Alright Des, what do you think we should focus on first? And should we divide the subforums along the lines of what kind of thing it is, or what kind of guild it's for? I'm currently leaning towards the former, but I'd like to hear your opinion on it.
Also, what do you think about having Test join as part of the Staff?

I say we charge it. And I also think it would be a good idea to let Tenshi as one of the staff here. He knows what he is doing, adding him to the staff would be great.

Recommendation: Add a sub for weapon/melee fighting styles. Those could be stuffed in with techniques, but it'd be better on it's own.
As for the "application" things you've got for asking for help, it could be useful to have a spot asking what guild the custom is being made for. Knowing that could help you fine tune things a LOT to assist judging in the actual guild.

Alright, if we're charging the different threads should have different prices. Does anyone have an idea of what the prices should be?

Is charging really a good idea? I can see if some people wanted to charge for their help, but a set price on everything is a bit cruel.
Not quite. Having the general guild type like it was was good. I was thinking more as an added in "What guild, if any in particular, is this meant for?". Cause people make things for general usage too.

You should probably have some sort of safety thing to protect you/the guild if something gets stolen. If this gets big and popular, I can practically guarantee there will be leeches hanging around just to grab things people have made here and claim it as their own work somewhere else. I dunno how strict Gaia is on copyright, but it'd be best to protect yourself against that somehow anyways.

I'll add the general guild thing back in.
And for the copyrighting issue.... hrm. The big problem is that if you put something in the post, it'd be easy to delete it from the quote. No, we would have to have some kind of signature that becomes intrinsic to the guild aid information.
And as for charging, we could base it more on the amount of help you need rather than one set fee for every kind of thing. Because there are times when you have a style almost complete, but you need a bit of help with abilities or descriptions; or coming up with abilities for a weapon.
