Words like violence Break the silence Come crashing in Into my little world Painful to me Pierce right through me Can't you understand Oh my little girl
"So, mister..." "Iesuet." "Iesuet, right. You want to leave here... How badly?" "Let's just say that I'd pay you a glorious amount. That is, of course, if this wasn't such a horribly crafted cruiser and I was getting better accommodations."
The human stared straight at the Iridorian, clearly insulted, but Iesuet merely grinned at him. "If you're not going to take me, then good day." Then, without giving him a chance to respond, Iesuet bowed and walked away from the port. This just had to be another day for him, didn't it? Nothing terribly exciting was going on, and it doubted that anything would. This was, after all, one of the most boring places to it, now. Living at one place for your entire life does that, Iesuet thought.
Though the day was not normal meant to be normal at all. It was 11:23 in the morning, human time, though the day did last for five extra hours on Zertifgald than on Elagor when it still existed. Oh well, it didn't matter to Iesuet at all. The Iridorian walked into a cafe for a quick drink and a bite to eat, just something small and satisfying. It ordered a coffee and a small sweet roll, then looked out the window.
Outside stood a boy of about eleven years, a Xelcon-forged Katana strapped to his side, slightly hidden under the coat he held with an empty arm. He sighed, longing finally taking control of how he felt. It's been so long since he last saw his love, and he was set to leave in about an hour. She probably wouldn't recognize him, anyways, since he grew so fast. Oh well, she could probably find someone better.
Derik looked up to see the middle of the street crowd with people. Two people were fighting, again, over stupid little things. He sighed again in annoyance and started walking off while the Iridorian watched, for some reason intrigued by the boy. Perhaps it was because of his powerful aura surrounding him, or just his mysterious appearance. The coffee and sweet roll came, causing Iesuet to forget about Derik entirely, the food occupying the Iridorian fully.
Hovercars and Grav-Bikes flew overhead Derik, the wind causing his hair to fly out of place. So much has happened in so little time. The destruction of Elagor, his involvement with some gangs, the attack on him by outlaws. It was all a pain and it was forcing him to leave. He wanted to wait for the portal to reactivate, but he just couldn't survive here. There was nothing left here for him, Heather wasn't coming, he was sure of it by now. The sheer thought of never seeing her again almost made him cry right there, surrounded by people, but he didn't. Somehow, he didn't.
High in the sky, a large Locust Dragon passed overhead, black scaled from what Derik could see from so far below. It was a shame that he couldn't stay. The boy started walking towards the space port to wait for his ship to arrive. With his luck it would be delayed, but oh well.
That only meant his luck was better, for on the outskirts of the city, about half a mile from the main gate, which is just a mile from the port, a blue portal rose from the ground. It shimmered in the desert sun, a bright contrast to the dull tan of the sand. The odd thing about it, though, was that it soon rippled. Someone was coming through.
Zen stepped through, looking around carefully, unaware of the new surroundings he was in. He saw the walls to the city, then he saw vast desert. Nothing more. Instead of heading forward, though, he waited there. Then, in his head, whispered a familiar voice to him, mechanical yet somehow human.
Welcome back.

