Kimil rolled over. Lying on her back she looked up at the sky above her. She wasn’t surprised that her cousins and Lilia had decided to stay in the outerworld. This place was calm and interesting. She snorted. Ritilanishia had even joined a tribe abandoning her role as house head. Kimil felt a bit jealous of the other phim. She had found someone worth throwing away everything she ever had for. I’m not like that. I left Tzara to deliver the news and not come back. It wasn’t love that makes me stay away, only distaste for politics that I’d get dragged into if I stayed. Still I suppose it’s not so bad. Rit doesn’t really have any servants here that she has to look after since her ‘servants’ have always been self sufficient enough to never really need her. At least I have someone to depend on me and make me feel useful. Mimoko is a good girl. Probably to obedient for her own good. If I didn’t take her as a servant someone else would and they could abuse her. The dog-fox is so sweet she’d accept it as normal and smile the whole time. Kimil shook her head and grimaced. What she was doing with a servant was beyond her.

"Kimil!"
Mimoko returned to her masters side with a rabbit hanging from her jaws, having heard the vixen mention being hungry earlier and rushed off to find her food. The sledfox smirked at the vixen, dropping the rabbit at her feet before sitting on her haunches. Her master. Was she strange? Was she wrong? She wanted a master. She had wanted someone to tell her what to do. She wanted someone to depend on. She wanted to be a servant. She wanted to serve.
Then why did she get jealous when Kimil talked to others? Surely it was because she was her master. Mimoko wanted her to rely on her, for her to need Mimoko to help her. She didn't want her to rely on others. Afterall, Mimoko was her servant!
With this she laid down, not touching the kill and instead offering it to Kimil. She folded her legs under her, eyeing the vixen before humming slightly.

Craning her neck Kimil looked at Mimoko smiling. She then rolled over as the dog-fox dropped a plump little rabbit down before her. Mimoko was very good to look out for her here in the outerworld. “You’ve done very well Mimoko. Thank you.” I wonder why Mimoko left her tribe. She is very capable and cheerful. I wonder if the others where mean to her at all. The thought irritated Kimil like the buzzing of a fly on hot day. Mimoko was her servant and it was a master’s sworn duty to protect those under them. Vaguely Kimil wondered if there were any rules to go about killing off certain members of a tribe like there were for assassinating House members in Tzara.
“Mimoko you must be hungry after hunting. I would not mind sharing a meal with you, after all you have worked so hard. I do not wish for you to starve yourself.” Kimil then proceeded to rip the hind legs off the rabbit so she could nibble on them, while leaving the more nutritious parts of the rabbit for her servant.
Mmm after this I’ll take a quick flight and find us some water. It would be nice to have a drink after a meal. Still the question of why Mimoko left her tribe nagged at Kimil so she mulled over how to bring it up in conversation.

Mimoko nodded at Kimil, taking the pieces left behind for herself, not before eyeing her to make sure it was okay. Her curled tail wagged when she was praised. She didn't notice that Kimil had the thoughtful expression on her face, to busy from keeping her own overjoyed one under wraps. Absently, she wondered how long the two would be together. Would Kimil ever tire of having a servant? What if she had a mate and children? Mimoko could serve her children, too.
What happened when Mimoko died? Who would care for Kimil's children then? This thought sent the smaller green and black fox into a frantic state, her mind whirling to fast for her to comprehend. She could always have her own kids? No! She wasn't.... she belonged to her master! Anyway, no one else intrigued her enough. Afterall, she was just a silly little sledfox.

Kimil kept her eye on the dog-fox and felt her right eye twitch. One second Mimoko’s eyes looked happy the next the dog-fox’s eyes looked like a deer that was being cornered by a pack of hunters. “Is there something amiss Mimoko?” I hope she isn’t thinking about her tribe and wishing she were there rather than here. I would feel.. unimportant and hindering where it the case. Still at least I could ask her about what life in her tribe was like. Da** social protocols. I should have paid more attention to them when my father insisted I learn them. No instead I had to learn how to daydream and pretend I was on an adventure. This would be so much easier if I knew how outworlders handled their servants.
Her tail swirling calming in the air behind her Kimil decided she would simply cut across social protocol after all she never paid attention to it Tzara, why should this place be any different? Besides she wasn’t well raised like her Ritilanishia, Mimoko might as well learn that now rather than be shocked later. “Mimoko do you miss your tribe? I am simply curious how your life amongst them was.”
(( *steals Mimoko and huggles her* so frickin' cute.))

