A long time ago, around the time when the Shinobi world was being first created there was a young orphan named, Yuki, who yearned to be a ninja. Since no one would help a poor child he had to eavesdrop of ninja training to learn the arts. As he got older, he became very skilled in ninjutsu that he instead of being a nobody ninja from around the world began to hear of this ninja's name.
One day while assisting a small village out with an escort mission, a flying star flew past his head and landed not to far from the area he was out. Curious about the object, Yuki ran over to where the star had crashed. When he got to the crash site a miraculous sight appeared before him. The flying star had formed a humongous crater in the ground, big enough to have a village be made there. And it is was that thought that sparked in idea in his head. Since he was an orphan he had no family so he decided why should he suffer and live alone. So he decided to make a village at that very spot. By using the energy from the star, it enhanced his abilities but also granted him new ones like control over light and to form objects by using light. So with this new power he began to form several buildings. And then smaller villages who needed more area began to help Yuki build his new village. It was during his construction that he fell in love with the the daughter of one of the farmers. They both got married and had children. By this time, the village was already formed and Yuki was named the Hoshikage and he named the village Hoshi after the name star. Soon his large village was filled with ninja and villagers.
But as the centuries passed, the Hoshi village began to face trouble as other villages used the Hoshi village and its ninjas for battles and disputes which risked the lives of many. Also after the 3rd Hoshikage, the 4th Hoshikage began to run the village into the ground as he used all of the village's finances for war. And to top it all off, the infamous Akatsuki organization raided their village but it was strong because after the Akatsuki left, the 4th Hoshikage died. Some say it was in battle but others don't know.
So now the village has a new young mysterious leader. The 5th Hoshikage who's name is Demetri Ikana. How he got to power is unknown but villagers say that he is the hope this village needs in order to restore its name.
