The world is finally seeming to calm down and become peaceful. Treaties are being made throughout every country, big or small.
In the midst of these treaties being made, the Ninja Village leaders from every country meet in a neutral location for peace talks.
It was then that disaster struck:
Every Village leader was suddenly killed in a massive explosion. News was sent throughout ever country, spurring the entire ninja world into Chaos.
New Leaders must be chosen... But who will they be?