( -giggles- I'm happy you like her, it took her a long time to find someone who liked her. )
Mimoko tilted her head when her master stared at her, noticing the twitch before smiling at her. "Nothing is wrong." She mused, which was the truth. Well, she was panicking about the fact that her master would be all alone if she died, and her masters kids. She kept silent though when her master opened her mouth again, tilting her head until the sentence was over.
She shook her head, ears flipping in-front of her face. "No." She was honest, smiling at her master. "I belonged to them only after my previous home, a traveling circus departed." She mewled, looking over to the sky. "But, there were so many of them there. When I met you, you were alone. You were my master." She blushed a little, pawing at the ground.
"In the tribe we shared Elders, but with you, I'm your only servant. I was happier. In the tribe, I felt like I was just another person, that what I was doing wasn't helping enough. With you, I could help you and be the only one to." She smiled widely at Gene, tail wagging.
"So no, I don't miss it. I didn't make any friends their, anyway. In a way, you are my first friend."

Only nodding her head Kimil didn’t really believe that nothing was wrong. Mimoko had been thinking something upsetting. Still when the dog-fox smiled Kimil felt a wash of relief. Odd to think that I feel this way with something as simple as a smile. Perhaps I am unfit to have a servant. Kimil felt her eyes widen slightly when Mimoko revealed that one of the things Mimoko associated with Kimil was that Kimil was alone when they first met. I know I did not exactly arrive with servants or a welcoming party like my cousin probably did. Still simply to call me alone is rather crass. I wonder if I come off as weak or helpless. Surely Mimoko would not serve me out of pity? That would be .. unpleasant.. I am not sure why though it would be.
Mimoko’s explanation about not wanting to share a leader made Kimil grin. “You do realize that the situation you are describing is more that of a head servant to a noble, or a mate caring for their loved one.” Different situations have different meaning though. “mm I am glad I am your friend; though I am sad to hear that I your first. You are a rather pleasant fox to be around. ”
((That's a surprise to me. Mimoko is so sweet and obedient. She would get along with most any fox I think))

(( I thought so, too, but no one wanted to roleplay with her. ))
Mimoko blushed a dark red, shaking her head. She hadn't meant in that way! She just, had meant.... that she wanted to serve the vixen! Oh, ohhhhh. Now she was squirming, blushing darker before shaking her head once more. "N-No! I didn't mean it like that! I just.. I.... I just want to be your servant and i-in the tribe n-no one needed me for anything and I-I felt useless. Oh.... I... you just... when you came here you were tough and independent, b-but even still when I said I wanted a master you became mine! You don't n-need me, but you still let me serve you! That's all!"
The little fox rubbed her cheeks, looking away to the kill, her ears flicking back as her eyes looked at the 'Phim but her head didn't turn. "H-Honestly." She mewled, pawing at the ground.

Chuckling Kimil smiled. Mimoko was cute; there was just no other way to put it. The dark blue fur on her face took on a purplish hue when she blushed. It was quite fetching. “I know you are innocent of such thoughts my servant. Still it does give me a reason to tease you since you are my favorite.” Winking Kimil stood up. She views me as both a friend and as a master. The phim was feeling quite happy about that still it brought other concerns to her mind. I need to be careful about how I treat Mimoko. She is kind and sweet. I should make sure she has good experiences both as a servant and as a tovarish. Though I have never called another by such a title.. how do I go about seeing to her happiness?
She nodded to the dog-fox. “Yes honestly. Now while you finish eating I’m going to take a quite flight and see if I cannot find a river. I’ll come back when I do and we can both go take a bath. Does that appeal to your sensibilities Mimoko?”
(Well you know I don’t feel bad saying their loss is my gain ^.^ )

(( Awhh. <3 I love how Kimil makes sure her servant is happy even though Mimoko is supposed to make sure Kimil is happy. ))
Mimoko blinked when she was called Kimil's favorite, her curled tail wagging fiercely, ears lowering as she blushed more. She was Kimil's favorite servant? Most would not see this as a compliment mostly because Mimoko was her only servant at the moment, but Mimoko was to busy being...well.... elated to care.
'I couldn't have asked for a better master.'
Of course, she didn't say that, keeping it firmly in her thoughts. When the vixen spoke her words sliced through her thoughts, ears flicking. She eyed Kimil, considering saying she could look for a river but instead followed the suggestion. She smiled, nodding. "Yes."

