Rings, people think of them as charms and decorations. Usually, used to say that you are taken and have a commitment. Some are just saying how much money you own. But others have a whole other story to them. These rings are called "Forever" Rings, and they are you used by men to claim their woman, even if she refuses. The woman does not know of this of course, unless they are passed down the information from generation to generation. The men that have known of these rings are dying off, only to be used for greedy matters. Only one generation is left to be known about the rings, and only one ring is left to be passed down.
The men of these rings, when they become fathers of sons, the father must give the ring to his son when he thinks he is ready to have the responsibility for it. When the son receives the ring he then becomes what they call "a man" and they must find a job and their own place to live.
This takes place in modern japan at a so-called regular high school. This high school is no ordinary of course; it does involve gang members, gang dance off's and of course gang fights. The gang fights are not fist to fist; they are weapon to weapon. "Every man for himself" is the high school's quote of every day.

Background history of rings:
The rings were made in the medieval times, they were used by kings and made by the Roman Catholic Church. The priest said that the rings were of gods hands and will lead you to the woman who would lead you to victory. The kings would have to pay the Church for the ring, but they all said that it was worth it. The rings have been passed down ever since. Over time, the men have not been giving the rings to their sons and the father have been using them for their own greed. Now, only one generation is left to have kept this chain going.

Rules of the Rings:
1. The ring can be worn on a necklace if the woman choices to.
2. When the ring is placed on the finger of the chosen woman and it is too big the ring will shrink.
3. Also, when the ring is placed on the finger it will stay and can not be taken off.
4. The ring must be placed on the ring finger of the left hand. (like getting married pretty much)

Bio: Ana lived in a family that served the Tokugawa family. She stayed up late working, practicing, cleaning, and doing school work. Ana grew up with Yasuo as a kid, but she never got a chance to be a kid. She always did things for him and helped him with school. When he had to move to Tokyo, she didn't want him to go. Ana finished school with the highest grades then decided that she needed to find a place of her own and get a job.
Ana moved to Tokyo because the only one that gave her an opening was as a school nurse at Yasuo's school. She got used to the constant fights every week, that is mostly on Friday's, fairly quickly. She didn't mind them either, she could take care of herself and she really just needed the money. She called this "the first step up a really tall ladder." She got the job and is now their favorite nurse ever.
Ana doesn't like Yasuo's attitude towards the high school girls but she shrugs it off and lets him get in trouble with the principal. He teases her a lot with non-sense, and if he doesn't stop, she'll get a needle and poke him with it. Ana lives in an apartment by herself.

Bio: Yasuo has known Ana since they were young, but Yasuo has never gotten the chance to play with Ana. He was always learning how to run the family business, even though he was the third son. Yasuo moved away from Osaka and to Tokyo, and it was because of his father's job. He had to move right before he entered high school. When he did, he was given the "Forever" Ring and being him he shrugged and stashed it away. When Yasuo graduated he quit the family because he wanted to become a teacher. His father hit him constantly and let him run off. Year's passed and he heard that Ana had moved to Tokyo. She was going to work at his school as the school's nurse. He teases her almost everyday. The fights? He let's Ana take care of it, unless she's into a point where she's about to become dead meat. He is a 24 year-old teacher that holds the study of Psychology, and also somehow receives money from an unknown source. He knows its his mother and doesn't care because he's getting free money, so he acts like he doesn't know. He lives in a really high class house, unlike Ana.

It was early morning and Ana was walking through the hallways of the school. She wanted to move some files onto the computer into the school's system, so she arrived a little early. Her first stop was that teachers lounge to make some copies of papers that the students needed to fill out. It's awfully quiet... isn't Yasuo usually here early? Where is he? Maybe he slept in...

"Looking for me, Darling?" Yasuo asked in a whisper a few inches from her ear. He stepped from behind her and headed to the coffee maker on the counter. "Would you like some?" he asked, as he went through the motions of starting the rancid stuff. He hadn't had time to have his morning latte before he'd had to leave for work that morning. "It pales in comparison to what I have at home." He smiled wickedly at her. "Perhaps you'd like to come by for a cup?"

