Please read all information before submitting a request to join. We are serious about our rules being followed and having active members. We wish there could be no rules or no need for disciplinary actions, but there is always someone wanting to ruin every one's fun.
~Guild Mission Statement~
We are a guild created to provide a 'safe-haven' environment for anyone who wishes to be part of it, where there will be 'something for everyone'. A significant focus will be given to role-players, hence why the guild is listed under role-playing. Beginning role-players will be especially welcomed into the guild, IF they are willing to achieve higher role-playing skills.
If you are not willing to follow the rules, regulations, and guidelines AND do not believe that everyone can participate in a group role-play, no matter the skill level, then this guild is NOT for you.
~Rules and Regulations~
These rules and regulations are in place so that everyone can have a pleasant and fun experience within the guild.
All the following MUST be acceptable to all guild members and visitors. Everyone who posts on the guild forum has the responsibility and right to adhere to these rules and regulations.
1] All members and visitors must follow all Gaia Terms of Service. NO EXCEPTIONS!!! This includes, but is not limited to:
- No cybering
- No scamming and spamming
- No hacking or 'trolling'
Anytime the Gaia ToS is not followed, the violator will be dismissed from the guild and reported to Gaia Officials.
2] RESPECT everyone!
3] Absolutely no 'text talk' or 'e-speak'. If you can not bother typing out the full word or sentence, don't bother typing it at all. Smiley faces are acceptable.
4] Keep it CLEAN! This includes no foul language or threats/harassment in any form.
5] Post only in the category/sub-forum that relates to your post. For example, saying 'hi' or introducing yourself would be under General Discussion.
6] You must be able to receive Private Messages. This is how we communicate with guild members.
7] Regular posting is required. You must try to post at least once a week, unless there is a good reason preventing you from doing so. If you are not able to post for an extended amount of time, please let one of the officials know of the situation so that you are not banned for lack of activity.
8] Rules can and will be added as necessary.
9] Viro Sasori and Akarui Sasori, or whoever they see fit to take up the responsibility, reserve the right to ban anyone for any reason.
~Disciplinary Guidelines~
In the event that one or more rules and regulations are not followed, these steps will be implemented by discretion of a guild official.
FIRST offense- a warning will be sent to the violator via Private Message.
SECOND offense- a public warning will be displayed within the guild forum.
THIRD offense- or continuous offenses will lead to consideration of the violator being banned from the guild.
This does not apply to violating Gaia ToS. If the Gaia ToS is violated, the violator will automatically be banned from the guild, then reported to Gaia Officials.
~Request to Join or Re-join~
When submitting a request to join the guild, please include the following in your request.
- Username or name you prefer to be know by
- Reason for joining
- Approximate amount of time on Gaia
- Information about yourself
When submitting a request to RE-JOIN include the following in your request.
- Name
- Reason for being banned or quitting
- Reason for wanting to re-join
~Guild Fee~
The guild fee is placed at 100 gold. The fee will hopefully help expand the guild's forum, and let the officials provide what the guild members want for subforums.
