Surion stood up beside the DJ looking out over the people dancing on the floor. The doors were open, loud upbeat music pouring out the doors over the lineups. The screens adorning the walls playing the music videos that accompanied the music currently playing.

Somehow, her weeks had been busy as of late with her usual doctor appointments as well as researching local community colleges and possibly 'Real People" careers. Not that she minded, but it kept her from getting out as often as she had previously, which also tended to save her a bit a cash.
Tonight, she figured she'd return the invitation that Surion had offered her and swing by his new club. After all, it was only polite.
When she arrived, Tourma checked her coat and produced the pass that Surion had given her. Dressed down for her, her deep purple skinny jeans were paired with a pair of home decorated Chucks, a couple layers of black and yellow tops, and a small, pinstriped (black) vest. Jewelry tied in the two complimentary colors and her hair was artfully twisted up into pig tail buns via loose, messy and wide sections.
Now to find the owner.

Surion leaned over the DJ and spoke to her for a moment receiving a nod in return before he jumped down moving towards the bar, the male was unaware of the fact anyone was looking for him. He himself wearing his belted jeans, and a mesh shirt with his studded belt and wrist wraps. His hair was loose and pushed over his shoulders. He stopped leaning over the bar's counter reaching for a drink.

She caught sight of him as she was checking out the DJ, and assuming his destination, made her way towards the bar.
"You know, it's not kosher to booze it up while working," Tourma commented, leaning against a free section of bar.

"It's the perks of being the owner I guess" Surion replies before looking over at the speaker "Oh hey there, welcome to Aetermus" he grins seeing who it was who had spoken. He turns a barstool and stradles it "Good to see ya" the lights from the strobes above momentarly catching on the metal ring that pierced his lower lip on the right side as he spoke.

"Ah, I was under the impression that drinking on the job was illegal..." She shrugged, chuckling to herself. "Thanks. How have you been?"

"If it is noone has told me, I dont drink enough to get drunk either way" He sets the drink down after a few sips "I'm getting by, this place keeps me pretty busy, life could be better, but at this point I take what I can get... you?"

"Oh you know. Living the dream. A very repetitive and busy one, as it were." She replied, nodding a moment before letting her eyes wander over the club. "Has it started to turn a profit yet?"

"Not quite yet, took a lot to get started, with the renovations and all. Hopefully soon, it's pretty busy." He looks at the crowd "I cannot say I regret the decision to open it though, what do you think of it?"

She nodded. "Well it's honestly something that you need to be proud of," Tourma answered while fiddling with one of her necklaces absently. "Especially since it's your first club and all, I'd say. Huge accomplishment and all that jazz."

"Well I cannot take all the credit Aurora Dawn played a pretty big part in it too, but yeah I'm proud of it. I havent run into Nani yet.... I wouldn't mind telling her about it, even bringing her here... one day... you want a drink?" he asks motioning the bar

He definitely got points for giving credit where credit is due, and she appeared to approve. However, her smile faded into a look of disbelief that was only enhanced by her jaw grinding slightly.
"Seriously?!" Tourma finally pushed out as evenly as possible at the moment, her eyebrows raising and then narrowing. "From what I hear..." The teen began to try and remove some responsibility from her next comments, "You were a Grade A Dickface to her. She left because of aforementioned asshattery. And I highly doubt that -anyone- would want to relive moments of their lives that could be referred the Doormat Days of Her Life."
She paused, coughing politely.
"That's just what I heard, though..." Recovering a more lady like appearance, she smiled pleasantly. "I'll take a Kettle and cranberry please, thanks."
Clearly, attempts to hurt her friends further were not taken kindly to by the Skullmonkey.

Surion's own smile faded away "I dont see how I was a dickface to her Tourma. I"m not sure I like the insinuation that anything negative was done on purpose, she meant the world to me, I did not forget my life on purpose. She still means that to me, but I cannot force her to turn back the clock and go back to the way it was." his smile didnt return even as he noded towards Silvia to make the drink for Tourma

Taking a deep breath and mulling over her words carefully, she finally spoke again in a softer tone. "Honestly, whether or not it was done purposefully is not the point, and I'm sure she did, er... Does mean everything to you. But you need to move on man. She has and to tell you the truth... This outward pining for her is kind of..." There was a pause." How do I put this? Creepy and awkward."
Reaching behind her, she scratched the back of her neck nervously as they continued to linger in the topical minefield. Tonight, she really was Monkey in the Middle.

Surion decided to drop the topic then and there. He stood up and turned the chair around once more. He looked up at a screen for a moment as the music changed and thus the display changed but this time from a music video to one of the cameras he'd set up to pan over the crowd.
Her drink was set on the counter for her before the barkeep walked away.