Just outside of a large city, two young looking women walked side-by-side. One had the looks of a ghost, the other that of a cat. It was obvious they had a close bond by how they walked together, like they thought of each other's movements before they made them. The ghost-like girl was into her twenties, but looked to be only fourteen or so. The cat-like looked to be around sixteen or seventeen, and was the same age as the other woman. The most difference between the two was obvious in their eyes. The female feline had a dangerous gleam that was begging for some action, while the calm red of the ghost begged for peace. The feline was Serena, who had silver eyes that seemed to look into your soul. The ghost was not a ghost at all, but a Hidden Angel, who's name was Grace. "Serena, where are we?" "Simply in a new place with new adventure." "You mean danger." "That too." "Are we even in the same realm?" "Doubt it. I don't remember anything about this place. But who cares?" Serena smiled playfully and stretched her arms casually over her head. The sun was hot but she loved the feel of it bathing her face. Grace was worried that her pale skin would burn easily, but smiled softly at how at ease her friend was. The day felt like it had been stretched and then tied around them. Everything had changed in a small amount of time. One second they were walking through the hills, the next second they were in a desert. Yet it didn't seem to surprise either one. After all, things happened odd all the time. Look at their friends who came from other realms, they were weird. Sejoph and Relyk being two of the weirdest. But in all it wasn't a bad start to a new beggining. Thats what it had to be, or why would they be here? As though Grace and Serena's thoughts were connected, Grace turned her guiless eyes on Serena. "It eludes me how we always get mixed up into these things. But we need a new start, don't we?" She asked. Her eyes didn't blink or waver when Serena laughed. The feline always had an odd humor. "No need to fret, Gracie-love. We're going to have fun and forget all about those nasty men! We'll be the biggest sluts you can imagine!" The woman laughed. Grace giggled softly. Not at Serena's words, but just because it looked as though they were coming from a sixteen year old. "I don't think I want to be with a man, Rena...I'd rather find who I love and make a life. I don't want seconds on a bed and then walk off and forget like a blond." She smiled warmly at the sky above. Serena sighed, and didn't want depresson to overtake her. "He better last more than a couple seconds." At Grace's clueless stare, Serena burst into a fit of laughter. "Grace, you've done it, and yet you still don't understand." The two women smiled at eachother as they entered the foreign city. -- On the other side of the city another feline purred to a tune in her head. Her eyes were half-closed as she felt the caress of the sun. Unlike the other, she had deep and dark purple eyes as well as a dark brown sheet of hair that washed to her mid-back. She looked to be around twenty or twenty-five, no more- though she was twice that age. A simple smile was fastened on her lips and an air of simplicity surrounded her. At her waist was a fox of astounding size. The fox had the same innocent look in her eyes as Grace, but her eyes were a lake blue. Her coat looked like snow against the ground, but she simply stared around her. One woman lived for action and violence, while the fox thirsted for a calm to wash over. The two had known eachother for years and had been friends as tight as lovers. As Migumi Kyashi looked at her fox friend, an uneasy wave of longing for the past came to her. Tali -the fox friend- looked at Mimi with the same emotion. "Its been a while, hasn't it Tali?" "Too long. Do you miss it?" "I miss everything. I miss the feeling of being awoken at night to be loved, the sound of pattering feet running across the floor, and the innocence of being a child with her first heartbreak." "I've never known any of that...but I do miss Chico and Buster. I miss playing with my clansmen and running along with a young woman with ideas too large for the world to handle." The two looked at eachother with wisdom known only from years of wars, battles, and loss. Though Tali's voice had changed into that of a young woman, she still had the heart of a child and missed back when she could chase a butterfly without worrying over someone slitting her throat. Everything with Mimi was the same, aside from her chest had grown a fraction larger over the past five years. It was annoying how slow a neko would age. But she was also hungry for more now that her lover was missing and her children were on their own. It was true she met a man named Buck that had asked for asstaince with two girls, one being her neice...but that wasn't enough. She wanted more children of her own. "Whats it like to have children?" Tali asked, mirroring her thoughts. "Its hard, fun, chaotic and peaceful..." Mimi smiled at her friend. "Its something worth missing, but glad its over with at the same time." With a mutual understanding for one another, it was easy for the two to get along and share such a tight bond. But as new dangers approached, a bond wouldn't keep them alive. Though neither of them spoke of it, they both worried over a new threat.

The sky was clear of any obstruction to the dazzling sun that beat down on the dusty planet. The city of Decimus baking under the sun's rays, in relatively peaceful times. Currently, however, there was mid-sized hunk of molten hot metal hurdling toward the city from the atmosphere.
Within seconds it covered several hundred miles, which resulted as the hunk of metal (and it's dormant passenger) looking like a bullet from the heavens. A noise roared over the city as sound itself was broken. For a few seconds the salvo was visible before it collided on an unfortunate street in the wealthier part of the city, on even more unfortunate aristocrats.
Buildings, citizens, and pavement were leveled and indented in the newly-formed crater and caused panic in those the survived to see it. Within minutes there was the majority of the city's law enforcement and medical services on the scene hauling away and treating carcasses and arresting the savagers that leaped on to the wreck as soon as they saw it.
As a hazmat team arrived to check the molten hot rubble scores of citizens circled the crater to check the purpose of the pod. Contrary to the first impression of a bullet the team identified it as a life pod of some ancient quality and doubted if there was anyone in it was still alive.
Hauling out a hunk of smoldering black metal they identified as some ancient heavy armor and that there was indeed someone inside and intact. They dragged the body onto solid ground and examined the dormant hell that wait inside the armor. Judging no response from the man they made preparations for the body to be taken to a medical center once it's armor was able to be handled.

