Raccoon city, a desolate city, now left with the rumble of its own mistakes; it covered in its just deserts for creating the monstrous beings. Once bombed, Raccoon city was left alone for a while; thinking it would be best before any rebuilding would proceed. The president finally decided to the many viewers that the rebuilding of Raccoon city would commence... this was mankind's biggest mistake. It started like 'the beginning' very small, and slow. There were many beloved buildings remade, and residential areas for many past inhabitants (who once left) to stay. The gruesome sights of torn bodies, and mauled animals was burned into the heads of many who had to endure the traumatic events that once took place in this peaceful town.

The many cleaning crews began their clean up of the area, making sure that all bodies, animals, and remnants of the dreaded T-virus was gone. A few months pass; the city was cleared and ready for rebuilding. Many started their own farm, using the rich soil that was left to cultivate their crops to enrich the city for its great reconstruction. The construction trucks and workers started at the heart of the city and made their way out, starting with the new town hall.

With all this building, the farmers were working hard as well; planting, watering, and caring for many of the food they wish to have for later months to come. But, with the construction crew only paying attention to the centre of the town, they overlooked the outskirts; the place where all the broken bodies were dragged across. Many of the lifeless victims left their mark, their blood; tons of it. This blood carrying distinctive parts of the T-virus, enough to start another crisis in Raccoon City. Though it was not there for a long time, as the hot days past the soil soaked up the filthy blood; mixing it with moisture in the soil, that moisture being later evaporated and poured over many regions of the land and lakes.

A year past, food grown and shipped to places around the city, the town was working well; the R.P.D. building re-made and the S.T.A.R.S. team reborn. Everyone was glad that their old town was back, and better then ever. There was a big feast for all, a large 'welcome back' party for the city. Everything was fine, until... one person began to cough madly, though many not knowing why. The man thinking he was ok, but sadly mistaken. He keeled to the floor, eyes rolling back, and body slamming against the floor. A loud silence ran across the city, people began spitting, coughing, doing whatever they could to get the food out. But it was too late; before this party took place the food was already transported to every house in the city. For the past few months before this party, many have already had a taste of the T-virus in their own way.

No one knew about the accident that happened in the outskirts of town. Once it rained over the city, the whole town got infected; water sources, soil, air etc. Through the pipes under the roads, many drank the virus, unknowing of the consequence. The farmers, devoted to their food, continued to plant and grow; the soil being drenched in the T-virus. The virus itself seeped through the soil and up the roots of the farmers' crops'. The town was forsaken again; a shroud of evil covered.

It is now only a matter of time before the zombies from the outskirts of the city begin to make thier way into the city. Is the S.T.A.R.S fleet ready for an outbreak of such magnitude? The inferno of hate which burned so brightly once a time ago, burns again... with more power, more hate, and with vengeance. Does the city still have a fighting chance, can many still press on and find a way out of this nightmare?
