Ever feel like the quality of Gaian role playing has begun to deteriorate. Very few even offer a fully literate environment. The aptly named "lit/semi-lit" is just that, literate breaking down to semi-literate. Now, I am not saying you have to go and write a book, what I'm hintin at is the fact that most role plays make it acceptable to get away with one liners that provide the very minimum amount of description. Now, how can that even be considered role playing? How can someone respond to one line of text with no description of actions, thoughts, or surroundings.

This is my goal, round up the true role players, provided they pay the amount required (explain this a little later on) and provide ideas, help and updates to make it easier on those who actually put some effort into their posts. I want this place to be active and alive with everyone supporting the others. This is the Gypsy King's court, I want everyone to have a job or a place in here and feel welcome. From the mighty knight to the joking jester, no matter how small the task, everyone is important and contributes. I would like all posts made to be at least one good paragraph. Good as in, descriptive and colorful. I don't care if you write 10 lines. If those ten lines are crap, then that is not a good paragraph. I would rather see three lines of good grammar, punctuation, description and literary devices than ten lines of talking in circles. (Side note, I don't care if you decorate your posts, but really, don't take it over the top. Too much clutter draws attention away from what really matters.)

Now that the introduction is through, a few details. Why is the money set at 500gp? Simple, this is a commitment (and seriously, it's not really that much). If you are willing to pay that much gold to join, you are more likely to be active and contribute to the group. Now, this goes without saying, if you do show that you are an active member, going above and beyond, I will repay you double what you put down. Think of this as an incentive to do more than what is asked of you. In addition to the money, I will allow contests and prizes to be issued monthly.