((Why must you pressure me so? This intro is going to SUUUUUCK.)) Following through with Zen came a child holding onto a little stuffed pink bunny. She held onto it tightly and glanced around. Was this the place that her adoptive father came from? Her curiosity towards the place showed through the intrigued look placed on her face. Stepping in front of Zen, she looked towards the walls of the city and circled Zen a bit to check out the surroundings just like him. "Luna-er... I want to know... Daddy, where are we?" Luna, prone to address herself in third person sometimes, asked. The child looked up at him, her eyes brimmering with confusion. This place didn't look so great with the desert and all. Maybe it's much cooler behind those big walls! Luna thought a smile spreading across her face.
How it'd be so great for her to get to know the place Zen used to live in. Even if they were here for important matters or not, she wanted to explore. Know the place Zen used to live in, even if it changed. Maybe there was dragons here! She'd very much like that. -- In the cafe sat Heather. Her head resting on her hands while her elbows rested on table before her. Beside her was some coffee, which was sorta bad since she was usually hyper enough. But, she was in a bad mood today. Her aura was low and seemed to give off a grouchy sense. Where was Derik? She had a feeling he was here but, she didn't know. And a better a question where was Mei?
That question had brought a worried look to her face. Mei was her best friend, sister like. Ever since Heather met her, she was a ditz and even if she had grown out of a ditzy person, it was bound to come out at sometime. If anyone would mess with Mei, they'd have to deal with Heather. Yes, she was protective. Yes, she had every right to be. That was how she was brought up, her mom and dad and her second dad, Yssict, taught her that.
But, wasn't this fun? She got to explore around, just like she wanted! And no adults to tell her what she could and could not do! However, if her mom found her... she was dead for sure.
That didn't matter to her though. Derik was so important to her and she was going to find him. A dreamy expression crossed her face. After she'd cry to him, angry about him disappearing, he'd walk over to her and wrap his arms around her. Then, he'd stroke her hair to comfort her and finally, he'd kiss her on the lips.
Knocked out of her thoughts by someone who took her cup, she glanced to where Iesuet was at and then down at the table. Alright Mei... show up already!

Words like violence Break the silence Come crashing in Into my little world Painful to me Pierce right through me Can't you understand Oh my little girl
Zen wasn't overly focused on his daughter's voice as well, he was just getting used to hearing that pain of a sound that rang in his head, but he soon got a hold of his bearings and looked at her, smiling. "My home, sort of. I don't ever remember seeing this place, though, and I've seen the entire world... Maybe..." No, Zen thought, this couldn't be another planet. The only ones they found were solar systems away, there was no chance that this could be a planet new to him.
But, he thought again, it was. He knew it was yet he still denied it. The heat was unfamiliar, but he denied it. The smell of the air was different, yet he still denied it. The sky was in a yellow hue instead of blue, and he still denied it. Zen knew, though, that this was not Elagor, that this was quite possibly a planet covered with hostile beings that could harm him, or worse yet, harm his daughter. He wouldn't let them even touch her.
Somehow he was smiling, grasping Luna's hand into his own as he started to walk towards the city gates. The Locust Dragon passed over them, about a thousand feet in the air, and the sight even made him glimpse before he continued walking. He wanted to know where he was and he wanted to know badly.
---
Iesuet took a bite out of its sweet roll and a sip of its coffee, noticing but not caring about Heather looking at him. He had other concerns, like how to pay for the food and drink he just ordered when he had nearly no money. Perhaps just leaving would work...
That dream crashed right when a large man walked in, obviously a police officer. Joy, Iesuet thought, it looks like this isn't going to work out well at all. It glanced at Heather again, then finished its sweet roll, too hungry to care about that. Perhaps it could get out using her as a distraction of some kind. Yes, it grinned, it could simply do that. Then the Iridorian's eyes secretly grew a bit brighter.
Instantly, the window next to Heather broke, shattered into pieces, which made both the serving girl and the officer look at it, then at Heather. Neither was paying attention, so Iesuet took this advantage and left the cafe, a small I.O.U. carved telepathically into the bar. It was grinning like a madman at this point, happy that it could get away, and it didn't feel at all guilty about what it did.
"I think I'll try my luck in a card game down at the port." Iesuet snickered, then started walking towards the port.
---
Derik was, in fact, a common player of these card games down at the port. They were either played outside at a few tables set up for these gambling games between players, or inside, where travelers waited for their ships. It was a nice way to make some quick money, that was for sure, if you played fairly and for hard currency, which was quite rare nowadays. This led to playing for written checks, but there are a few people that lie and give false information, making their win ultimately a loss.
The young eleven year old boy was dealing this turn, passing out cards to two other players, then finally placed the deck in the middle while he held his hand low, but angled so the other players could not see. They played inside, all of them going aboard the same flight, so why not? It was surely a great way to pass the time, and they weren't playing for money, but out of respect they did pay Derik some money via a credit transfer so he could buy food later. Nice guys, both in their early twenties, and surprisingly good card players.

