Bell Liberty Academy's library is VERY large, I'm sure you'll be able to find just about any book you can imagine here! There are also many computers with internet access that students can use for assignments, projects, etc!

The dark haired kid lost a little of his slowly returning color when he asked his question, which made him feel a flare of guilt, which only made him scowl and his bright blue eyes narrow slightly. He rolled his shoulders, forcing his thoughts away from issues like the kid obviously having a great big f**king huge one regarding this blonde guy. After a minute the sound of the pencil moving drew his attention towards the kid at his side once more. His azure orbs reading over the written note.

"He really is your f**king cousin?"The pale haired male snorted, glancing towards the end of the hallway they were nearing and taking a left for no real reason at all. Damn, and he thought his family was full of assholes. At least he'd kick the s**t out of anyone who was as creepy as that f**ker. He didn't expect a second note to be held out for him a moment later and when he read it his frown morphed into a sort of smirk.

"That so, Doormat. I'm Akiyo Kaisho. I'd say call me Sho, but its not like you'll be saying my damn name or anything."Sho shrugged his shoulders and spotted a wide open door at the end of the hallway that had a bright light hitting the tops of what looked like shelving. His smirk became full fledged. Well what the hell, they actually found the damn place.

"About f**king time."he announced before picking up his pace to walk through the doors and into the smell of books. Yet his blue gaze was darting around for only one thing. Computers. They had to f**king keep at least ONE here right? It was a damn library for crying out loud.

"Better to keep your mouth closed and be thought a fool, than to open it and remove all doubt."

Akira followed his roommate into the library. He loved to read, and was actually kind of happy (as opposed to his usually fairly emotionless state) that Bell Liberty had such a large library. Of course his face remained blank, though. Unless he was feeling extremely emotional (like when he had been so shocked and frightened a few minutes ago), he almost never showed any emotion at all on his pale face.
Akira blinked when Akiyo (or Sho, as he seemed to prefer) once again called him 'Doormat', even after learning his real name. But he dark-haired teen decided to ignore it, it wasn't like it was that big of a deal. Whatever he was called had never really mattered, people usually stopped calling him at all ofter not too long anyway.

Leading the silent Doormat through the shelves, Sho kept his gaze sharpened for the first sign of a computer. It involved repeating much of what had happened in the halls in that he'd stick his head around a corner to look down the length of the shelves, shrug, and then move down to the next one. Because of this he walked face first into a tall brunette in a clean three piece suit.

"s**t! Does no one in this damn place look where they're going?"The pale haired male demanded glaring up into an impressive bust that eventually lead to a heartshaped face. it was currently lifting an eyebrow at him. Sho's immediate response was to cross his arms over his chest and lean his weight onto one hip.

"Looking for something?"She drawled, her voice a thick honeyed accent of the deep south. Sho rolled his blue eyes.

"No, I like breaking my neck looking around shelves."He grumbled, as the woman turned her attention to the dark haired Akira behind him and flashed the silent boy a smile. She apparently read something in him that she liked better than Sho because she shifted slightly to direct her attention at him.

"What about you sweetheart?"She asked him in a softer tone. Sho's blue eyes narrowed as he glared between the two of them.

"Better to keep your mouth closed and be thought a fool, than to open it and remove all doubt."

Akira was beginning to wonder if he should go back to the dorm to get another notepad, he had long ago begun to feel uncomfortable if he was ever without one, and he had almost run out of room on the scrap of paper he had been using since he dropped his last one. Before the silent boy could come to a decision, a middle-aged librarian had found them, and asked if she could help them. Akira shook his head, before lowering it in what was supposed to have been a respectful bow.
Making his decision, he wrote in cramped letters on the small space left on his slip of paper.
'Have to get another notepad'
And the shorter boy turned and began heading toward the library's large double doors. He intended to return when he had fetched his means of communication, (his slight interest in Sho had not faded yet) but hadn't thought to let his roommate know that.

The librarian took the offered note, tipping her head as she read it with a faint frown as she lifted her gaze to look over where the dark haired boy was leaving. Sho all but growled and jerked the note out of her hand and read it over quickly before shooting his blue gaze to Doormat.

"Good god, Doormat. Get your a** back here."Grumbling he crumpled the note in his hand and jogged the distance that the shorter male had covered before catching his arm and jerking him around. The pale haired male then proceeded to drag him past the stunned librarian and to the back of the room where he'd spotted the edge of a computer. That done he jerked out the chair with a foot and pushed Doormat into it before pushing him into place.

