Kasudo Wars

On the continent of Kasudo there has been a tension between those that use Mecha and those that do not for centuries.
Those who do not use technology stay true to learning and growing by good old fashion labor and hard work. They call themselves Kudo’s claiming that they are true natives of their continent and that they live the way they were meant to. Most Kudo fear the mechanical devices created by their native cousins, they believe all of them are designed for destruction. Whether it is destruction of life, or destruction of hard work, it makes no matter to them. On the other hand they have no problem with those who wield magic. They see it as a natural occurrence and that it is something someone can’t help if they have it.
Those who do use technology don’t call themselves anything special, but most refer to them as Mecha people, or just Mecha. Their name is self explanatory, they use state of the art futurist technology. The most common mecha are small electronic artificially intelligent animals. They’re kept as pets, toys, and even spies. They are capable of speaking in every language, hold massive amounts of information, holographic projectors, and yet they still hold their animalistic characteristics. House holds are made to suit every family’s specific needs, buildings reach the stars, and every kid has hover board to call their own. In this massive amount of technology there is no pollution, and nature committees make sure that there are plants, trees, and flowers in every part of town. And just because they use mecha, does not mean that they are lazy.
Because the Mecha people use technology to do their tasks, they don’t see too much magic, even if a good percentage of their people are capable of using it. Some people fear it, others are merely startled by it and find it wondrous. So those that are of magical decent try not to show their abilities in public in fear that they might be questioned or feared.
Villages scattered throughout the lands have been forced to take sides; Mecha or Kudo.
Like every war, there is a leader of both sides;
Norinheart Kingdom in the north houses a king who fuels and leads the Kudo.
Hoshi, a massive floating city in the far east is ruled by two president siblings who support the Mecha.
Story Line
A plague has threatened the land of Kasudo and it has pulled the final straw between the Mecha and Kudo. War is expected and people are preparing for it. Each group blames the other for this mysterious illness, but they seem to agree on one thing, calling it Red Fever. The illness first starts off with symptoms of light headedness and confusion, then leads to red spots on the skin, extreme temperature changes and fever. In the end it has put hundreds of people in coma states, while others have just disappeared without a trace.
A small handful of people have begun to see through their people’s foolish fighting over the plague and want to get straight to the source. They have banned together with their old foe, meeting secretly, and gathering information. The members still hold slight grudges against the other groups merely because they were raised with hatred towards the other. So far they have gathered information on a hidden mansion in the middle of September Forest. Weird things have been occurring there and they want to get to the bottom of it, especially if it has anything to do with the plague.

FIGHTING RULES
This may sound a bit weird to you, but I thought it was pretty niffty.
You'll roll ONE TEN SIDED DICE for everyone ONE attack you make on somone.
You will roll ONE dice for every 'hit'/attack you make.
In order of the attacks is how you will read the Dice (First attack is equal to the first dice, 3rd attack with the 3rd dice, ect.)
Even # = HIT
Odd # = MISS
These simple fighting rules should prevent moding. And because it's based on a random number select, it's not partial to anyone person. (If you're computer has a vendetta against you then maybe you should wok it out with some alone time. ;D )
