There is no requirement to join, other than you must enjoy CLAMP and their works, and that you must be able to behave in a responsible and respectful manner to others in the guild. If you send a request, you will pretty much be automatically accepted if you give a brief statement about why you want to join. If you join the guild you must be at least somewhat active.
