For many people who role-play, writing is in their blood. They not only like the moving plot and the fantastical settings, but some of them also enjoy reading the posts of others. Some people enjoy scenery and descriptions. Some are frustrated by people who lack proper grammar and spelling. Some want to be able to post longer, more detailed, more interesting posts. Many are simply searching for something more than one-liners and chat speak. If you're one of those people, you might belong here. "Might" being the keyword. Well, you'll find out soon enough, I promise you that much.

We take people who know what they are doing or who are trying very hard to learn. Anything less isn't worth the effort.

This guild is for the Very Literate, the kind of people who easily post 350 words or more in every one of their posts, and who find it fun. I am talking about the people who know what paragraphs are and how to set up a post with an open end. This guild is for people who are not afraid of creating and destroying NPCs. In other words, and I will stress this as often as I can, this is for the writers and the creators out there.

If you don't fit into this category, leave now. Just walk away while you still have a chance because we'll either ignore you or we'll convert you into a believer. One way or another, you're here because you either saw one of our Barton Town Threads, perhaps even participated in an RP, or maybe you saw a banner somewhere that led you here. For those of you who have been invited, welcome! You need not do anything more than enter and introduce yourself. There's a thread for that. Just like anyone else, you're welcome to look around, get a feel for what we're doing and how it's being done. Then, go ahead and join right in.

I don't ask you for donations, and the fee for signing up (50 gold) is here to discourage the n00bs from even attempting before they are ready.
