After a while, I decided that there were somethings that I wished to keep more private. So, I sought to use my Journal as a means of keeping track of things that I only wanted a select few to view. After a while, both of these things became slowly too restricting with what I wished, so I attempted to create more threads, to give myself more and more breathing space.
After whipping out the big guns and typing up profiles for characters I'd created as a child (when I still played with legos) as well as some I had only an idea for, I created the thread Tal's Hot Springs as a place of keeping track of all of my profiles, that way whenever I wished to join an RP I could simply peruse my options and pick which character seemed best.
Well, eventually I decided that it was time to create a thread that was organized into four parts. Essentially, I was trying to compile all of the information I had ever used, or ever intended on using, for the sake of RPing. Well, that wasn't too long ago, and it only took a week or so before even that began to felt too claustrophobic for even my Water Garden and began desiring once more for more breathing space, as well as wiggle room.
So, figuring there was only one true way to give myself all of the room I could need, as well as have something all to myself, I spooled some gold into making a a guild (Lord knows I've made plenty, what is one more?) and, after hours of trial and error, labor, and the tedious process of typing and converting information and formatting (******** forum-guild formatting being different, whose wise idea was that anyways?!) I have what you see now before you.
Fafnir had his gold hoard, and I here I have my own. This, ladies and gentlemen, is my Hydrosphere. Welcome.
For anyone who is reading this, to those of you who have stumbled upon this guild, I would like to make known to you that I am currently in search of a partner. Someone whom I can collaborate with, discuss and bounce ideas back and forth between. Someone who I can trust to know what it is I'm ******** talking about and know when I should and shouldn't do something I know I'm going to regret (which typically happens a lot when it comes to RPing). Someone who I can indefinitely, or at least some of the time, count on when I need them for something.