She gripped his hand back, holding it tightly. When the Locust Dragon past over them, she looked up, before glancing back down so the sun wouldn't hurt her eyes. "Daddy! Did you see the dragon? It flew over us! Remember those dragons we seen before?" The child asked, holding her stuffed animal closer to her, recalling those memories of the two nice dragons she met when she was four years old. That made her wonder how the dragons were doing... They had left suddenly and the type of dragon she just seen now were the ones that were going after them. But, her dad did say they were probably alright and he was usually right. However, she felt creeped out sorta when Zen wasn't sure where they were at. Does that mean we could get into trouble? Luna was thinking and she snuggled closer to Zen feeling safer to stay close to him.
Heather had been distracted at her empty cup of coffee when she heard the shatter and then watched as she felt pieces of the window fall onto her and her cup. Looking upward, she glanced at the window and then felt two pairs of eyes stare at her. She returned the favor and looked at the officer and the serving girl and felt some sweat trickle down. "I... had no part in this whatsoever." Heather told them, standing up as she shook her head, the pieces on her falling off. Looking around, she noticed that Iesuet thing wasn't there. Could she say suspicious? Instead of sticking around to see what happened, why was he/she/it the only one that left? An annoyed look played across her face. There wasn't any room for doubt now, she was sure he caused that, especially when she glanced to the bar to see some carved letters there too. She may have not known his name but, that still opened up more suspicions, and if she was going to get in trouble for something she didn't do, it was going to pay.

Grace heard several noises that she wasn't sure about. What was that growling that came from the metal? Serena's thoughts were more focused on the type of weapons they had here. But both of them were amazed by this new world. Grace didn't know what all the technology was, and neither did she know why the buildings looks impossibly built. She watched the dragons and thought of Mimi. Serena had thought of Mimi as she seen a woman with the same color hair walking by at almost the same length. It was true her mother could now change her appearance to however she wanted, but why would she? "Serena...this place makes me wonder about the others.Like your mother and mine." "I know what you mean." "Do you think they're okay?" "I'm sure- ....wait." Serena smiled as she finally saw a familiar face. Her cousin Heather wasn't far away. Grace looked in puzzlement as Serena began to run but Grace soon followed. If I can find one familiar face, maybe that will bring me to another. Serena smirked at her own cleverness. I just can't let her get away. "Heather!" Serena, while running, began to wave her arms wildly hoping that her cousin would spot her. --- Mimi and Tali looked in each window and door trying to find people that looked the tiniest bit familiar. Soon the two was at a port of types, though it was none that they have ever seen. It was grand and large, amazing to them. Blue and purple eyes gazed everywhere as they silently walked along. Tali ignored any stare that came her way. She knew she was odd looking and way too tall, but she was on a mission. Mimi needed her to find someone that looked anything like anyone she had ever met, but so far there was no one. Eventually Mimi broke the silence. "Things sure are strange here. Do you think we are in a different era or realm?" "I wish I knew." "Do you think we can live? Its hot." "Like the desert at home. We can make it." "I'm thirsty." Mimi sighed, knowing that soon she would be too. But she had no idea what to do. There were a lot of people around. Soon she spotted people playing cards and walked over to them. She had to admit that the younger one did look faintly familiar, but she couldn't remember how. "Excuse me, but do any of you have water to spare? Me and my friend are new around here...very new. My name is Mimi Kyashi, and this is Tali."

