For what seems like eternity, a devastating war has raged encompasing an entire universe.
On one side, the Jedi, self-proclaimed keepers of the peace and protectors of the light
side of the Force. For 25,000 years they have sought to use their powers to help those
less fortunate and keep a "balance" in the Force.

But to have a true balance, light must have dark...

The other side of the balance is the Sith, an ancient sect of dark side Force users.
Their existence is due to a single-minded lust for power and destruction of the Jedi.
They are well known for using brutal methods in order to reach these goals and will
sometimes even destroy each other to aquire them.

Light versus Dark, Good versus Evil, JEDI versus SITH.

RP Example:
Please choose one of the following scenarios to RP out. Be sure you primarily take the role of one main character and handle the others as NPCs.

RP situation 1:
You are a soldier in the Republic army and are heavily engaged by pirates on an unnamed moon. You are out manned and two of your squad have already fallen to blaster fire. You and the remaining troopers hold up in a building with only one way in and set up a barricade to help hold off the pirates. Your Commanding Officer has been hit and may not last much longer, leaving you in charge. Reinforcements are on their way but the pirates seem determined to see every last republic Trooper dead. What do you do?

RP situation 2:
You are a Jedi knight sent to tend to a growing problem with two rival factions. They are both heavily invested in the Republic and the Senate does not wish to lose either faction if possible. However, if it cannot be helped, they would still like to have one stay with the Republic. You are tasked with the diplomatic mission of solving the problem between the two heads of the factions who are now meeting to discuss terms. Things are getting heated and both heads have threatened the other. Solve the problem the best way you can.

RP situation 3:
You are a Sith knight tasked with gathering information on a Jedi holocron that may contain great power. Your master has tasked you with finding the location of the holocron and your own sources have led you to Coruscant. There you will meet your informant in a dark, seedy, part of the lower quads. You have reason to suspect your informant is either a double agent or going to betray you. How will you handle the encounter and what will you do with the information once you have it?
