I am sending this pm to Jubaku, Lloyd and Jane. We need to do something about ayasashi. Even after this incident yesterday with Machina where he told him to sthu, he started something again though not as bad. He said he wouldnt allow Rima to be up for a captains position. It seems whenever someone goes against him he begins to flip out now, and the sthu thing is just what Byakuya would do. He didnt bother to read the rp same she submitted or anything just came to his accusations.
On his new arrancar profile even after multiple mods talked to him about it he only acknowledges 2 then everyone else he doesnt care about. He openily started to cuss in that same profile saying someone just approve it god damnit. He is not setting a good example as a mod of the guild, he cannot even run his own squad.
The reason I have sent this in pm for to you three is because I believe bringing this to rest of the guilds knowledge will only cause drama with Ayasashi freaking out. I personally believe he should be demoted to members until he can prove to us he is capable to be a crew member again. He is disrespectful to to others and over steps his authority then if another crew questions him he says you are under mining him so to him he is always right.
Please let me know what you all think.

I do not like how he is acting either nor do I think it is acceptable as a mod. He doesnt like to listen to what I have to say cause he think Im out to get him

I agree..... his attitude is getting out of hand... trust me i know the outside situation as well...... he IMs me when he is pissed and such..... something does need ot be done....

He brings up raimundo ALOT! Me thinks he protests to much. Im laid back, and try not to be a b1tch but he is too demanding. I thought his profile might be up for approval though. I would have gone to bat for him if he did not alienate him self so.

He brings up Raimundo too much for my comfort. He does protest alot cause he has to be right all the time and very demanding once he doesnt get his own. Hes the type of person who has to be the best and always be right.

He shouldnt run a squad he isnt fit for it. He is making it so people do not want to be in his squad.

he thinks Zechs is gong to black mail him...... he IMed me about that..... he is flipping and showing a whole nother side of himself... that he needs to stop showing..... he thinks everyone is undermiing his authority as a mod, and underestimating him. He thinks everyone loves him and he is mnipulating everyone.... he also needs to stop the dang threats on everyone who doesnt agree with hm.

I have no intention of blackmailing him. Why would I want to? He can think whatever he wants that he has more power than I do or that more people like him but we all know the truth. If he is gonna continue to cause problems, I wont hesitate to take care of him.