The armor cooled slightly and was handled carefully into an ambulance even though the still searing hot metal slowly melted the stretcher it was placed in. The scene of the incident quickly drifted away as the vehicle sped around corners toward the nearest ER. The occupants puzzled over the armor unable to provide the smallest amount of life support due to the scalding armor still covering the man's body, so they looked on helplessly.
The ambulance sped by the immense star port and passed by Derik and the unfortunate group of card players when it erupted in a wondrous crimson flame accompanied by shrapnel and smoldering flesh.

Wailing for your sorrow Is only my way to comfort you Reminders of innocent youth Waiting for morrow you're lonely I name your solitude I speaketh the truth
Before he knew it, Zen and Luna were through the gates with a casual welcoming by the guards, who took no notice of his appearance. After all, they probably just thought he was a mage, but luckily his ears were hidden under his hair. Not a single person bothered to look at them, like stuff like this happened all the time, two outsiders just coming in. He breathed slowly, trying to calm his nerves before he lost his mind in this maze, but it was nearly impossible and he was starting to show it. Somewhere, oh please somewhere could there be a familiar face, a familiar noise, just something.
All there were, though, were the strangers, the hover cars, the grav bikes, taxis. Businessmen typing rapidly on holographic keyboards from a wrist database, people seeming to talk to themselves until he noticed the chips on their bottom lip and their ear, and then the shopping. No one brought out money, just showed their wrist to a small machine. What was this place?
Then he heard the most strange, yet still familiar sound as a large ship came down from the sky towards an even larger starport, slowing docking, the sounds of the engines dying and the spews of gases and air coming out as it touched the ground, then the magnetic clamps attaching to the ship to stabilize it. Yes, that sounded right... To him, that was familiar, that was the sound of home. This was his realm, he knew it, but things have changed. Things have really changed.
----
It didn't take it long to feel bad, what it did was pushing Iesuet into feeling horribly guilty. It stopped, thought for a bit, then glanced behind it to see two more strangers. Great, it thought, more over-active girls. Oh well, it'll still do this, and do this right. Iesuet reminded himself of telekinesis, then started walking back to the diner.
In seconds, the officer fell, hit by a pepper shaker, which the serving girl immediately found odd, scary, then ran off to the back. Iesuet stood there, grinning a bit, then turned around again. "Time for that game of cards." It said out loud, almost as if it wanted Heather and the other two to hear, or at least for Heather to catch notice of to follow later.
----
Derik looked at Mimi and Tali, instantly recognizing, but luckily they had no idea who he was. He opened his mouth to talk when the ambulance exploded, his hand raising quickly as a wall of invisible force flew out from him, pushing the debris back towards the cause. The boy stood, almost as tall as Mimi now, and definitely looked older than eleven. With a quick flicker of movement, he drew his katana, completely silent. The others that were playing with him were running off already, leaving their chips behind, since hard cash was nearly non-existent now.
The sight, to him, wasn't very unusual anymore. After all, he survived the destruction of Elagor, the misery that happened there. But somehow, he forgot the details of it, he forgot nearly everything about it. But now, it was coming back. That armor was Shadowsteel and he knew the demon that wore it just by the aura. His own aura skyrocketed suddenly, a surge of power that was almost a warning for the demon to just dare to attack.
The aura was also a signal of sorts, unknowingly for all the newcomers here. Zen caught it, Iesuet caught it, and another man caught it. He was watching cloaked from above, no aura and no appearance to speak of for the moment. It would be interesting to see how well the Demi-God was now, Rakith thought. Maybe he'd even have to jump in to save Relyk's son. Just maybe.
He hoped not to.
I am the thorn in your side That seeks accomplishment Reminding the mortal of death I am the spore of your pride An angel heaven sent The master of all