Kimil chuckled. “Alright then.” Kimil took a few steps before launching herself up high and flying. The wind caressed her golden hair in her main and tail. In a few strokes of her brown wings Kimil found herself looking down on the world like a bird. The air was a second home to Kimil. Something she had always loved. Looking down she saw her servant’s form. The bright blue and green standing out compared to the ground. Smiling Kimil twisted and flew off to find a river.
After an about half an hour of flight Kimil spotted what she was looking for. She skimmed down closer to the water to make sure it was safe with no visible dangers in sight. Not finding anything she recognized she flew back to Kimil. The air started to feel a bit colder as Kimil found her way back to Mimoko. She landed trying to kick up as little dust as she could. “There is a river in that direction.” Kimil pointed toward the winding river. “Shall we go?”
(For Kimil’s part: It’s a part of the Tzaran culture. Servants protect and help their master, while their masters’ see to their servants’ health and wellbeing overall. As corrupt as the political system is amongst the Houses at least the servants are well taken care of. At least in most of the Houses, there some that put on a pretty front and have some pretty hinky backroom deals going on. There are some expectations, but with Kimil being raised by in a well to do merchant upbringing she follows the more ideal aspects associated with nobles. That and she’s just nice. – long explanation is now over.)

Mimoko watched her master fly into the sky, turning to view the flowers around the ground. Silently she wondered if she had made the best choice leaving her tribe, if Kimil felt guilty somehow. No, she shouldn't. Mimoko had left for both Kimil and herself. Her ears flicked as she waited, growing a little bored and turning once more to the flowers. Carefully, she pulled one up and began to twine the steams together.
When her master returned she held a flower necklace in her paws, though what to do with it was beyond her. She turned to look at her flying master, smiling warmly and trotting up to her.
"Here, master." She pushed the necklace to the ground before tilting her head nodding. "If you wish, then yes, I'd be happy to go."

Looking down at what Mimoko dropped Kimil couldn’t help but smile. It was a pretty flower necklace. Just the site of one brought back happy memories of playing with the other kits back home under her father’s watchful eye when he wasn’t arguing over things. Kimil never had the talent back then to make more then a small flower bracelet of sorts, and that usually rotten so quickly in the warm climate of Tzara that they never lasted more than a day much to the discontent of Kimi and her fellow playmates. Gesturing to the necklace on the job Kimil felt she had to comment on it. “That is well made Mimoko. You are lucky to have such a skill.” Picking up the necklace Kimil put it on. “I shall wear it proudly.”

Mimoko blushed, nodding silently. Oh, she really liked it that much, for real? The sled-dog wagged her curly tail, pawing at the ground. "I-It's really nothing.... Just something I learned. It's.... it really doesn't blend in with your outfit, you don't have to wear it for my sake." She looked up, blushing darker once more. Oh, Kimil! She hoped the vixen would still wear it despite how it totally did not fit her outfit. It would make the small vixen happy.
This must look strange to others. A sled-dog with a 'Phim. Really, how strange could that be. Silently, Mimoko wished that Kimil would praise her even more, it made her heart beat faster knowing that she had pleased her master.
(( Their kits will be strange. ))

Snorting loudly Kimil winked at Mimoko. “My appearance is my own and I shall do as I will.” With that she held up a paw and tapped the floral necklace gently before she patted Mimoko on the head. “I like this gift very much my Mimoko. I only wish I had something of worth to give to you in return to show my favor to this.” Perhaps I will find something latter on to give to her. She is such a good servant to be able to think of something so thoughtful and to even be so humble as to modestly and graciously accept the praise for it. I am very lucky to have found her. I have to do my best to be a good master for her. “Come along now Mimoko, Lets head to the river.”
((*nods* yeah I figured that out about … *looks at my second post* a while ago. Still totally cute couple *loves Mimoko to death*))
