This guild was created in 2004 to form a community of talented roleplayers on Gaia and is much like a rating community. You apply, we vote, and you're either in or out. If you're out, we encourage you to keep roleplaying, get better, and reapply. If you're in, you'll have access to our exclusive roleplays, elite status, and many friends.
What you will find here:
- Talented, literate roleplayers.
- Honest, constructive criticism of your roleplaying abilities.
- Varied roleplay, filled to the brim with fun and reeking of talent.
- General discussion ranging from fantasy novels to chaos theory to cheese sandwiches.
- A lot of people who are generally awesome, helpful, and fun to hang out with.
What you will not find here:
- Ego stroking (unless you're just that good).
- Harsh, mean, and just plain nasty criticism.
- N00bs, one-liners, godmoders, etc.
- Snobs and snooty, stuck-up, big-headed kids. Most of us are aware of our own capabilities, but that includes our limits as well as our talents. No one struts in here tooting their own horn, so to speak; they are evaluated by their peers.
Things to Know
-Don't apply just to see what you get, then never come back again. What's the point?
-Don't feel too bad if you're rejected. Our standards are pretty high and we encourage everyone to reapply when they've gotten more experience.
-We really don't like when people whine about how they were rejected, so please don't do it. It's not like being rejected for a guild online makes you a worthless person.
-Please don't call us names or post rants about how unfair and elitist we are. Duh, we're elitist. *points to name of guild* We've heard it all before anyway.
-If you're a member, there are two types of roleplays you may participate in: Members-Only and Open. Open roleplays are open to all members of Gaia Online, regardless of whether or not you belong to our guild.
-There is an application you must fill out to apply.