A wiggle of the mouse flared the computer screen to life and leaning forward into the other boy's space Sho quickly typed on the pad and moved the cursor until he brought up notepad. A quick smirk of a job well done was flashed at the boy as he stepped back to let him type out his response on the computer.

Satisfied he dropped into the computer near it and wiggled the mouse to flare his own screen before he started up the internet and looked for a way to open the windows he needed while the librarian came up behind Akira.

"Are you alright?"She asked, sending a short look at the mover violent male. Sho ignored her, well used to it, and frowned at his screen as he started checking his e-mails.

Akira jumped a bit as his roommate suddenly grabbed his arm from behind, and half-dragged him back across the library. Apparently Sho had found the computers. The pale-haired boy brought up the notepad program on one of them and looked pointedly at the crimson-eyed boy, before sitting down at the next computer.
Akira was slightly surprised that the other student even seemed to care whether he stayed or not, and almost missed the fact that the librarian had followed them, and asked him a question. He nodded in response, and stood for a moment before he sat down in front of the computer Sho had readied for him.
He had only gotten a few chances in the past to use a computer, and wasn't very comfortable using it instead of his notepad. The dark-haired boy basically knew how to use a PC, but was still a bit slow at typing. After a few moments though, he had managed to type out a short message, and tapped the side of the monitor to get his roommate's attention.
'I'll be right back'
Akira stood once more, slowly backing away a few steps , before turning around and walking properly toward the exit.

((someone needs to save poor Dion, heh *heads to dormitories*))

The librarian knew when she'd been dismissed, so when the boy simply nodded at her she sighed and shot one last glance at Sho who was ignoring her before she moved back towards the desk that dominated one wall and the work that was waiting for her there.

Azure orbs watched her from the corner of his eye with a flat look before he heard typing moving at a painfully slow pace. Ignoring it for favour of responding to one of his e-mails he only brought his attention back to the dark haired male at his side as he tapped the monitor. Sliding his seat over he glanced at the screen with a faint frown growing on his face as he transferred his attention to the Doormat.

"Hey a*****e! Catch! IM's already up, just type SOS if that f**ker messes with you again."Sho called just before the boy left, reaching into his pocket and activating his IMing on the slim silver phone before he tossed it underhand towards the boy on the other side of the room. That done he turned in his chair and leaned forward so the glow of the monitor highlighted the silver of his hair and he read his next message. His hand moving the mouse around as he opened up another window and started searching for something else.

On the screen his own IM flashed as some of the students he'd managed to speak with in other countries sent him a quick message. He flat out erased the e-mail from his parents without bothering to read it.

Akira almost missed completely as he held out his hand to catch the item his roommate had tossed. He barely caught the cell phone with the tips of his pale fingers, he had never been very athletically inclined.
The day seemed to be full of surprises for the silent boy. Though Sho had called him an a*****e, and was still speaking in his usual annoyed tone, his words implied that he actually cared what happened to the paler teen.
Akira stood with his visible eye widened for a moment, then nodded, and turned to go back to the dorm.
A few minutes later, he had returned with a small pad of fresh paper, and a pen. Thankfully, the crimson-gazed boy had not run into his cousin again. Akira walked up behind Sho, carefully placing the borrowed phone onto the desk next to the computer he was using.

Azure orbs rapidly passed over the screens as he pulled them up, only breaking occasionally in order to type out a quick message as it popped up in his messenger. Various schools for quick graduation, jobs that didn't require a degree, rules in different countries. All of these pages passed in front of his eyes and didn't give him what he wanted to know. He wasn't liking the options presented before him and as such his scowl continued to grow minute by minute.

Suddenly stiffening, the pale haired male tipped his head slightly to try and listen for whatever had sent his senses off. Finally recognizing the soft sound of footsteps seconds before a soft click announced his phone being set down beside him. Like a string had been cut his shoulders dropped back to their more normal tension level as he snagged the phone and leaned his hips up off the seat to slide the phone back into a pocket.

"Made it okay then, Doormat?"Sho drawled as he dropped back into the seat properly and turned his head slightly to catch sight of the dark haired male. His messenger blinked again but he ignored it in favour of verifying with his own eyes that the a*****e was still alive.

Akira nodded in response to his roommate's question, and held up his new notepad for the taller boy to see.
He was more interested in the books than in the computers, so he decided that since Sho had finally found his internet, he wouldn't care if the raven-haired boy wandered off to look for something to read. Akira scrawled out a note, christening his brand new means of communication, and held it out for his companion to see.
'Going to look at the books'

((even shorter, heh. couldn't think of an excuse to bring him to the roof, or anything else exciting...))
