*ahem* And welcome to the Worldspeakers Guild. The name is rather whimsical, I know, but.. well, we seem to like it. Anyway, use this thread to introduce yourself, and stuff.
Btw, I'm Twilakam. Also known as Akamar, Twilight Akamar, M, and, of late, Twilly. :3 I've grown rather fond of the last one.
I'm a 30 year old animation drop out, who is now contemplating going to school for medicine or physical therapy, hopefully sometime soon. I have a fairly good style, and am rather good at what I do... limited as it is.
I'm also asexual/non-sexual, but have a deep artistic love of human form, even sensuality. And boobs. Boobs are fun to draw.
I like character art, design, and creation. I can't draw animals very well, and my ability to do Anthros is limited. Similarly, I tend to lack patience to bother with perspective. That said, I seem to do a fairly good job with people. (But I can't do a chibi to save my life. O_O So, don't ask... )
Aside from drawing, however, I'm multi-talented. I can make chainmaille, chainmaille jewelry, beaded jewelry, wire jewelry. I used to know how to make glass beads. I can sculpt, crochet, cross-stitch, sew, paint a little, make very lovely Kanzashi (which I should get back to for a month or so, depending on if my store has sold my current stock).
I also have a dozen or more epic tales in my head, and would probably have multiple comics if I could focus long enough to do them. >_<

I'm a 17 year old student. a senior in High School.
I am bisexual but I've never been in a relationship.
I'm first and foremost a singer. Next and secondbest a Freelance artist.
I'm an Otaku by trade and very proud of it.
I'm a giant, quite literally at 6 foot 3 inches with size 14 feet.
I have my own line of characters called 'Demented Figurines'.
My hobbies are writing, dancing, photography, and baton twirling.
I fancy that one day I can be a successful singer. I can sing in over 7 different languages with little difficulty. My favorites are Yiddish, Japanese, and Italian. I hate French and Korean is basically impossible.

Yo, everyone~<3.
My name is Escuro-sama...though I go by Escuro, Escu, Escurochi, Shantae (Over on Devart) and Essy to most.
I'm a 19-year-old New York City art student, starting my 2nd year majoring in Cartooning (though I may very well end up in Graphic Design). I want to start my own comic book series but I fear my limits in artistic ability might force me to change that plan.
I'm happily strait but very open towards the lifestyles of others. ^^
I'm an otaku, like many on Gaia, and am quite happy being one. =3 I'm a big fan of various Anime and Manga, many of which have influenced my art style and inspired me to continue on my path as an Artist. I watch/read them all the time. ^^ I love to write short stories and cosplay whenever I get the chance to attend a nearby Con with a group of friends. I'm also a big fan of Yaoi and Shounen Ai as well, but am not of the rabid fangirl variety. xD; I like my fair share of het too. x3
Aside from that, I'm really easy to get along with and am always up to meeting new people and making friends here on Gaia. =3 I hope to make some nice memories with everyone here. ^^

Non artist but an art appreciator and booty grab addict.
I'm 18 and been with my bf 2 years. He's on Gaia too but does his own thing which mostly involves discussions in SF while I stick to Aquarium and peruse the arts forums but don't post.

I'm not an artist, 19, straight, not in a relationship but not actively looking for one [hell if I'm saying 'no' if a perfect, hot guy asks me out wink ]. I'm in Australia, studying osteopathy, and totes enjoying it. Anatomy is fun; if you have any anatomy related questions don't be afraid to ask. (; It's not as good as free art, I know. XD
I used to be a huge otaku, but have moved on from that stage. Hobbies are TENNIS TENNIS TENNIS. Dx

Hello, I go by, Yumi, Rain, and Y-chan, my real name is Lynn and I'm an 18 year old, first year university student intent on becomming an Art and History teacher. I'm Bisexual, and currently with a lovely girl whome I'm going to university with ^^
I've been drawing for about 4 years and I prefer doing graphic art, using Paint Tool Sai, and airbrushing. My deviant art is Kitsunesden.deviantart.com.
I prefer to draw int he anime-style, tried realism, didn't work. I'm much better at drawing the female form than the male form, as I've had more practice and I find women easier and more fun to draw. Like many I'm a Otaku aswell. I love all different kinds of Anime and Manga, from the well known like Bleach, to the lesser like Utawarerumono. I have been cosplaying for nine years and attending various conevntions throught he western part of Canada, primarily Anime evolution, kei kon, F3, and the newest con opening at my university Kelowna-con. I real all kinds of Manga, from the softer to the more rated, especially for the prospect of learning anatomy.
I plan to open an art shop eventually, but I have to finish my current comissions. I usually update my D.A when I'm open again, and I will most likely post my shop here rather than the regular forums, but I am pricey ^^;;

I'm from Roskilde, Denmark So I speak Danish, English, Swedish, Norwegian and some Spanish and German. I'm 17 and going into my senior year of High school.
I moved to the United states when I was 4 but still visit for family every summer but I move a lot to until recently.
I live with my brother and Dad, my sister lives in Denmark sense she is old enough and me and my brother will probably move back to as well after we finish 2 years in College and then transfer.
I don't exactly know what I want to do because I feel like their are so many good choices, maybe a translator so i can travel and help authorities or something medical like forensics or your basic physician

Huh. I've been invited by Escuro, so I'm kinda late in the game I guess? :v
Oh well. I'm YokaiGoddess. But my friends call me JoJo. Call me whatever you like.
I'm a simple person. So I don't really talk about myself much. =P
I'm 19, and getting my AA degree in Digital Art and Design, hopefully, this year. I think I took drawing seriously around Junior High School. But I guess I like to draw because my friends love them so much. That's basically the nitty gritty on why I draw. To entertain or make people smile. Nothing much.
So it won't be surprising that I want to draw comics. Comics are perfect to make people happy, eh? But now I'll probably be geared toward Graphic Designer.
Oh, I play video games and fond of Fullmetal Alchemist.
