During Archie's reign as Aqua leader, he attempted to flood the world. Eventually a man named Link17000 had stopped him in a revolution and has turned around Team Aqua. After the many powerful leaderships of Link17000, PokemonmasterPC, and Dragon_of_The_Seas, Darkfire098, Admiral_N[DOA], and now myself Brian_Link. Team Aqua has had many objectives and enemies in the past, but now they turn their sights on something completely different from the past leaders... not flood the world, but make the seas a better place for water Pokémon
Team Aqua has drug back their plans and have a completely different view on how things will be done. Even though Archie has the same goal, he wants his own cronies to do it with him, not with Team Aqua. Along with the rivalry of Archie, a whole other team is out there to put a stop to them, Archie's old arch rival team, Team Magma. Maxie will not only try to stop Team Aqua, but also deplete the world's source of water.

The Rules:
These rules are subject to change with or without notice. It is your job to check them for updates.
1. NO FLAMING OR SPAMMING! Do not flame other Teams or members! This includes in the other Team threads as well! Do not spam in their HQs either! The first time someone spams, they'll get a warning. The second time, they're suspended for a least 4 hours. After that if they're caught spamming in HQ again they'll be fired.
2. All Pokemon must be caught in a mission or RP.
3. All evolutions must be approved by a Chief or higher.
~You must keep track of how many mission, battles and days your Pokémon have had! We will keep track of what Pokémon you own, but not their evo stats!~
4. All trades must be approved by an Exec or higher. Trading Legends and Mini-Legends is not allowed. Inter-Team trading is not allowed unless you have both Leader's permission first.
5. In order to breed you must take your Pokemon to the Leader, Co-Leader, or a Breeder and pay $1000 Pokedollars. You cannot trade Pokemon eggs. You can only breed Pokemon that you own. This means that you cannot trade for a different Pokemon, breed it, then trade back. If you are caught doing this you will be suspended for 3 days.
Bug, Flying, Normal, and Poison types take 4 days to hatch.
Electric, Fire, Ghost, Grass, Ground, and Rock types take 5 days to hatch.
Dark, Fighting, Ice, Psychic, Water, and Steel types take 6 days to hatch.
Dragon types take 7 days to hatch. Mini-Legendary Basic Stages take 8 days to hatch.
For Pokemon with two types, take the number of days for the first type and add one day to it.
6. All inactive members will be kept track of on a list. If they are found to be active on GaiaOnline but not in the Team for a week, they'll be fired. All other inactive members will not be fired or demoted if they have a reason for their absence. You should try to post in HQ at least 3 times a week to be active and to actually participate in some of the events going on.
7. You may not have the same character in two different Pokemon RPs while joined with Team Aqua.
8. All members must create a profile in the Member Profile board. Your profile must include your Pokemon, money, items, and character biography.
9. Make sure that whenever you obtain a new Pokémon, you PM a Chief or higher-ranked member! Also state the page number of when you obtained the Pokémon. Otherwise, your new Pokémon will not be added to the official record.
10. Legendaries may only be caught by Executives or higher. The Leader and Co-Leader are allowed to catch their own set of legendaries. Chiefs and Executives will split one set. Chiefs are allowed to catch three Legendaries and Executives one. Before catching a legendary, you MUST gain permission from the Leader. DO NOT POWER-ABUSE THEM OR YOU'LL LOSE THE LEGENDARY(IES) AND WILL BE DEMOTED AS SEEN FIT!
11. All posts should be RP related, and should have at least one RP in it. Example: *beats Jim over the head with a stick*

Rank Powers:
Leader: Can do anything.
Co-Leader: Can do anything, but not anything major without the Leader's permission first.
Chief: Can grade and make missions, sign people up, rank people up as high as Executive, suspend for up to 9 days, demote, approve evos, approve trades and start RPs.
Executive: Can grade and make missions, sign people up, rank people up to as high as Sargent, suspend for up 6 days, and start RPs.
Officer: Can grade and make missions, sign people up, rank people to as high as Corporal, and approve trades.
Captain: Suspend people for up to 3 days, can grade and make missions.
Lieutenant: Can grade missions.
Anyone can start a Training RP. A Training RP (or TRP for short) only consists of yourself or a group of members battling/catching wild Pokemon allowed at your rank, or battling trainers not belonging to any enemy team or group. Limit 3/week for every member.

Leader:All Pokémon are allowed, complete set of all Legends.
Co-Leader: All Pokémon are allowed, complete set of all Legends.
Cheif: All Pokémon are allowed and may have three legendaries.
Executive: All Pokémon are allowed and may have one legendary.
Tier 2 Ranks: All Pokémon are allowed, but no legends.
Tier 3 Ranks: No legends or mini-legends. All other Pokémon are allowed.
Tier 4 Ranks: No legends, mini-legends or 2nd stage evos. All other Pokémon are allowed.
Tier 5 Ranks: No legends, mini-legends, 1st or 2nd stage evos. All other Pokémon are allowed.
***Note: Mini-Legendaries include Dragonite, Tyranitar, Metagross***

Definition of Spam/Chatting:
1. Sig requests, chatting about sigs and 'look at my sig' type posts are not allowed.
2. Advertising other threads or websites not directly related to Aqua is not allowed.
3. Single word posts such as hello, hi or bye are not permissible and are classified as spam.
4. Also "LOL", "ROFL", "OMG" and the likes by them selves are ALSO spam.
5. Posting pictures that do not relate to the RP is also spam.
6. If your post contains no RP action in it then it is spam.
7. Out-of-Character Chat
If you want to say something in HQ try to make it a coherent sentence. That means it clearly outlines a reasonable thought. That thought should be related in some way to the Team.