Luna glanced around, looking at the wrists of people who were showing it to machines. Was there something special about it? She waved to the guards cheerfully as they waltzed by and finally decided to try and look at the stuff Zen was looking at. Maybe there was some kids who'd like to hang out with her. She could make new friends! "Daddy! If we find some kids my age, can I go play-" Her attention was cut off by large ship noise. "Daddy! WHAT WAS THAT?!" The child cried, glancing around for the source. There was too many questions in her and she couldn't keep them all in so finally she bursted, "Why did people show their wrists to that thing?! What is that thing?! What kind of race are these people?! What's with the things that fly?! What's with that keyboard thing --
Heather watched the scenario unfold and was puzzled and then snapped back to her senses by not only her cousin's call but, by Iesuet. The energy from the seemingly depressed Heather was now showing and a glint came across her eyes as she ran out of the shop, grabbing both Grace and Serena's wrists, dragging them with her. "HEY, YOU!" Heather called to Iesuet and was beside him in a flash. "So, you came back?" There was a grin on her, not cocky or anything but, she found delight in something. "What was all that for, huh? Trying to get me in trouble?" Then the teenager blinked and turned to Grace and Serena, as if noticing them for the second time and gave her proper greeting, "Hi, you two! Nice to see you!" Then she went back to looking at Iesuet, ingoring the rest of the world as she tapped her foot on the ground, unable to just not stay still. Then her eyes widened at something she felt. Someone had a lot of energy to spare to show off and it sorta spooked her. The burst of energy from Derik was enough to stop her from moving. But, if she could have known that energy was from her lover, she would have been running already.

A figure became visible in the flames a tall, slender humanoid figure dressed it what seemed to be perfectly fitted armor. Flames danced on the metal's surface as the figure slowly walked out his visor meeting with Derik. Several more smaller explosions suddenly erupted around him, some harmlessly in the air, others caused debris and dust to kick up around the smoldering ruins. But none of the assaults seemed intentional.
Shadow took no heed to his environment, it was unimportant. He had lost count of the many years he has been in existence and paid no attention to advances of technology around him. He was greeted with this boy's aura when he awoke, one that took hostile stance against him, one that obviously survived the chaotic state of his abilities, one that was faintly and remotely...familiar. Shadow continued to walk forward and the explosions continued but slowly decreased in frequency and magnitude.
"Relyk."
A dark voice hissed through Derik's ears.

Grace and Serena felt themselves being dragged along by the young cousin of Serena. As the grin spread across Heather's lips, the two women knew that something had happened earlier that they had missed. Though Grace immediantly took a defensive stance, Serena only put her hands on her hips and held the same cautious - yet cocky - smile that was known to her. "So, know this guy or something?" Serena raised a brow at the one under suspect. "Serena, maybe we should leave them to what is their bussiness..." "Not when family is involved Gracie." "But you're being nosy..." Serena sighed dramatically and turned her gaze towards her close friend. "Not nosy, just concerned." She scratched her head showing she felt slightly uncomfortable under the odd conditions. She just wanted to get this over with and go explore the new world she was in. ----- However Mimi and Tali were put on guard by a sudden powerful aura. Tali was the first to notice that it came from the boy, and then wondered about the other one that was approaching. Obviously it was an enemy, but of what calliber? She felt not scared, but only worried that these people were to get hurt. Tali had unkownly put a strong barrier around Mimi and herself. It was small, compact, but strong. Once feeling like the danger was over, Tali dropped it and looked at Mimi. Mimi was staring ahead of her, alarmed at the imense power that was being felt around her. Not from her, Tali, or even the aura of the barrier. This was much stronger than what the woman or the fox could ever hold up against. Silent was what she was at the moment, but thoughts were flying by in her mind at turbulent speed. Who is he? What does he want? Why is he here? Do they know each other? Exactly how strong are they? Did they come from my era or here? Do I know them? Are they stronger than Sejoph? Relyk? Buck? Am I about to die? She couldn't count all the questions that flew through her mind at that moment, but she was very cautious of keeping them deep in the corner of her mind, out of reach to be read...unless they had great psychic powers as well.

