Other: Terrifyingly enough, all of Cy's stitches are removable and allow for him to remove some of his body parts, pread the sides of his mouth, and indeed peel off some of his own flesh. The boy does not seem to have organs or blood, but instead has a solid inner base of thread like in a baseball. Also, his hair grows nowhere but in that mohawk shape.
