Once rumored to be a land named thunder for it's large electrical storms The east and west are separated by an expansion of rocky barren land and desert connected by a bullet train. Unlike the east side region of Kousa the western is mostly desert and there are many sky scrapers huddled around the great lake Poseidon. This region is far more comfortable and hospitable the population is more than twice that of the eastern side. There are large numbers of electrical storms on the western side. The air is electrified and static discharge from items that can hold an electrical charge is fairly common more annoying than dangerous. The skyscrapers are used for business, housing, and fun. There are numerous buildings but the Kai Tower resort is the most famous. With its indoor swimming pools, casino’s, hotel rooms and various other attractions it’s 100 stories tall the 5ith tallest building in Kousa.

 Aisu yawned as she stood on top of one of the buldings one the East side of twon. she was still looking for a building for her new hospital and it WASN'T going well

Elizabeth was walking down a crowded street, trying to find a good spot to sit down for a bit. She had been on her feet all morning and needed a rest.

Aisu jumped off the building. Her skirt blue in the air as she fell 3 stories. soon she hit the ground almost silently, crouching.
"I really need a new building." she muttered as she began to walk down the street.

Elizabeth turned her head towards a sound behind her. There were a few people walking the sidewalk not far behind her, but she couldn't tell where the noise she heard had come from.

Aisu yawned, letting out a small squeak. She still had slight wings from flying up there, they fluttered faintly as she sat down near Elizabeth. she yawned again.

Elizabeth looked over from the bench she had just sat down on, at the girl who had seated herself at the other end of the bench. She was taken aback at the wings on the girls back.
"Are those real?" She looks at the girls wings closer.

Aisu looked at her and blinked
"Hmm? Oh! ya, they are. I guess I forgot to shift all the way after flying up to the top of the building. Oh well if I'd not have landed down here in one peace then I could have been safe anyways, woops." she stated with a nervous smile

Elizabeth started to nod at the sence in the commnent, but then stopped. "Wait, did you say 'shift', as in changing shape? I thought that was stuff that only happened in fairy tales."
She thought back to some of the other strange things that had happened to her resently and relised she shouldn't be so surprised be all of this.

"hmm....... well that's a good way to put it but us on the streets just call it shifting, I'm part Song weaver, part Ice cat and part fire wolf. so I can take on the form that suites my situation best." she answered with a smile, "what about you? I feel rude saying this, but you almost smell human, you act a bit human too."
