"Auuuu! I'm scared!" wailed out a young girl, her eyes red from crying. Her aunt had sent her all the way from France to compete in this stupid battle, and what does she do? In less then a day, her luggage got stolen and her servant was defeated. She probably would have been killed to if she didn't start bawling. Sometimes, a child's crying is enough to stop a magus, and this time it worked. It the time, she had sensed her luck and high tailed it out of there. But now she was lost in a city she didn't know, speaking a language at she struggled with. No matter how many times she cried for help, they would just here a gargled mess.

"Auntie, why did you send me here? Saber, Saber!" The end was a gargled cry. A cry for her lost servant, a woman she thought of like an older sister. She would miss her, even though she was aware that the servant had been holding her back. She was very weak, and should never have been summoned. In fact, she wouldn't have been summoned if not for this being an all out brawl. That Servant's legend was almost completely forgotten. But now maybe, Hau could get a better servant. That was probably the only reason she didn't grab a cab to the nearest airport. yes, she could win this battle and her mother would have to except that she was meant to be a magus.

Darsis exhaled. He had roughly two hours to find another master. His previous master had been foolish and rather unskilled. His left arm throbbed, but he ignored it. It was always like that, so he'd learned to suppress the pain he felt. He walked through city, the streets mostly empty, so he didn't really stand out in his medevial wear, "This is rather taxing..." Was all he could say as he walked.

"Saber!" screamed the girl one last time. She needed her Saber, her protector. Even her aunt had said it. Without a protector, Hau was helpless. Though Dertah had taught her magic, it had only been what she could dig up. There were huge chunks of information missing, especially some pertaining to hiding ones magic. The little magus was extremely easy to find because of this, which was probably the reason that her servant had been killed already.

"Saber..." Now the wailing had been stiffed to just plain crying. Now that she had calmed down a little, she could finally get up and start tryign to find her way to the safe area, or better yet, the airport. For a brief second, she caught sight of a strange man in medieval clothing, but she chose not to make a deal of it. Hopefully he didn't notice her, and she could get away unharmed.

Darsis looked up towards the full moon, "What is a servant without a master?" His eyes looked to the side at the girl, followed quickly by his head turning to look at her, "And what is a master without a sevant?"

His sharp eyes noted the girl's hand with all too familiar marks on them. However, he didn't see any servant, spirit form or otherwise, around her. So his conclusion was quick and relatively simple. She had lost her servant, like he'd lost his master.

Crap, thought Hau the moment she noticed him look at her. As far as she was concerned, his master had ordered him to kill the other servants and masters. So she did the only thing she knew to, she ran as fast as she could in a random direction. In a case like this, running was winning.

Darsis exhaled rather deeply. He couldn't blame her, but he couldn't act independantly, unlike the archer class. Typically, he required a master nearby to combat someone else. He walked after the female master, his weapon still drawn. But if needed, he would rush after her. After all, he had a rather limited amount of time in this world before he dissipated, after all.

Hau didn't run that far from the male servant before she stopped. She was just too tired. It had been a long night for the girl, and she had spent most of it running. That would exhaust any person, but she was in a pretty bad case already. She wasn't trained to run, she was trained to cast spells, and her body was pretty weak. Once again, she uttered a curse directed at her aunt, and slide into the alleyway of two large buildings. Then she peaked her head out for a second to see if he was still there. Darn, he was.

"Lancer, you notice anything yet?" Reed was muttering to his invisible comrade. He didn't have the ability to detect servants or masters and, at least to his knowledge, his servant didn't either. But, being a servant, she might be able to tell who might be a master or a servant. There only a few people on this street, dressed in business or casual wear, nothing that really stood out. Not that a servant would stay in their physical form in a public place. There wasn't any sign of a master or a servant yet but he loaded his arms with starmines just in case.

"Nothing yet," said the servant in a voice that dripped with sarcasm. "Except, of course, that man in the medieval wear. But, no, he doesn't look suspicious at all." Even though it seemed rude, the servant wanted to prove that she was better then her master, even if that meant making him seem stupid. She hated people being of a higher rank then her.

"Hm? I thought that he was just a cosplayer or something, that armor looks too fancy to actually belong to a servant, and besides, why would a servant be wandering around like that in their physical form?" Reed then saw that the man was following a girl, probably in her early teens. "I suppose that it doesn't really matter who he is seeing that he's going for a little girl right now. We have a few options, there aren't many people around, you can attack him and I grab the girl or you can save the girl and I nail him with a well-placed starmine. If he's really a servant, the former is probably a better idea. And if the reason the girl's being chased is because she's a master, we might just gain an ally." And perhaps another lead.

"I'll take the servant, seeing a that is my job," said Viladi as she shifted into her physical form. In her hand, she held a wooden spear, or more correctly, a pike. It greatly resembled the type of pike that she had used to impale people when she was alive, but it wasn't like anyone would notice that. Most of the records of the time she had been alive were very vague. Keeping her steps silent, she ran at the other servant in the hopes of striking him through.

((I think I'll wait for Leon))

Reed walked towards the girl, using his peripheral vision to see how his servant was doing. "Hey miss," he said politely, crouching to her eye level. He noticed the command seal on her hand Jackpot. "You're a magus, right? I need some help looking for a friend of mine. You've probably heard of her before, she goes by the title, The Magic Gunner, Ms. Blue. You've heard of her right? The user of the 5th true magic? Clock Tower's problem child? Might you know where she is?" The starmines were still loaded just in case she had a servant lying around in wait.

"Hey! Hey! I don't know anything! Get away from me! I'll call me servant and she'll fry you! You here me! Fry you!" exclaimed the young magus, as she backed up. She didn't have any offensive or defensive magic, so she was doomed on her own. The only thing she could do at the moment was to make empty threats and try to push magic into the trash can behind her. Her only physical ability was to force part of her soul into objects to create allies.

Darsis had a high intuition when it came to battle, in other words, a gut feeling. He drew his sword and sidestepped, pivoting on his foot as he snapped his blade down. The catch in his blade forced the lance downward as he pushed off his foot, intending to send his elbow into the servants throat.

She'll? Her servant clearly wasn't the large, armored man. He noticed that the girl was backing up towards the trash can. "If you don't attack me or have your servant attack me, then we won't be enemies. Don't worry, I'm not going to kill you, sensei would probably level a city trying to discipline me if she ever found out that I killed another human being," Servants were already dead so they didn't apply to Aoko or Reed's philosophies. "But if you try to attack, I will retaliate," he stated, charging up a browning starmine in case she tried to attack him.
