It is the early 17th century, a lone sage leads his 6 disciples into battle, the war raged on for many a year and cost many lives. In the midst of battle the sage lost his life to his mortal enemy. With out the sage the swordsman struggled to gain superiority. Thus, the legacy for the Sword was born each using there own special skill from swordsmanship and magik, to illusions and martial arts to gain the power of the sage's sword. As the struggle went on the disciples gained followers of there own to fuel the war. Not only are the the disciples trying to gain the sword but forces that have the intent to destroy the world and will do anything to get it as well, causing the disciples to ally with one an other from time to time.
