this is a guild for those with dreams of special gifts to gather
the general idea is that we are attending an all girls school for those with magical talents

of course guys are allowed as well, we have to staff this place somehow

there is a small fee for enrollment
and sometimes a bunch of girls with extraordinary abilities can be a hand full but i don't think you will regret it