Zen ignored all the questions thrown at him, he didn't have time to answer them as he threw Luna on top of his shoulders, running straight towards the energy source. It felt so powerful, this power just multiplying with the arrival of a new aura as well. Somehow they felt so familiar, like he knew who he was going to run into, and for once he was praying that it wouldn't be anyone. He was hoping it was just a freak aura that split from it's owner or some kind of spell that someone was toying with.
It was a shame, then, that he knew one of the two. Keeping his distance, he could already recognize the black armor of Shadow, the demon who acted much like a rival to him, at least ever since Valecor's death. For Luna's safety, he did not get involved at all, but he set her down right her and held onto her, still not speaking. Many of the people were scattering from the wreckage of the ambulance, afraid of whatever Shadow really was, but none saw Derik as a threat. Oh how wrong they were.
--
Iesuet stopped, then easily turned around and grinned mischievously at the three, its appearance surely displeasing with the ragged clothing, though it never occurred to it that it was perhaps its race that would throw them off.
"Perhaps, perhaps, or maybe it was all a single action to set the future into motion?" it asked, smirking as he started walking towards where the energy came from. Even to it, that was a weird occurrence, since it never happened before in this city. Magic was surely dying in this Realm, Iesuet thought, and it saddened the Iridorian. With a new found hope to be able to harness the spare energy between the two, it started walking faster than a brisk walk of a human, not wanting to be slowed down at all.
--
Derik growled when he heard his father's name, either not liking being mistaken for his father, or to make it seem like he really was Relyk. The boy did not speak a word, rather paying close attention to every movement Shadow made, every spurt of magical energy that could come out from the demon, all to keep himself alive. He didn't even notice Mimi or Tali, and if he did, he wouldn't care.
Rakith, however, did, and he felt some sort of sympathy for the two. They were near an area they really shouldn't be, he thought, then leaped off the building, completely invisible, completely silent. Not even an aura surrounded him as he walked towards Mimi, taking a spectator role from there for now. If he had to, he'd move in to get her out of there, then save Derik's a** from total annihilation. What was that boy thinking?
Bathed in moonlight I'm proclaimed by angels cry Think well Do take your time Because your soul Will be mine the day you die

Luna stood still and clung to Zen, albit ackwardly since she was tall for her age. Looking to where the black armor was, she whimpered. Explosions just kept popping up around him, although they were slowly decreasing as he walked towards Derik. "Lun-I mean... I'm scared." She started, looking up at Zen. At this moment, she just wanted to run off in fright. But, if Zen was staying here, then she'd stay beside him too, no matter if he told her to run away. If he did tell her to run away, she'd have to be a bad girl and stay with her father. With her feet planted firmly on the ground now, she pulled away from Zen, the invisable four arms shot out from her back, going around her and Zen protectively.
-- Heather watched him take off in a slow manner at first and she held her hand out to stop him but, it didn't do much as he quickened his pace... Just out of her reach. She was puzzled and debated if she should wait for Mei and Iri to pop up before she went any further. Finally she decided on something and turned to Serena and Grace. "Wanna go check out that energy? Some people might've gotten hurt and we can go help them." Heather pointed out, another part of her reason was to find Derik too and maybe even Mei. If Mei was around there, she was going to get an earful for going to great lengths to get in trouble and not run off.

Mimi fingered the hilts of her swords. She knew she was no match for this kind f energy, but she wasn't one to ever run from a fight. If she would have realsed the man was Shadow, then the only way to tear her away was drag her away into the air or kill her. Tali felt the energy like a blaze of fire whipping around her. Mimi was insane if she wanted to stay here. But it was her job to stay with the woman, even if it did mean that the two of them would be destroyed in the mess of it. "Hello." Mimi hissed at the other man. "Migumi, lets leave this to them." Tali looked up at Mimi and made her sigh. "I suppose you might be right, but on the other hand, what else is there to do here? We'll die from dehydration or starvation, so why not die during a fight? Its less pitiful." The fox narrowed her eyes. Never before had Mimi thought that way before. It was confussing to understand Mimi, but it didn't matter either way. "We need to get out of here before something big happens here, Mimi. This is enough, we'll make it somehow." She argued and lifted her head. Her eyes closed on a sigh as her body began to change into her angelic form. "Now, hop on." Her voice sounded more pure, almost seductively so. Mimi stared at Tali's wings and rappidly shook her head. "I refuse! I don't prefere heights. Hey, Tali, you know the feeling that someone is watching you?" ----- Serena looked at Grace who smiled back in return. "Alright," Serena agreed with a nod, "lets do this." She walked over to her cousin with her tail swaying behind her. "Maybe someone else will be there and we can all meet up." The thought made her grin. Grace smiled as well and stood beside Serena. "I hope Yss...no, I hope Sashi will be there." She whispered. Though she was still in love with him, she knew it'd be rude to speak of him in front of Heather..his stepchild. She frowned and wondered about their son Helios, but shook it from her mind. "Or some hot guy." "Serena!" "With big..hands." "What does that mean?" "Nothing Gracie." Serena grinned and hooked arms with Grace. "Where we off to, Heather?" She asked. (( Sorry its so short, I can't really think of anything. >.< ))
