Water gone up and dried; Volcanoes erupting left and right, sending hot ashes and molten lava across anything that dares to cross its path. The lava forged us a new world. But in this world, there is no light, there is no water.
We are all that remain. Three unexpecting survivors, knowing nothing that is to come. Behind us lay the Earths last Edin, an Edin in the standards of the world today A group of dead trees, and miles of stretching sand. But in this Edin, we have discovered an amazing power that lies beneath shriveled roots and coarse red sands.
Freelance, as we call it now, has the ability to create links to other worlds. And through endless exploration on our parts, we have discovered portals sending us places of the old world Cities, Beaches, Schools and more.
