Hello everyone and welcome to Honaka Isle. I created this guild cause most threads (and forums) for Harvest Moon RP, require you to make huge posts and for me that takes away the fun, really. In this guild we stick to semi-lit to easy-lit. This means I will not allow 1 liners, however, you do not need to post with a book either. Minimum will be set for one paragraph of at least 5 lines. Lines not sentences So use that preview button smile When you are accepted, please be sure to read our few rules and then create your profile in the profile thread. Just make a thread per profile, we got more than enough room. Also this enables you to Link to your profile, same for Heart Journals. Also we allow all races but gods and demons and do not go overpowerful. Magic is exclusive for the Witch Princess and Harvest Goddess.
I didn't think this part necessary cause I figured everyone knew elves and elven blood by now, but apparently I have to add it: Elves even if part human will not age just like a human. So if you put an age for your character that is an elf or half elf, you put appearance age. Not actual years of age. Honestly I didn't think this piece of information necessary with all the franchise around elves... They are mythical beings and far stronger than humans in many ways, there is no way human blood (if a half/half) would dominate the elven blood. So think about that before you choose your race please.
This Guild allows Hetero, Yaoi and Yuri. I, myself, am bisexual, though leaning more to men. If you can't handle this, then this is not the guild for you. If you aren't bothered by this: Please continue smile
There will be regulation to ensure all types of pair ups are able, if we got to many homosexual characters (which I am sure will happen as it did with an old thread I used to run for Harvest Moon RP) I will only allow heterosexual characters for a while.

Story of the Roleplay
Around the world, there goes a legend... A legend speaking of an Island in the middle of the Pacific Ocean that is said to be bountiful with wildlife and nature. Isolated from the outside world, the island prospers. Magic is said to be very well alive here, be it only controlled by two entities: The Harvest Goddess and the Witch Princess. These two ladies were constantly fighting till the Witch Princess succeeded in a most powerful curse and defeated the Harvest Goddess, encasing her poor body and soul in a bronze statue that is said to look out over the sea. Enraged by the loss of their beloved Goddess the people of the island turned on the Witch Princess and finally succeeded in taking her down. The island that had fallen into chaos started to flourish again and it's now many years later. The Harvest Goddess and the Witch Princess haven't been seen, nor have their heirs. Though magic is still clearly visible, with elves roaming the island alongside humans in a harmonious co-existence. Yet the only two capable of using the magic, are yet lost...
When you come to this island will it be to start a new life? Or drawn by the call of magic, perhaps you just wanted to see for yourself if the stories of elves were true, or maybe you come to investigate the ruins around the isle. Either way, we can only hope the newcomers won't disturb the island's peace to much. What happens from here, is in the hands of you, the RPers!
Time/Date/Weather/Event?
Time of day, the date, the weather and possible ongoing events. I will adjust and bring in my old Calendar and adjust it as needed. (Like with Birthdays)

Town Facilities:
Library, City Hall, Hospital, Laboratory, Dig Site, Farms, Ranch (more might be added, depends what I get requested by members)
Shopping Center:
Basically all shop owners will be required to post their chosen shop here and nowhere else. Grocery store, bar (yes), Club, Book Store (not to be confused with a library) and any other shops that are asked by members.
Town Square:
All events will be held here, unless it is bad weather in which case it depends on the event. If it is a rodeo or anything else huge or that requires animals other than pets (dogs, cats, horses) it will be canceled on bad weather. If it is smaller scaled it can be moved to City Hall which has a special area for it.
Homes:
All of your private homes, make a thread here so you can separate work and private when it calls for it. For example you wouldn't relax on the couch and watch tv at work now would you? Visits to your house etc, free time, can all go here. Other stuff like walking to work or just wandering around the island goes in the next forum smile
Roads-Forest-Mountains-Beach
Everything else around the Island. When you go to any of the above mentioned areas, the roleplay moves to this forum smile
