A large, old, building, originally a shrine for the God Tsukuyomi(yes, that is actually an ancient Japanese God). It's walls are coated in alabaster, the floors of ivory, and there is a dial in the center,made of whitie limestone, that records the lunar calendar, as opposed to the solar calendar. The Moon's beam shine's perectly from a window, onto the dial, recording the days and months by lunar time. Hundreds of years earlier, this was used by the first of the Uchiha, to find a way to unleash the first power of the fourth sharingan stage. They harnessed the power of the Moon God himself, and discovered the first of Mangekyou's many powers, the power that they had discovered was illusion, genjutsu that is unmatched, torture, and the Dark. It is rumored that Itachi came here, and discovered all of Tsukuyomi's powers, so he could have all of them for himself..

Gekido landed silently in front of the old shrine, wmiling. Here was the secret of Mangekyou's first power, the Power of the Moon. It was also it's darkest power. He opened the large doors slowly, and walked in cautiously, motioning for Kai to come in."This my friend, is the shrine of my ancestors. There are three around the Continent, and this, is the grandest. Here, we will base our plots."
