 Brain walks in and sighs, walking into his living room and laying down on the couch. Tom knocked on the door, but Brain didn't answer. He sighs, sliding in a note under the door before walking on. Brain didn't answer for he knew it was one of two people... Tom, or someone wanting to yell at him... either way, he had nothing to say to them and nothing to gain. After a few seconds he stood and walked to the door to take the note left by Tom and walks back to the couch to read it, sighing and crumbling it up into a ball then tossing it away after reading it.

Brain's alarm clock hits 9:50AM and immediately loud static talking is sounded from it. Brain slowly raises a hand to reach over to the alarm to just yank it, unplugging it. He sighs before standing and walking into his personal bathroom and closing the door. After a few minutes, Brain walks out, relaxed and well awakened, appearing cleaner as well. He then quickly gets dressed into his usual attire and walks out of the master bedroom and into his study to take a folded paper on the table and then finally walks to the door and exits his Quarters, shutting the door behind him as he turned to twist his doorknob to confirm it's locked before walking on.

Brain walks with Emerald nearby, to the front door and gathers out a key to quickly unlock his door and then walking in. The door leads into what appeared to be a living room... there being a couch and a couple bean bags with a table behind the couch and a TV. He chuckles to wave an arm as he says "This is it... sorry, it's a bit of a mess here... have no time to clean it much." He then walks to sit on the couch and shrugs his shoulders to cross his arms, glancing to Emerald to say "... You know, I'm thinking of adding a few things to my zoid... but I don't know if the Big Man's going to agree to let you or anyone put such on if I request adding it to the zoid... probably make a big speal on "it's his" and such..." He then raises an eyebrow to ask "... Do you know if he's keeping a tight watch on my zoid?"

☢ ξmerald "Screwdriver" Ӎcgrew ☢ Touch my tools and you die... ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Emerald stepped into his room and looked around. It was a hell of alot cleaner than hers was. She sat down a little ways from him. "Your room is alot cleaner than mine trust me. I have coffee cups and paperwork everywhere." She turned her head to look at him when he spoke once more. "What kind of upgrades are we talking about that even I couldn't possibly do? As for him watching your zoid I have no idea but I keep an eye on all of them." She was wondering what kind of additions that he could possibly want on his zoid. She pulled her knees up to her chest so her feet wouldn't be cold on the floor.

Brain shrugs his shoulders. "... well... honestly... taking off the back mounts to--" He pauses when he notices that she seemed to have cold feet. He holds up a finger, walking away for a moment to return with some black slippers and handing them to her. "They may be a little big, but there... anyway... take off the back junk to add in a CP-15 and CP-01... it's a bit of a change, but I don't think he's got a good look at the zoid... hell, I doubt he'd notice if it was pained a whole new color." He says with a smirk. He then grabs a remote and turns on the TV, but then glances back to Emerald to ask "... you think you could... sneak on a CP-15+01 upgrade, somehow?... or should I just go ahead and try to request the additions?" He then shakes his head to add ”… oh, and I don’t mean right now… no hurry… especially with people out there trying to harass you… just, could you get around into sneaking said upgrades?”

She the folded her legs into Indian style. She listened to his request and her eyes widened. "You know I can lose my job over that if I snuck those upgrades in. I am already on his s**t list again after yesterday." She thought about it and tried to see what he was talking about. The upgrades would be good and possibly needed for his zoid. She looked at him. "I suggest you request them and I'll put my word into it stating that you need them so there won't be any problems and we can do this legally and not have both of our asses in jail." She was being truthful in what she said but she was worried about how Brain would respond to her statement. She needed this job since this was her home now.

Brain closes his eyes and shakes his head with a sigh, he knew she was right. He shrugs his shoulders with his arms crossed. "Alright... but I doubt he'll be open in discussion on it... probably try and yell at me and then a day later be all "add those on, I think he'll need it..." as if he's thought of the whole idea himself..." He says before shaking his head and glancing to the TV. "... forget it... I'll just settle with my zoid how it is..." He says with a small frown. He didn't like not seeing his zoid and having to have to go to the same man who had banned him from seeing his zoid to ask him to upgrade the zoid... he'd much rather spit on him than ask him for anything. He finally glances to Emerald to try and switch up the topic. "... So, why do you think you're target for... like pervs and people hitting on you and such?"

She was young only nineteen and already an officer. "I'll put in the applications for you so he doesn't fuss. As for your questions. I don't really know. I'm covered in grease every time. I hit people with tools, and I have the mouth of a sailor. Maybe my age or rank? I dunno. I really don't." She was slow in the dating department since she was really young. Also because she went to college at a really young age due to her intelligence. "Why do you think I am such a target for pervs and people to hit on me?" Somehow she really wanted to hear his reason why. She felt comfortable around around him and not wanting to knock the s**t out of him like the other pilots.

Brain nods slightly, looking away a bit. He then smirks and glances back at her question back to him. "... Well, it may be because of the guy-to-girl ratio... you know, so many guys, not enough girls... plus, maybe people are just into greased up women that speak their mind... or... well, it's fun to get you mad at times... the same sort of fun like to harass a caged sleeping bear with a stick... and the fact that you're young makes you more attractive for the guys that do it do to attraction, and makes it more fun because... well, younger you are... easier it is to push your buttons... and harassing is a pretty big button for ya, so it's the best to push..." He says before adding with a shrug "... but that's just why I think people do it... I would harass you, myself, to push your buttons for fun... but eh... I'd hate to risk getting hurt by getting stabbed at with a tool or a tool thrown at me... that, and it'd be a bit weird." He then looks forward. Emerald is one of the few people to see Brain... well, not being 'badass' all the time. He acted more the opposite with her, at times... not to the extent that he's an emotional crying wreck, but more that he cares about her and actually listens. He looks away to the TV with a small smile. "If you want to head back to sleep, or something... you're welcome to use the guest bedroom..."

"So ya'll irritate me just for kicks do ya'. I see how it is. Well besides harassment another big button pusher is someone touching my tools. See you would do it too but you're afraid of my throwing skills." She said in a teasing tone. She was actually smiling which was a rare sight since she was always yelling at someone. "As for sleep I'm up for the day since that a*****e banged on my door. I am pretty sure I have a sign on my door that says don't wake me the ******** up until after 11am on it." She pulled her hair back into a really messy bun so it of out of the way. She was known for her classic loose pigtails but she didn't have two hair ties on her at the moment. Just the one.

Brain nods with a small chuckle. "Of course it is, but with harassment... well... it brought you here to hide a bit... it's a different level of pressing your buttons." He says with a small shrug. He rolls his eyes slightly before standing and walking for the kitchen. "Ok, then... you hungry for something?... or like... want some coffee then?"

Cannot be used with the Attack Booster Unit and disables the booster while mounted. On the Shield Liger, it mounts on the back, above the tail, restricting its back mounted weaponry.