Ana jumped when she heard Yasuo so closely behind her. "Yasuo!" She said angrily. She fixed her shirt and stepped over to the copy maker. "No thank you Yasuo, I don't drink coffee. And perhaps you better stop drinking so much, there's too much caffeine. By the way what are you doing in class today?"

"I'd like to teach them how to read and speak correctly." He said, taking a sip of the hot liquid. "Unfortunately, or fortunately, I'm not an English professor, so that's not up to me. Today they get to learn about memory." he sighed heavily. "Though I doubt my students will get much out of it. Most of them have no memory."

Ana laughed slightly. "I wonder why?" She said sarcasticaly. She picked up the papers and set them down infront of him. "Well hand these out to your students and give them to me when you can. I need them all back by Friday. Okay?" She picked up the rest of the copies from the machine and stopped at the door. "And Yasuo, don't bother me today. I'm going to be very busy with work."

(Thanks! I encountered an error while changing it. I thought I was going to be stuck in my underpants all night, lol.)
Yasuo's grin grew even bigger. Ignoring the papers, he headed to the door, catching up to her quickly. "Whatever do you mean?" he asked in a breathy whisper. "I thought I was only strengthening the friendship thats been missing the past few years. I really have missed you." he said with a slight pout as he pushed her hair out of her face.

"You plan to strengthen it by annoying me with nonsense that never stops." Ana looked at him oddly. "Yasuo, I think the only thing I missed about you was- wait...I have to think on that, I'll get back to you!" She smiled fakely then headed on. "I want those papers back by Friday, Yasuo!"

"Right, right." he called, heading back in to retrieve them. "Monday it is." he said with a smile as he headed to his classroom. He smiled to Miss Alicia as he passed her room, deciding to check in on her. "Good Morning, my dear." he said to the young brunette as he took her hand and kissed in gently in greeting. It took only moments for Yasuo to ensure his lunch date before he got up and headed left the young woman. He's assure dinner plans later. Arriving in his own room, he opened the bottom drawer of his desk and stashed the papers inside.

Ana dropped off all the other papers to the other teachers before heading back into the Nurses office. She sat down and waited for the day to end, like all other days. She started to type on the computer and try to look for games so when she's done with work stuff she could have something to do. I have no work, hopefully I don't have a lot of kids coming in either...oh! the super market has a special, I'll have to stop by...I need to figure out dinner...what to have, what to have...
"Miss Owari?" A student called from the doorway. Ana turned around to face her. "Yes Hanako, do you need to rest for a while before class?" The student nodded and Ana closed the curtain after she lied down onto the bed. When Ana turned around another two more student were in front of the doorway, one helping the other one not fall. "You guys are so rough..." She mumbled as she helped the hurt student.

The morning passed quickly for Yasuo, teaching what he loved helped quite a bit. His afternoon would pass slowly he knew as he only taught two classes and then had two sessions in which children or parents could come talk to him. He sighed as he got up and headed to meet his lunch date. She was at the door when he walked out of his room, no surprise to him. After a quick stop in the cafeteria, Yasuo led Miss Alicia outside and around the building to a bench sat in the grass beneath a small tree. The day was sunny with a light breeze. "I don't imagine you'd like to join me for dinner?" he asked, his eyebrow raised in question. "Most people complain about how much they have to see me." he said jokingly.

The morning passed by slowly for Ana, unfortunately. When lunch came around, she sat down at had just started her eating. She heard her name being called by two students. She sat her lunch to the side and turned around. She opened the door to see three students, one being held up by the other two.
Ana sighed. "The bed by my desk..." She moved to let them in. "And don't yell, you're disturbing the other classes."
"We knew you were eating so we were giving you a heads-up Miss Owari" Ana's favorite student, Tari-kun, smirked.
"What did Kira do now?" She asked ignoring him.
Tari rolled his eyes and turned back to Kira. "We were running laps and he really wanted to beat his time, but he tripped and fell rolling a few times. He's okay, he needs some bandages and rest." Tari and the other student walked out of the room. "Miss Owari~ are you sure you-"
Ana closed the door before he could finish. "You're just like Tokugawa! Go to class!"
"Toku- whatever, keep thinking about it!" He said just before running off.
"Why do you go for older women? Go for someone your own age!" She sat down and looked at Kira. "Now, will you tell me what the real story is?"
