The name 'keystroke' came to mind because it's something you do often when you're on the internet, particularly if you are a role player, blogger or writer. It seemed like a catchy name to apply to a guild full of such action and adventure!
Inside, worlds of imagination are to unfold on your computer screen. Time and effort have been put into these stories to bring them to life in vivid scenes of drama and action. Almost anything you can imagine is here, and if it isn't, the beginning is only a few clicks of your mouse away. What you don't see, you can create. Keystroke can be your new frontier, or world -- a new land, even. Your personal haven -- your home away from home, if you will.
We accept role players of any literacy level. We don't call ourselves elitists or newbies to this style of writing. Whatever level you call yourself, you are welcome to join. Be forewarned -- though you may find yourself to be an amazing role player, harassment and flaming towards others will not be tolerated in the least. You will find yourself banned immediately. We encourage all members to do their best at all times. To ensure this, we encourage better spelling and grammar. We also encourage tutoring in the fine art of role playing, or writing, to help others to do their best. :]
Of the multitude of rules that can be listed, the main rules that need to be obeyed are the almighty ToS and the Rules and Guidelines of Gaia. If you find that you aren't familiar with either of them, it would be in your best interest to read them before you join using the links provided. Terms of Service and Rules and Guidelines. While guilds may be moderated differently, it is still a section of Gaia. Therefore, it must adhere to the same rules as the rest of Gaia. All other rules of this guild are listed inside and can be reviewed at your leisure.
