"Greetings fair traveler, and welcome to The Blasted Worlds Role Play Guild, the most creative fantasy Role Play guild in all of Gaia..."

"Once a member of our fine establishment, you will be allowed to explore all of the possibilities and variants of role playing styles. Let your mind flow freely, and expand upon fine details."

"First things first, we shall introduce you to the Tales of Tedmund RP, where the world has been torn asunder by conflict and scientific irresponsibility. Now you can help return the world to it's former luster, or die in the mayhem that has decimated the precious flower known as order..."

"We also have the chaotic Alien Race Role Play, where the galaxy is at war, and a plethora of species fight for control, and to further the power their race has in the galaxy. Pick a side, and help eliminate the competition by any means necessary..."

"Finally we have the Rot and Ruin Role Play, where you take a role as one of the survivors on a planet rife with the infected horde, known as 'The Forest.' Help liberate Nauru from the living dead, and aid in curing the virus before every organism on the planet dies a brutal death. If you can survive the civil strife, that is..."

Rules:

1: No God Modding. Don't forget that you will not be working alone on these missions. If you disobey this rule, creating distress for the other roleplayers around you, we will ask you to withdraw from the roleplay.

2: Maintain a Businesslike Atmosphere. Sometimes your character will not be able to resist the doe-eyed beauty across the post. But should the doe-eyed beauty find herself unable to resist you, either, please skip the details. Let's not and say we did. For the sake of the others who have to read your posts. PG-13. Please.
Recall that this is a rule in the Gaia Online ToS.

3: Respect Your Peers. Not just crew. Not just the captain. Everyone. We're a team here, and without respect nothing gets accomplished. If you have no respect, you have no business here. Should you have a problem with one of the other members, PM them – politely – about the problem, or ask morti_cacciatore – the head of this establishment – if he can help you come to an agreement.

4: Keep Track of Your Characters. Per roleplay, you will have one "Main" Character, but you are still permitted to have more than one. The first you create will be your "main" character; the rest will be kept as "NPC"s: Non-Prominent Characters, or Not imPortant Characters, or... something like that. You get the idea: as many characters as you like, one main one, the rest all called NPCs.

5: Roleplay Like You Love It. There's just no point otherwise. Make your posts energetic and descriptive, your story lines gripping and exciting, your interaction with others deep and lasting, your ideas never ending. Nothing is really orderly here: things just randomly pop up. That's why we only give these missions to the most adaptive agents.

6: Stay. Alive. And. Active. This is the most important rule. If you participate in our missions long enough to make a storyline depend on you, then disappear and never return, we will eventually have no choice but to throw you in limbo and move on without you. Otherwise, you just hold us up. We have to keep moving forward and can't straggle for deadweights. Please, before you join, be sure that you aren't going to become bored and abandon us, or we will ban you. SHOULD YOU EVER HAVE A LEGITMATE AND TEMPORARY ABSENCE, however, we will accept it. Everyone has those weeks where a computer becomes unavailable. Should you have such a period of absence, then post what dates you will be missing for in the "Notice of Leave" topic in our main forum. Then we will know just to wait for you.

Any questions, soldier? Just PM morti_cacciatore, Aloysia Bloodfur, Jenivere-the-bard, or any members of the guild you may know. They'll be willing to help you get on your feet.

Please keep in mind, this guild has almost no restrictions in what may happen while you roleplay. Everything can happen in these missions: kidnap, mutation, experimenting with genetics, technology production, and odd twists like "I knew your father". If you have any creative idea, any at all, don't hesitate to use it or suggest it. Our missions are rather lax in that way.
Oh, that's correct, I forgot to inform you of the object of these missions. Simple, soldier: to expand our imaginations and have more fun than we previously believed possible.
