Basic History
Only after all war broke out between the villages was peace even attainable. Every village had seen the darkest of days and reaped the serenity that now overflowed the lands of the shinobi, but now fearing that this new peace would be overturned by their allies the villages took distrust in hand and prepared for battle. A new war would erupt sooner or later, and this threatened every ninja's existence.
