Life in New Gaia is never easy.
Ever since that Halloween party in Gambino's mansion four years ago, zombies have roamed across Gaia, a constant threat to all who dwell upon this world. Isle de Gambino and Aekea have been lost to the threat, and even Durem, Barton, and the new towns must watch their borders constantly to ensure no zombie reaches the citizens within. And the Protectors and Hunters can't catch them all.
And besides the zombies, the Gaians themselves pose a threat to each other. There are some who believe not every life is worth protecting from the zombies, and there are dark rumors of certain hunters using live people to bait 'zombie traps'. As well as rumors of the darker clans giving their enemies to the zombies to be killed. And the power struggles between the clans, even the underground ones, claim lives everyday.
It's not always easy to be sure who's really on your side, whether you're an average Gaian, a zombie hunter, a Protector, a clan member, or even a leader in power.
