me, and I need them back.” Kiri's eyes light up for a moment, just barely long enough for Musica to notice. “Their monetary value is worthless, so selling them will not bring you anything.” Kiri looked up at Musica, her face pouting. “Aww, you're no fun.” She said in a playful tone as she unfolded the third piece of paper. The was of a rather tall man. He was garbed in brown hunting leather, covered up by ever green archery fabrics. He carried a bow that was shaped like a crescent moon, covered in runes. Musica jerked his chin at the paper. “His name is Roark, the Moonshot. The name of his bow is Lunar Spear. I'm sure you'll be able to find him if you ask about it.”

“The second thing, I need a contact in Fire Country,” he continued as Kiri folded up the portraits and put them back in the envelope. “Someone like you would be a great way to know the happenings of the country.” Kiri smirked and didn't even bother counting the pile of Ryo before folding it and stuffing it down the front of her shirt, her chest moving in a way that Musica found utterly distracting. “You're going to need to pay me more for all of this work,” she said hungrily, teasingly licking her lips again as she leaned forward. Musica couldn't even see where the Ryo went. “If you provide to be useful,” He responded, his lips spreading into a more playful smirk than before. “There /will/ be more where that came from.” Kiri considered him for a moment, and then outstretched a delicate hand. Musica wasn't fooled for a second that she hadn't had to wash blood from that hand before. He reached out and shook the hand as Kiri said, “Deal.” Musica motioned to one of the waiters, who had been the cause of some the smoke, to come and take his drink. “A bit of information,” the Raven said as Musica stood up and turned to walk away. The Genin turned his head back to look at her, meeting her. . . . eyes straight on. “There's this burned down building nearby, a few minute north of here. I've heard that there have beeen some strange happenings going on, there.” Kiri smiled at Musica and winked, before taking the last sip of her drink. “On the house.” Without response Musica turned and walked out of the club. He had grown so accustomed to the silence that the sudden noise of the bustling street hit him like a physical object. Musica inhaled, taking in a breath of the fresh air. “Fresh” being used in the loosest of terms, as it was still filled with smoke, but over less of collective area. Musica looked up at the sky, thinking. He still had a few hours before he had regroup with Sorain and Saru. “Oh why the hell not?” Musica sighed with a smile and a shake of his head. “Let's go check out those ruins.”

Scene 2
It didn't take Musica long to find the building Kiri had mentioned. A burned down building tended to stick out in a street of newly renovated ones. What was odd, Musica noted, was that the building was still standing. Everything on the property was charred to ruins, and if it weren't for the street's lights, the house would have been nearly invisible due to the soot. A few boards lay out and about, but more or less, the building was intact. The second thing Musica noted was that there was a severe lack of crowd and fire team. Judging by how the building looked, it must have recently caught fire. Considering how populated the rest of the street was, he was surprised that there wasn't at least one drunk homeless guy. Musica blinked and looked around, a mild expression of surprise on his face. It almost seemed as if all of the people on the street were avoiding getting close to the building. Musica shook his head in an attempt to clear the paranoia from his mind. He looked back at the building, his instincts screaming at him, saying “SOMETHING IS WRONG, DUMBASS!” At the same time, his brain told him that there was nothing wrong, and that it was just a burned down house. Musica tended to take more stock in his instincts when it came to matters such as this. Against his better judgment, the young Genin took a step closer to the building, his foot fall kicking up soot. With curiosity driving him, the young man ventured into the house. The moment he crossed the threshold, the hairs on the back of his neck rose up, and his body convulsed in a slight shudder. Musica constantly keep his eyes alert, his blue now the black and white Heikougan, as he looked around the inside of the ruined building. A steady pressure thrummed on his senses, the feeling that someone was watching him a constant weight on his mind. The young man sent some of his will into the earth below, calling to Titan. Musica was slightly shocked when he found three chakra signatures with him. Mostly because there was /only/ three. Musica quickly tried to identify the three chakras, but something kept him from doing so. So, instead of being to figure out the element of the chakras like he had in Lightning Country to find Sai, the Genin was stuck with only being able to sense three generic chakras. The red head pulled his cloak closer around him and, with an effort of will into the fabric, blended in with the charcoal wall, stepping as far into the shadows as he could manage.
