This guild was created to honor the Scottish Folk/Power metal band, Alestorm.


Alestorm, once known as Battleheart, had their name changed in 2007. With this name change, they also changed their lyrics, turning into, what Alestorm calls, a "True Scottish Pirate Metal" band.
