Chrissy was absolutely pissed off. She paced across her room, glaring, then knocked a statue off her dresser, not caring that the arm broke off when it hit the floor. All she wanted was to go swimming. But she couldn't. She couldn't because Elina and her dad were too busy with those stupid little babies to sit outside! Jiang and Trent got all the attention, all the time! They didn't even notice when she left them pictures on the fridge. They didn't care when she made cookies for them. They'd sat on the counter all day, and over night, until Chrissy had just thrown them out.

They were always way too busy for her. And she understood that babies needed attention, but so did she! She went over to her bed, and stuffed the last of the clothes in, before she zipped it up, and pulled it onto her back. If they weren't going to pay any attention to her now, she'd disappear until they noticed she was gone.

She snuck downstairs, being careful to avoid the steps the creaked, and when she reached the bottom, padded her way quietly across the entrance way. She reached the door, then froze when she heard Billy.
"I'll be right back, you two, gotta go see where Elina got off too."
She held her breath, turning to watch as Billy stepped out of the living room. There was a tense moment, then he just turned to the right, and headed down the hall, not noticing her pressed against the door. Her eyes narrowed as a thought occured to her. If she was gone...they'd only pay more attention to those stupid meatbags. Well...not if she had anything to say about it!

She looked around, then saw the stroller with two seats. If she was going to disappear...so were Jiang and Trent. Then Dad and Elina would learn a lesson or two. She took the stroller and pushed it into the living room, where Trent and Jiang were in the playpen.

"Hey, you little witchity grubs," she said, smiling at them, "We're gonna go for a walk, ok?" She, with a little difficulty, lifted Trent and put him in the back seat of the stroller. Then she turned to Jiang and, with a little less trouble, lifted him too.

Elina was yet again at Billy's house. Jiang and Trent had really bonded well, so they were over there more often than they were in their own home. Not that either seemed to mind. The little dragon was happy so long as he had his toy with him. Elina thought her little baby to be the best, always so quiet and wanting cuddles. Though sometimes he acted like cat, only wanting to be coddled on his terms. But every kid had their quirks.

When Chrissy showed up and spoke to the toddlers, Jiang didn't put up any fuss as he was lifted into the stroller. He had his stuffed animal, nothing could bother him. And in his mind, the girl wasn't so bad. If loud sometimes, but not as annoying as Trent usually was. Stupid leviathan.

He gazed up at Chrissy when he was put into the stroller, looking a little quizzical. Where were they going? "Walk?" he repeated, though not perfectly. Jiang looked over towards Trent, still looking confused. Did he know where they were going?

Trent just blinked at Jiang, then looked to Chrissy, and whined quietly. She shushed them, and started pushing the stroller out into the entrance way, nervously glancing in the direction her father had gone. She could hear his and Elina's voices, faintly. So, she hurried wheeled them towards the door, whispering to them.
"If you guys stay really, really quiet, we'll get treats, ok?"
She found herself not having any hard feelings towards the two boys. And her plans changed a little more as she walked. She'd take them somewhere nice, like a park, just for a little while. Enough to shake the two parents up a little. She opened the front door slowly, then started pushing the stroller outside. Trent wanted food, so he didn't make a sound.

Unlike Trent, treats didn't work so well on Jiang. But the kid could tell his, tentative, friend wanted this treat Chrissy promised, so he too stayed quiet. He nodded in agreement, wriggling down in his chair, clutching at his toy.

He was oblivious to the blonde girl's plans, but was kind of happy to get out of the house. Having people around made it loud which made Jiang squirm and whine, not pleased in the least.

They got outside, and she hurried back to carefully shut the door. Then she held onto the pram again, and ran down the front sidewalk, wanting to get away as fast as possible, before either of the adults noticed their precious babies were missing. She reaching the sidewalk, and turned, hurrying down the street. When they were far enough away, she cheered, slowing down. Trent started to complaining, hitting the side of the pram with his claw.
"No!"
"Oh, stop it, you. We're going out, aren't you happy? Maybe I'll take you somewhere where we can lay in the grass!"

"Water!" Jiang said loudly as they got onto the sidewalk. He didn't want grass, grass was itchy. Water was cool and refreshing. "Water!" If Trent was going to make a fuss, the dragon was not about to be outdone by the overgrown lobster.

Trent heard water, and got overly excited, banging with both claws and screeching. Chrissy winced, "Ok, fine! We'll find some water! Just shush!" So, she walked for a few blocks, then went down a dirt path and navigated her way through some tall grass and a patch of trees until they got to a narrow, but deep and fast moving river. Her dad had taken her there a few times before Trent was born. She smiled, and moved to get the boys out of the stroller, "Is this a good place, Jiang?" she asked, as she lifted him.

He was pleased when Chrissy began to move them off the cement path and towards the grass and tree. And when they came upon the river, the dragon grinned and nodded. "Water water water!" he said happily, having his arms with a smile. Much better!

She put him on the grass, then moved to get Trent down, huffing and nearly dropping him. "Trent, you're so fat!" she cried out, putting him down as well. Trent didn't seem to care, and just sat there, looking around with wide, wide eyes.
Chrissy walked around the stroller, and got the baby bag out from the basket underneath, smiling. She felt oddly good right now. She was in charge, and it was up to her to look after the babies! Well, she was going to do a good job. A better job than her dad and Elina!

When he was set on the grass, Jiang took in his surroundings. It was pretty nice out here, actually. Cool, quiet, and water! Lots of rushing water! He was almost mesmerized by it, staring at the river as Trent joined him.

Trent was eyeing the river as well. He wanted to go into it, but he remembered how upset his dad had gotten the last time he'd tried that. It didn't yet occur to him that Billy wasn't there.
"Are you two hungry? We have some of those baby biscuits here." Chrissy said, pulling out the box. "Things things are so yummy!" And not meant for her, but she didn't care. She sat on the grass near them and started to open the box, as she kicked her sneakers off using just her feet. The girl had monkey toes. "I don't know if you like these, Jiang, but you can have one if you want," she said, as Trent reached out for one eagerly.

Jiang glanced back at Chrissy. He'd never had baby biscuits before, but they sounded too enough. Elina made biscuits once in awhile, they were buttery and yummy. So he reached out for one when Chrissy offered, wanting to try some. The water could wait for a little longer.

Chrissy gave Jiang his, then got comfy, lying in the grass. Trent was very happy with his biscuit, and gobbled it up in no time. He eyed Jiang's when he was done, eyes a little wide as he leant sloooowly towards him.

The dragon nibbled on the biscuit. Upon finding it very tasty, he began to eat it faster, though he noticed a certain someone inching towards him. "NO!" Jiang said loudly, scrambling away from Trent. "No, no, no, no, no!" The biscuit was his and his alone!

Damn it, not sneaky enough! Trent whined and crawled after him, "Num num!" He wanted it! They were so good. Chrissy lifted her head, frowning, "Trent, stop it! Or you're not getting any juice later. Trent huffed, and sat down heavily, crossing his arms and pouting.
