Monk is a comedy/drama starring Tony Shalhoub as the amazing, quirky detective with OCD and a list of phobias so long that even he doesn't know how many there are.

Psych is a comedy/drama series starring James Roday as Shawn Spencer, a young crime consultant for the Santa Barbara, California Police Department (SBPD) whose "heightened observational skills" and impressive detective instincts allow him to convince people that he is psychic. This leads to many funny situations, particularly those where he receives "psychic visions".
