This is the place to dicuss theology. Any theology. Not just Christian theology (though that is certainly acceptable).

This is NOT a place to convert other people to your beliefs. Discussions which compare and contrast different beliefs or theologies are acceptable, but this should not be a place for proselytizing.

Discussions will be conducted in the style of the ED -- meaning that all claims must be backed by primary sources (a primary source is something like a source text, scripture, commentary on scripture, etc.) or reputable secondary sources (such as a scholarly essay by a professor of theology). Rules of logic that apply in debates on the ED also apply here. Discussions must be kept to the subject of theology. A subforum will be created for off-topic posts. I understand discussions can veer off-topic, but please try to keep your topics on the subject of theology or religious studies.
