Hi and welcome! If you're reading this, you're probably debating whether or not to join this guild! So you probably want to know a little about it to help make your decision! Well you're in luck, keep reading, and happy decision making biggrin

First and formost, Teen Cafe Uncensored is a teen guild. We're proud to be teenagers growing up in this messy chatoic world. The journey's what counts, right? We like to have fun, laugh a lot and generally not take things too seriously. Being crazy and dorky is what we're known for and we're proud of it. It's no fun to be normal.

For anyone interested, here's a little bit of guild history. This Gaian guild stems from another guild created on Neopets. However Neopets turned into a stupid pointless, overly-strict, commercialized guild and we decided we weren't having fun on the site anymore. We couldn't say much without getting the dreaded 'warnings' or even frozen, so we decided to switch locales, and here we are on Gaia! We love it here and wouldn't switch for the world. A large percentage of the active TC members transferred over to the site, so we're still the same close-knit community we once were. We're always looking for new members to add to our little clique, though, so come on and check us out smile

Note to Current Members: Although we appreciate past donators, at the present time there is no need for donations, the guild maintains a large surplus in gold, so please keep your gold for youself and buy something pretty!



Guild Rules - This thread lists all the rules of TCU, nothing too complicated or unfair. Follow these and you'll be MOTM in no time!
Introduction Thread - This is where you can introduce yourself once you join TCU, everyone'll say hi and get to know your name - at TCU we think usernames are a tad impersonal, feel free to some up with a fake name if you dislike your real or just don't want to share it razz
Guild Suggestions/Questions - Post here if you'd like to see something added to the guild, or if you have any overall suggestions about how the guild should be run. We may not take you're advice, but we're willing to listen. Also post questions here if you're confused about anything TCUian, or anything Gaian, we'll do our best to help out!
General Chat Thread - This is where you'll find most of the TCU regulars! Chatting about any and everything. Mostly the going-ons of their daily lives, everyone shares and responds to questions, sharing stories and so on smile
Spam Thread - If you need to burn some steam off or just get some crazy chatspeak out of your system, this is the place to be, any kind of wackiness is welcome here!


New members are always welcome biggrin

1) Firstly, please only join if you are 13 or older! This is a teen guild, and we'd like to keep it that way. We'll be discussing mature teenage related topics, so it won't be any fun for us, or for you if you don't stick to this golden rule. It's not written in stone, though we'd appreciate if you followed.
2) Please DO NOT chatspeak. If your application to join the guild does not contain proper spelling and grammar you will likely not be admitted. We understand that not everyone is perfect, we'd just like to see an effort to spell properly smile If you are later, upon joining the guild, found to be a compulsive chatspeaker the crew will not hesitate to ban you, no questions asked, so please be literate! There are absolutely no exceptions to this rule.
3) This guild often features debates of various forms, we ask that those who believe they may be offended by topics concerning religion, politics, sex and other current events please do not join.

If you feel that you meet these standards, and still would like to join, feel free to send in an application telling us a little bit about yourself and interests, why you're a cool teen, etc. You will we accepted or declined within a day or two. At this time there is no entry fee, but this may change in the future if the crew sees a need.



The Member of the Month will have their avatar posted on the guild home with a little blurb about their contribution to the guild, recieve a banner indicating their uber greatness and possibly a small sum of gold.

Do not ask to be MOTM, that is an automatic disqualification. The crew will choose who they see fit. Each month the crew rotate choosing the Member. Next month Todd'll be choosing, so make sure you're really, really nice and to him all this month!
