The Conclave is a guild forged for the sole purpose of bringing people together and creating a mini-society within Gaia of people who enjoy meeting others, sharing their opinions, possibly debating them, or sharing their art, music, stories – anything creative! – and of course, RPing.

In fact, we've got an active original RP in which our members can partake in many fun, violent, romantic, or adventurous ordeals!

The goal of the Vices and Myself is to provide our fellow gaians with a comfortably well-structured guild that allows plenty of freedom for its members. Crewmembers are encouraged to suggest new RPs or even propose their own original RPs and plots. And we've even got a peer-to-peer RP school for those who might be new(er) to the concept or just want to practice. Also, My house is available to members if ever they want to hang out and chat with other affiliates of The Conclave.











1 ) Keep profanity out of the regular forums - some is acceptable in the RPs, but within reason. (We'll warn you if we feel it's out of hand)

2 ) Quite simply, there is to be no cybering. Keep that out of gaia. Romantic relationships are fine, but nothing past kissing in the RPs, although a brief suggestion should be acceptable.

3 ) All RPing is literate, no minimum or maximum post length. If you feel you need help with your RPing or we determine that you do, then there is the RP School forum in which you can learn and practice before rejoining the RPs.

4 ) Think before you post - no posting junk and no bumping in the regular forums. There'll be bump threads for that.

5 ) Get permission from Me and the Vice Captains before advertising another guild.

6) Do not beg in the threads, but feel free to request donations or quest help in the personal forum.

7 ) No harrassment of any kind - debate is fun, but don't let it get personal.

8 ) Finally, just be sure to respect your guildmates as well as the chain of authority. If a Vice or Myself gives you a warning, heed it. Else there will be consequences.



It's free entry, but donations to the guild are always welcome. In your join request I ask only that you briefly state your reason for wanting to enter our guild as well as a couple words for each rule ( i.e. "1- dont swear 2- don't cyber 3- ..." wink to show that you've gone through them.

As for promotions. The Vice Captains and Myself form the tribunal that runs the guild. There will be very little change in that trubunal - so far as I can predict.

Otherwise, many of the members will be crew - part of the freedom of The Conclave - but are expected to be responsible in that position. Crewmembers will take part in voting on changes or new RPs and you can become a crewmember by: 1) Posting often
2) Asking me to be promoted. If I at least know you by that point from your posts, then you'll most likely get the promotion.
