16 or so years ago a giant explosion covered the earth, it was weird it was every color imaginable and people became memorized by it, but even stranger was that nobody died of it, people thought it was nothing, later people started gaining strange powers, they were linked to the explosion and named color traits, each power had a certain color, not a lot of people gained CTs but those who did became extremely powerful, but some abused it, now people have mixed views on it, one man used his CT to gain a lot of power, and he wants to keep going, will he take over the world?

Bio: orphan in the poor side of a large city, grew up raising a group of kids, his "brothers and sisters" got in trouble for robbing food and money to supply the kids, has a a CT but hides it all the time and only uses when necessary, tries to be nice but its hard for him

Bio: Snow is one of those children who grew up with a family, and then tragically lost them. Supposedly she has a living brother, but he would be 20 and she has yet to find him. She is attempting to though and with her CT she hopes to find him. She is not the happiest of people, but she is not mean.

Morken land next to a fence, cops chased after him, screaming for him to stop, he sprinted away, down a long alleyway, he heard the clinking of the fence, he turned around the corner and saw one of his brothers, he handed him a tiny bag and then sprinted past him, the cops cornered him "freeze Mor" he held his hands up "hold on let me get it" he pulled out a bag the looked the same and placed it on the ground then backed up into a wall and turned around and leaned his head against it, they rain up and put handcuffs on him "what is this your 9th time in jail" one of them said dragging him away

It wasn't unusual for the inhabitants of sherrands wood to whisper of the snow cat. In fact many of them loved the creature, whatever it was.
Y'see Sherrands wood was the main city area for big business where cruel men would come and steal everything in sight. This theif was like a heroine she would always steal it back nad people would miracuously find their possessions back in their rightful places.
No one knew who this girl was, they only knew that she was a girl. It was from that that she gained her name Snow Chan.

"Because... I don't have a real name"

Morken hummed in the back of the police car as it whizzed down the road towards a building that was very familiar to him
"welcome back to Sherrands wood correctional institiution" said the man in the passenger seat, quite proudly "think they missed you"
Morken laughed at this, "yeah probably but as soon as I'm inside they will want me to get out" he shifted slightly in his seat and looked at the large building
The driver smirked "not this time boy, you have been arrest one to many times, now you get to serve under the warden" Morken looked shocked "and if I refuse" the driver frowned "then the kids you watch are separated and sent to orphanages around the world, but they will be sent to a nice day care if you do accept" Morken thought about it for the rest of the drive
The warden walked out slowly to the car and pulled Morken out, he held him up "what do you got to say boy" Morked smiled "sign me up"

After a while Snow left the others and went to wards an old abandoned hospital. It was her base of operations so to speak, she'd never go on any 'mission' without planning it first.
The only problem was the undeniable fact that the correctional institution that wasn't that far wasn't just a croeentioanl institution, but the secret base of operations for her most hated enemy.
She just hoped they didn't send one again. Each time they send a 'corrected' kid she had to 'uncorrect them' and heck it wasn't the nicest of things to experience.
Soon she was inside and she immediately headed for the fridge.

Mor stood along side of punch of men most probably in there mid 20s, they were all training to be police and he was now with them, the warden paced slowly in front of them "everyone meet your new buddy, Morken he has been in this building many time before but for different reasons but now he wants to turn it around and even though he is young treat him as you would anyone else"
They proceeded to training, every kind, muscle, mental, gun use, and fist fighting, they trained for hours most of the men became tired yet Mor kept going, the warden smiled "well we are half way done for the day, now we will train to defeat a Color Traited" he started showing then fighting styles, tricks and weapon to effectively beat a CT, after 12 hours they all stopped, the warden smiled "same time tomorrow"

Jumping on the Setee, Snow picked up a file hidden beneath the cusions. Casually she flicked throguh the folder and began t read a list of all the CT's she was friends with and their unique abilties that gave her an advantage on certian jobs... especially the searching for her supposed older borther one.
"Hn i'm so bored... Heck i wish they would send someone they know i'm here so i don't know why they don't all charge me at once... Baka's" She pouted, tossing the folder across the floor.

The warden collected the people the next day "most of you are CT yourself, we will be attacking a thief named Snow-chan, the people who are not CTs are Morken and..." he pointed to one other person "but both of them are very powerful warriors" the warden started handing each of them weapons, Morken smiled to himself not a CT this would be fun, they all went out and climbed into car and droved towards an old abandoned hospital, when they got there they surrounded the building "3...2...1..." they entered all being as stealthy as possible, they snuck through, until they came to a room where a girl and some papers on the floor they aimed there guns "Snow Chan you need to come with us"

"Eek!" Snow jumped, completely surprised that Karm had come and bit her on the a**. Slowly standing up with her arms in a surrendering position she started to slwoly walk backwards away from the intruders,
"Erm... Let's be friends he he... I don't think i can actually de correct you all at once and i'm tired he he... um... yeah bye!" She screamed, gaining her cat like quialities and jumping rather high and landing on a metal balcony type thing about half a mile above everyone,
"Cya later suckers!" She added sticking her tongue out only to turn and smash into something... or someone.

They all looked up at her lying on the banister "so who wants to get her down" one of them smiled brightly his leg twitching slightly, he jumped and landed on the banister one of the people below laughed "that spring legs for you, bring her down" spring legs grabbed Snow and handcuffed her before jumping down "well our work is done, though I would have sworn it was going to be harder with all the people the warden sent" he said another man patted him on the back "stop worrying and lets get her to a nice cozy cell, we will even put in a litter box" he said laughing walking out the door everyone following, Morken picked up the papers on the floor and put them in the folder which he tucked under his arm

Snow was laughing so hard, she watched as the idiots walked away with one of her premade clones... they weren't real, just illsuions created by her good friend that remained anonymous at all times.
She was a bit irked that one of th bastards had taken her files, but she had memorized them so she was fine. The only thing that truly got to her was the fact that they had called her kitty.
Her eyes twitched...
and said something about a litterbox! Che, the nerve of them. Snow just shrugged and watched the imbiciles walk from the room. She was glad she had chosen to fall asleep in her secret room for once.
She opened a packet of tuna crisps and began to munch thinking of a way to get back at the government. Idiotic people... she didn't even get to have a real fight with anyone much to her disapointment.
